There is no customer service anymore. This nonsense "chat" if you even get that far is a joke. The hang up on you when they don't want to deal with your problem anymore. Impossible to get someone to deal with your problem again. Then they send a email... glad we resolved your problem. Total joke. The have no credibility anymore, and take NO responsibility for their vendors at all. It is a absolutely the most frustrating waste of time. Go somewhere else who cares about their consumers.
I have tried this website several times and bought several products from Groupon Goods. The deals initially look great but each time I have received my product, the quality has been unsatisfactory, something I would not even pay any money for. The quality is so bad that the only explanation is that they are giving Groupon customers defective goods, things that would usually make it to an outlet store or not be sold otherwise. So if you look at the actual product you are receiving against the groupon deal, it is not a good deal at all. For this reason I have made the decision to not purchase another product.

Called Groupon and Eric (from groupon), was very rude! He didn't care what I had to say! I said I will never use Groupon again and he said, that's fine!, Most companies would not want to hear their customer service ever say this. They would try and figure a way you can make it better for the customer. Horrible!
I had to fight with groupon to get a refund on a purchase, and after speaking with numerous representatives, they offered me "Groupon Bucks". Which is money they give you to put right back into Groupon. However, you only have 24 hours to use this money, and after that it is gone. They emailed me to tell me the Groupon Bucks were in my account, which I didn't see until the Groupon Bucks were already gone. First of all, why would you expect me to instantly see an email, which by the way was sent to my junk mail (which I know see why, Groupon is junk) and why would you only give someone 24 hours to spend money on something from your company? It just amazes me how a billion dollar corporation can be so greedy. I even spoke with manager, who instead of being helpful, treated me like an idiot and did nothing to resolve the issue. I would not recommend using Groupon to anyone, because they are a selfish and greedy corporation who does not care about their customers.
I purchased an Event in Chicago only to find out the week i will be in town they will not be holding the event. The non refundable ad did not reflect any blackout periods. Ive contacted Grouopn twice via chat and once each time being told my issue is being elevated and someone will call. That has not happened!
Restaurants or businesses close, merchandise sometimes breaks or doesn't work and the biggest problem is Groupon customer service. Can't get refunds. Have to get Groupon bucks. Great if you want to continue using the sketchy company but I am at the point of just trying to get my refunds and then delete my account. Deals are everywhere. Groupon unnecessary.
Every time I've ordered merch of this is is not nearly as good as advertised. This time, I got the complete wrong ring size. Working with their customer service team is like hitting my head against a wall.
Terrible customer service. Will never use groupon again for large items. Ordered a bed, wrong one delivered, plus it was damaged. Have received one email from them asking for photos, sent photos. 2 days later still waiting for a reply. I have sent about 4 more emails, all ignored!

I have ordered hotel rooms, restaurant vouchers, and even goods from the website. So far I have not had any issues. If you read the side print and go into detail about the product. It usually tells you details that you should read before. Such as extra charges or so on.
I'm very surprised with the reviews on this site. I have been a regular shopper at Ideeli for a very long time and have never had an issue with the service. All my garments were the correct size, shipped within the time frame indicated, sometimes even sooner. Can't beat the price!
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!

I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.

They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders.
