I like ideeli. The items are always sent out on time and the dates of shipment are clearly listed when ordering. Yes, sometimes orders take weeks but you can't complain because the dates of shipment for each item are listed under the price. It is up to the buyer if they want to wait that long. Ive found some great deals and some good quality pieces, everything has arrived new and in nice red wrapping paper. I had a few issues which were easily resolved by talking to a customer service rep. They're $9.95 monthly shipping charge is very fair if your a frequent shopper, however I wish they offered 2 shipping options, a one time $5.95 or monthly 9.95---that would be awesome! Also, sometimes they advertise red sales but the items I recognize from earlier in the month and at the same full price, I find this deceptive. But I do realize ideeli needs to make $, just dont advertise it as a red or closeout price when it is not.
We were so excited my husband was given this as a birthday gift…. The extra expenses have been ridiculous… extra $100 each to fly out from Brisbane… extra costs to sit together on flight… car hire for 3 days cause a very basic motel is not near city, beach, etc…. We were not honoured any of our three Friday and Saturday night options… had to fly out on a Thursday… taking away our income (haven't even gone and down $1060)… gosh I hope our bottom of the peeking order destination is worth it!
I bought a ring on Groupon, that was from £70 odd down to £10. The ad stated it was real silver, with swarskovi elements in the diamond (if thats how you spell it!) I received the ring in good time, and it looked amazing! However... the ring (after wearing it for about 20 mins) turned my finger green and has now after 3 days, started to turn bronze (looks a bit like rust). There is no way this ring cost £70 odd pound and is definately not real silver! I then read the little note I had in the box, and it was made in china, even though the page stated america! So dissapointed and I will NOT believe anything I read on groupon again! The ring is now in the bin! Not pleased watsoever, I would research the products first before buying as they say they are dearer than what they really are so you think you are getting a great deal... will not be buying from Groupon again.
I ordered a tanking from Groupon and it was not delivered after 7working days delivery time frame. I contacted customer service and they said they can't track the item and asked me to wait for another week. I told them that I don't want to wait another week anymore and want to have a refund but they denied me to it. The company does not comply with their delivery time frame and have very bad business practice. Also I ordered a sunglasses and they have delivered a very different item from what I ordered. I believe the company is doing some fraud activities too. Don't buy anything from them.
I recently purchased two apple watch bands (in different colors) from Groupon. I received one watch band and it was broken. I returned the item and received a refund. It took over a week to receive the second watch band that was ordered at the same time. When I opened the package, it was not a watch band but a protective cover for the face of the watch. I contacted customer service and they told me to send the item back for a refund. It has been over 3 weeks and my refund status is now closed. When I contacted customer support they said I received a refund. I did receive a refund, for the first band that was broken. However I have not received a refund for the wrong item I was shipped. I have contacted customer service 4 times and receive the same generic, prewritten email response each time. Customer service is obviously not a priority and not taken seriously.
I bought a coupon for a mani/pedi at a local full service salon. To my surprise, my mani/pedi was done by a senior in high school attending a local trade school in cosmetology. She was a sweet girl but I certainly don't feel like I got a professional job. I'm very disappointed!
I operate a horseback trail ride company on a small resort and spa in Bodega, Ca. The Resort and I teamed up to run a Groupon add because my horses eat rain or shine and winter is slow money flow in the winter. Anyway I have had a HORRIBLE experience with this company! When the Groupon was posted online whoever designed the coupon put in that our customers could upgrade to " outlaw mode" and get a wild west shoot out and a bubble bath. This is something we do not offer ever! That makes if false advertisement, and last time I checked that is illegal! When we contacted Groupon about this problem they simply told us it was a joke, NOT FUNNY! Being a separate business I decided to try to run a separate Groupon ad for my business, well that did not work out. They sent me a rejection letter saying they were to busy and to try again later. No thank you, after hearing more and more people that are having these problems and more I will NEVER use or recommend Groupon to anyone!
They showed me a nice style of flatware. I ordered 3 sets. They sent me a different style that I do not like but they will not exchange or refund not to mention that the quality of the flatware is far lower than my expecations.
Groupon allowed a fake vendor to list with them. I bought the deal. When I was unable to redeem it, Groupon deactivated MY account while they "looked into it". Seriously? Is that not something you do BEFORE listing a deal? So while I'm waiting for them to get back to me and give me access to the hundreds of dollars I have spent and would like to use prior to their expiration dates, I had appointments set up that I have to cancel due to their error. I will NEVER use Groupon again!
Amazing price for a 1 hour massage with essential oils to boot. Including a facial massage with a facial scrub & body scrub. Free use of the pool, spa & sauna. Showers have shampoo, conditioner & body wash included with towels, dressing gown & slippers also. They even have a hairdryer for use.
The masseuse was BRILLIANT, They treat you like a queen. You even get a form to fill out so you can say exactly what type of massage you would prefer. The BEST massage I have EVER had. Will DEFINITELY be going back:-)
I bought at Ideel.com a few dresses and a jumpsuit and can say it was almost perfect.
The only thing Ideel.com has wrong is the size information, I bought the dresses according the size information and when I received them, they were too big,
But the dresses fabric is very good and they are like the picture.
I am very happy with my purshase, I just hope Ideel can change the size information because I would like to buy more thing there but I'm not sure with the size information
If I could have a negative I would. I had $1000 in deal bucks. I used approximately $70. They double dipped charged my charge card and took my deal bucks. I tried to use chat... nothing so I called in which I was told they would investigate. Next thing I know they shut my acct down and said too bad about the $1000. Never use them again. And too bad about my money. I violated their policy? They double dipped and stole $1000 of my money

