This is a complete mess with very poor communication with paying customers. Rules are loose and very hard to get a massage when you want to arrange one, especially in your home. Very difficult to deal with and I would never recommend this WeMassage Groupon or service to anyone. Buyer beware.
They have really bad customer service. No phone number to call. When you need help they assume the issue would resolve itself by ignoring you. I was so frustrated on the charges to the credit card and they were not able to provide me with an answer on why my card shows many charges. On top support was very unhelpful.
I wanted to make a purchase on one of their deals and it showed an error. They told me to buy the deal from New York on the Canada website because I am from Canada. They have no clue that New York is located in USA. Just because I am in Canada, they expect I am able to purchase Groupon deal in New York. I told them that the deal doesn't exist on the Canada website. Then they think New York is in Canada. I am talking about New York Manhattan.
I reached out to them to request a refund for an over $200 purchase that I have been unable to use since November. I attempted to redeem my purchase 5 times each time the merchant cancelled on me. Now due to COVID 19 with everything shut down I cannot use it indefinitely and I waited before requesting a refund to have to avoid even making the request. Now. They will not refund me because you only have 3 days to cancel. So instead of getting nearly $300 back to my account for this time they have given me a credit that at this point is useless since nothing is open. I will never purchase through Groupon again. You're better going directly to the merchant. At least there you have a chance of getting your money back when you don't actually receive the service you paid for.
I ordered an item and had received something completely different. It wasn't even on the groupon. Now I have to print out return address, box it up, then go to post office. They were at fault and I'm paying the price.
I've received four emails from ideeli that four orders have been returned by the post office as undeliverable. Makes no sense! I get packages from them and other websites at the address I provide without a problem. Now they say they won't re-ship them to me unless I provide another address. Can't use home: not secure place to leave boxes. Can't get a person to talk to me or call me back. Sigh -- Rue La La and Gilt have better customer service.
So l was charged $10 for my drink instead of $6. The calamari was chewy and we told them but my husband being nice said it was ok when they offered to make us new calamari or refund our money but my husband is too nice so we were charged for it so I forgot about asking for the $6 Long Island Ice Tea during Happy Hour where it should have been $6.
Make sure your prices charged are correct! The crab legs and shrimp were good but I could not eat the calamari. Horrible calamari! Will not be going back for my birthday!
Ordered 2 tickets for Josh Groban Aug 6 th. Groupon had printing the tickets at future dates three different times and the final move was for Aug 9 th after the event. What?! Then when I tried to contact them by phone the wait time is over 24 hours, what.! I left my phone number, more than 48 hours nothing. I will NEVER use Groupon again.
I ordered an iPad AIr from Groupon and after 8 days received the following email-
We messed up. We didn't have enough inventory to send you the product you ordered—we're so sorry for failing to deliver.
We've canceled your shipment, and are automatically issuing a refund to the original form of payment.
Please allow three business days for the refund to process—you'll receive an email after your refund is issued.
They can't deliver on what they sell. Never buying another Groupon ever!
I have made several attempts to contact Costumer support in regards to an issue I had with my groupon I purchased. It took 7 days for me to receive contact, and i had to send 4 different emails and start a chat session in order to get contacted back. All the deals are not clear nor are the restrictions. I am extremely disappointed and will NEVER make another purchase from here.
Ordered a phone that was supposed to ship in 2 days. Was lied to and given false information from groupon reps. 7 days later I received an item I did not order. Now they tell me I have to print label and return to get a refund. I explained I did not have a printer and the chat rep ended our conversation.

