I bought a Fort Worth Segway tour in Dec and have yet to receive a returned call. I believe they are out of business. After five calls to Groupon and promised call-backs, I have had no results. I can't understand many of them and they all say the same thing. They won't return my money and I will never do business with them again!
I have purchased Ongossamer bra from ideeli. I just received it today and it has black stain on it. It is non-returnable so hopefully it will come off after it has been washed. Dr Scholl's tan suede boots in the same order had a stain (or discoloration) on the front too. I love the comfort of these boots but have yet to decide if I should return them. I received this order within a week.
Another order in March was shipped more than a week after than expected delivery date but the product was perfect and worth the wait.
I have placed a order and because of a glitch in their website the order was cancelled and the amount from credit card was debited. I raised a ticket for this and they told me that money will refunded back and will be appeared in the card statement. But finally money was not refunded for the card. I have following up and they are not responding properly and are not willing provide a solution for the customer.
So i request every one to take an option like COB(Cash on delivery) while booking items in this website.
Groupon has what they say is a deal. Garmin GPS for $144.00. Amazon has the same one for $129.00. So much for the 50% off they say price includes. Always check other sites or call the business directly. It's likely get the same deal maybe a little better.
Run away groupon and the rusty wallace driver experience is scam they give you a code so they know you paid for. They even send you a congrats for registering. I gave it to my son who is a soldier and they are treating him like a criminal
Please trust me and never use this site. Go to Living Social, go anywhere but here. There are a multitude of hidden conditions attached to each purchase and at the end of the day you will find yourself frustrated, wasting time and not getting the service you paid for and they immediately took from you. Customer service wait is a minimum of 15 minutes with untrained staff chock full of attitude. This site will not be flourishing in the near future. Jump ship and go somewhere that values a customer and honors a purchase, Fire the CEO for starters, someone's not doing their job.
Groupon changes the prices once you login to an account. Plus if you have the selects membership then the remove the previously discounted prices. Additionally if you are unable to redeem a purchase they make in nearly impossible to get a refund and the Customer service is poor.
I order from Groupon off and on, great deals usually, great return policy as long as your prompt in notifying them and if its like a store credit, it stays on your account and your next order its applied automatically. I do enjoy some of their deals offered.
I recently ordered Hydroxycut black by one get one from Groupon. The expected arrival date was September 17th but today is the 19th and product still has not arrived, Nor has the shipping information been updated since item tracking stated it has been shipped. Not a great way to do business!
Groupon demands patience from the user. You have to read to on what you are getting. My wife thinks it is great and has found some great deals. I have found some new and exotic restaurants that we would not have experienced. All in all we are satisfied.
First I had ordered a handbag that is still missing. The problem seems to be that they use FedEx and then Fed Ex turns it over to the post office and the post office are idiots. It would be much better if they used FedEx the whole way I'd rather pay a little more money and get my product then have these idiots take it to the wrong place. And now they do not have that bag so I cannot get a replacement.
Also I ordered some very nice wide legged black and white striped pants I was really looking forward to them when they came in the mail. Unfortunately what I received was maroon and black. Which I do not like. The website still describes them is white so why wasn't I sent white. We are in the process of moving and unfortunately I do not have time to do a return. So far customer service has been very unsatisfactory.
I have had a business tell me they are not honoring my Groupon because Groupon should not have run the promotion so long. Tried getting the refund they assure me I can get. 5 e-mail later I have concluded their tactic is to wear me down and I will go away. I think their core value is do or say anything but do nothing
I was shocked today when I opened. My email Groupon sent me an order confirmation for a purchase of 400 pounds. I didn't order anything and it says a garden furniture set. I was pretty shocked cause the order was placed at almost 3 am by that time I was sleeping and nobody else has access. To my account. I SPOKE to my bank and they told me that the money was deducted from.my account
I am very sad cause it will take days before. I get my money back

I wanted to cancel an order because could not get an appointment with the carpet cleaning services with my coupon but customer service said they were not cancelable. The lady was so rude and she hang up in me. Will stay away from Groupon this is the second time this happen to me
Be careful of the Eligible for Return policy. The sizing was not 'true to size' as the ad stated and returning it cost me the original $9.95 shipping (not refunded) PLUS $8.95 return shipping (no option to ship it on your own cheaper and no option to exchange for another size w/o full return & reshipping charges again) OUCH! Big mistake & wont be choosing to shop with Ideel.com in the future.

Not sure about Groupon anymore? Well I made a purchase to join Sam's club through a Groupon offer, in which you supposed to get a free pie and 25 dollar e gift card from Sam's after using scan and go. Well it's been months and this has not been honored. Everyone from Groupon and Sam's acts clueless. This is unclear or perhaps false advertising.
My husband and I have purchased several groupons, and have never had a single problem! We love groupon as it allows us to experience activities and restaurants in our community that we normally wouldn't even consider. Very happy with their service and deals!
Bought a coupon for a restaurant and the restaurant went out of business Groupon refused to refund my money and only offered a
Groupon credit. Their claim is that until the out of business business calls them they can not honor my request for a refund. PLEASE why would an out of business business call them; they can verify my claim by trying to call the business or just checking their logs and seeing how many other cheated customers called to report the problem. Thier claim that "Groupon will refund the purchaser the amount paid. Period. Is total crap. Period.
Costumer Service Sucks! I bought a Groupon Deal for Vela Shape treatments, which if you don't know, is to treat cellulite. Why would I do that? To actually get a treatment for summer, cause in summer i wear a bikini. But the place that offered those treatments did not have anything available till the end of september! So I tried to return the Groupon Deal, but they would not let.
Just to the point... they advertise the value of the gifts as being $200 for $10. (I ordered skeptical anyway), and just checking now they have one for $1,100. I ordered one for Valentine's Day last year, and all I got was cheap plastic kids jewelry. They have it listed having 10k orders for this cheap Chinese made junk. They're making a killing off this scam!
Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: I usually call the merchants I am interested in before buying the coupons, and ask them if the groupon coupons work, and how much more I have to pay. You could do the same, contact the merchants you are interested in and ask them how groupon works for them?

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!

I've had nothing but good experiences from Ideel in all regards - product satisfaction, price, shipping, etc. - but I've never had to contact customer service so I don't know what you'll get, but they're phone number is (888) 835-1719.
Answer: They are the absolute worst about answering customer service complaints. They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders. Good Luck and don't leave a sordid detail out of your complaint.