I recently purchased a Groupon and when I went to redeem the code (minutes after purchasing), it was invalid. I contacted both the company and Groupon. The company stated that they were not offering that deal and did not have that product. They told me Groupon would have to issue a refund. I contacted Groupon again and, several emails later, they informed me that I would not be getting a refund, but that I could offer the invalid code for the nonexistent product to a friend as a gift. Hmmmm... Groupon just lost a customer!
I'm totally unsatisfied with your service. I've ordered a pocket knife from groupon since 6/2/2014, but the parcel haven't reach after seven days of working day. And I wanted your staff to reconfirm with Skynet, they even wanted me to call Skynet and settle by myself. I've paid you, aren't this supposed to be your responsible? If I'm going to settle with Skynet by myself. Why don't I just go buy the pocket knife myself? It's a gift for my friend at Valentine's day, and your company had made it late for how many days? After one week, order status says that preparing for shipment.
Now can someone explain me how Groupon will deliver this order within 7 days?
It was my mistake that I ordered products from Groupon. No one at this company knows where is my order and there is no way for me to understand exact ETA for this order.

I bought a perfume on groupon that I've bought a dozen times at Macys and JCPennys. The one I received from Groupon was the wrong color and smelled musty and old. It was clearly defective and not at all what was shown on the website. I have been trying to get a refund or credit for weeks. Groupon says a refund or credit is granted if product is damaged or defective... But even after sending pictures they do not stand behind their promises.
I recently purchased a Mangrate Cast-Iron Grill Grate Enhancer fro Groupon Goods. The ad showed several meat items in the picture and overall this looked like a good buy. However, the item was not as pictured in the Groupon Goods advertisement and will barely hold one reasonable sized steak. Since it was not as advertised, I contacted Groupon to return it. They said I could for a refund but since it was not "defective" I would have to pay shipping (1/2 the cost of the item).
Groupons ad was deceptive and misleading and should have paid for return shipment. Since they will not, I will keep it and use it as a door stop and as a reminder to never buy from groupon again
I paid for a canvas picture in which I got a deal for 12 pictures and i understood that I would be paying for shipping. I didn't know the shipping would be three times the pictures. I requested a refund or exchange of the voucher and Groupon wouldn't help me at all. I will never order from there again, no matter what Tiffany Haddish says about this terrible company
I placed an order for an electric toothbrush. I contacted Groupon after I did not receive it. They told me I would have it in a couple of days. After I did not receive it I contacted them again. They told me I could cancel my order and receive Groupon bucks. I told them that I was not interested in Groupon bucks but I wanted the toothbrush or my money back. I receive an email saying they were sorry that I was unhappy and that we got cut off so they had refunded my money in Groupon bucks. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and disputed the charge on my credit card.
Got to my hotel just to be told there were no vacancies. Spent $53 on a Uber to get to the hotel and at check in no vacancies. Check in was at 2p and I arrived at 3p. Then Groupon tells me they don't usually give refunds on cancellation on the day of check in like it was my fault. Then told me I had to wait a week in order to be refunded. No compassion for me snd my 8 year old daughter being stranded with limited funds during the Christmas vacation.

Do not purchase hotels with Groupon. They do not guarantee you will have a room available on day of check in.

Groupon is okay as long as you don't have any issues with what they are offering. Groupon customer service is the worst. I couldn't use one of the groupon and they refused to give me a credit or a refund. They suggested I give the groupon to a friend! The groupon was worth $115.
Ideeli is HORRIBLE. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. I have ordered from ideeli 3 times and the first time, the shoes I ordered broke. The second time was perfect. The third time, ideeli sent me the wrong sunglasses and was rude about it! It wasn't my fault and all ideeli did was treat me rudely. Ruelala has the same great prices and is ALWAYS prompt and courteous. Stay away y'all!

They don't refund money when the merchant who offered the groupon fails to perform the service you paid for. I wanted laser on my ears, and they even claimed it was allowed on their groupon chatboard, but then they wouldnt do it when i arrived, claiming that it wasnt in the list of areas as written on the groupon, and neither they nor groupon would refund the money!
The purchase agreement clearly states that the purchase value (what you actually paid in cash) NEVER expires.
So when a gym in my neighborhood went out of business I called to get my purchase value refunded in "groupon buck" as they will never actually refund you any cash. I was told since the Groupon had been expired for over a year, I would only get 50% credit!?
I said, no - you cannot keep half of my money for a service I will never receive, please upgrade my call to your manager.
Another rep, told me same thing - half of the purchase price only. I was firm in that you cannot arbitarily assign a diminished value when my agreement with you clearly says NEVER EXPIRES.
What part of NEVER do you not understand.
FINALLY after 30 minutes, they acted like they were doing me a huge favor in giving me "Groupon Bucks" for the purchase price.
I'm going to use them for something and promptly close my account. Not worth the hassle!
Merchant did not honor the voucher after I purchased it and I tried to connect with Groupon Customer Service four times over a period of 3 months and I was always asked to wait for a response. They kept on telling me that someone will reach out to me but finally nothing happened and I deactivated my account.
After 45 days still waiting for an item to be recieved. In the mean time I contacted the groupon customer support but they are not helpfull and they are only available on monday. Every monday they tell me wait for 7 to 8 days.
I lost my job due to coronavirus and they refuse to give refunds despite the fact that I cannot pay rent. Completely heartless. I will never use groupon again. They don't care about their customers at all and are very hard to even get a hold of. There is no phone to contact and their website is useless. The dumbass on the livechat was also useless. All they offered was groupon bucks as a "refund" what good is that? I cant pay rent with groupon bucks.