Ended up giving not wanted to phone to my 19 yr old son. When we went to his no contract phone shop we found out it also WAS not unlocked like groupon advertised. My son had to pay more $$ to get his AT&T number ported and switched to Verizon.
I ordered a sofa bed for grandparents it didn't arrive when it was due to but 2 days later XDP delivery company turn up with wrong package dressing table! Phone groupon who said we have to wait 3 days till they can process a refund! But we wanted the sofa bed they said they can't re-delivery it has to be refunded then re-ordered but deal has now finished totally appalling service
We have a small business and used groupon to promote a couple of our services. When we developed a new campaign with them they used the wrong image and listed the wrong fee. I sent out emails to their support team and got nothing but excuses and they closed our campaign because we wouldn't honor the ones that THEY screwed up on. Even after i said we would honor them they still refused to reopen the correct ones that we had been running for 3 months. I called 14 times and got a different rep each time. I was put off every time and was told they would get back with me. After weeks of lies and excuses they decided not to reopen ANY and all of our campaigns. Get this. They gave us no reason. And on top of that they will tell you that there are no managers or supervisors for you to talk to. I have never dealt with such a shady company. Be very careful because if a problem develops you are screwed no matter who made the mistake.
Having a larger sized family, groupon has been amazing! From cheaper prices for extracurricular activities, to dinners, to movie nights. I love it! I've been a loyal customer for 6 years and will continue to be!
Of course, they always lead with the lowest price... always sucks me in. I always read the reviews though... and they're usually helpful. I've gotten good quality stuff. So I feel like I came out ahead...
I used to use Groupon a lot - for local activities and it was great. But recently I was duped into signing up for Groupon select - a recurring charge you cannot cancel for six months. After the six months, it's impossible to cancel via the website, there is no link to unsubscribe. You get to talk to "customer service" via chat - who tries to hard sell you on not cancelling. And it's obvious that their customer service has been outsourced to India. SMH, won't be using them again.
I bought a few concert tickets one month in advance of the event and the tickets were not delivered to me until now which is just a few hours before the concert!
They are not refunding me my money claiming it's 24 hours passed the purchase time! Customer service is extremely unhelpful. They are offering me a solution which is transferring my purchase to somebody else! Who the $#*! is willing to pay for non-existent tickets? On top of that they say they need 24 hour notice to transfer to somebody else. This solution is offered when there is only 4 hours left to the event! I think they are on some serious drugs or something. They don't even know what they are talking about... so so upset!
I will never shop at this site again. My order is already 3 weeks late and when I check my online banking it shows me that I have been charged 3 times for this dress, which I have only ordered one of. When I contacted ideeli's customer service representatives they said that they are doing this to insure that funds are available-but why? Why do you need to know if I can buy three dresses when I have only ordered one? I find this unnerving. You can take back the $10 store credit you gave me for the late shipping, I just want my dress please.
Difficult to obtain a refund once a voucher is purchased even if the merchant is unwilling to honor the Groupon! I've utilized groupon several times in the past and have been happy, but they DID NOT live up to their promise to make things right when a merchant was unwilling to honor a groupon. I ended up having to call the credit card company in order to initiate a refund. You'll be disappointed with Groupon's customer service when a problem arises with their selected merchant's. In addition, the only way you will be able to solve the problem is through e-mail as they DO NOT have a contact number. In addition, the first several e-mails you receive will be canned responses from a "representative" that doesn't even seem to read the issue at hand.
I purchased 6 pair of earrings from Groupon. When the earrings arrived they had been mailed loose in a bubble envelope and 3 pair had broken posts.

Very disappointed with Groupon. Tried to order something today and got error about something with credit card I was using. I checked the card status and information Groupon had about the card and all was good with both. Tried using another verified credit card and got error "Bad Request"

Answer: Yes, Groupon is legit. You need to read the fine print before ordering live event tickets- -they will not refund your money even if it's there fault. I only buy tickets for activities that don't expire or you can use the purchase price towards a non-Groupon service the vendor offers. Hope this helps.

Answer: The one I took by Holly and Hugo at least were I would research the company before buying. Also about twice a year they put all their courses for $5! I got mine completed it and it helped boost my resume and I was able to get a vet assistant job pretty quickly compared to before where I only got a call back from about one place which didn't lead anywhere. :) hope I could help!

They will lie, they literally told me customer service reps were out sick, thus no answer to my emails for about 2 weeks. But, don't loose hope, the DAY I posted a review on this site, they answered AND gave me a 25.00 credit for my trouble. So write a review on Site Jabber with all the details and a bet a manager will answer promptly. As this is their way, I NEVER ordered from the site again after at least 3 years of orders.
