Groupon is a major rip off. They offer a product then fail to deliver. Yes they refund your money, but that doesn't help with items that you planned to use as Christmas presents. I will NEVER use them again and I encourage everyone to be cautious if they elect to use their services.

The best for all deals!

Groupon offers the best deals on local restaurants and events, online deals and gadgets from other sites. I find myself checking groupon every few days for deals. So far I've purchased gift cards (at reduced rates), kitchen appliances, bedding and local culinary treats. OH and a booze cruise! Groupon is definitely the best.

A seemingly convenient exaggeration of saving lures buys into convincing themselves they are saving more than they are. Expiration scams are rampant and groupon does not give refunds. Groupon is the shifty manager of a restaurant that offers you coupons on future visits after the chef wipes his butt with the toast on your $400 chicken sandwich. Customer service is outsourced to save them money where 3rd party call centers cannot refund your money.

Groupon has ruined the ideeli site. The app is not working at all. Where are the flash sales? I see nothing but one off offers. The site was one of my favorite had great shopping daily. Please bring back the substance that ideeli had before otherwise I am no longer purchasing from site.

I recently purchased a pair of boots which totaled $39... I didn't care for them and returned them only to find out they deducted shipping charges both ways reducing my refund by almost $20. I will not purchase from them again...

The $9.95 shipping charge provides you with 30 days of free shipping for orders placed after the initial order. That fee isn't charged to any orders with that 30 day period which is why it's not refunded when a return is created. Goupon Chiropractor gave me an adjustment by crushing my upper back and a judo chop to the back of neck when I complained. I have been in pain for 19 days, spent hundreds in Medical bills and prescriptions. Groupon doesn't care

I placed an order using a promotional discount. Oddly, the order was cancelled due to "fraud". This company took my credit card info, is jamming my inbox with emails, and cancelled my order for no reason other than the item would've been too cheap for them to ship. I think they are "fraud"...

Love Groupon!

Groupon is the reason I spend too much money. I think I have an addiction and need a twelve step program. Lol! Have bought tons of things from the site, things to do around town and products that get shipped to my door, I have not had a single bad experience with them.

My partner acquired covid and was unable to use the cruise voucher. So the merchant asked that a member from groupon contacts them to process the refund which they refused to do multiple times. Their terms and conditions of the sale is very unethical and their customer service is extremely poor with very delayed replies, e.g we've been going back and forth over messages for several weeks because they don't have a phone service. I never write review but I highly recommend you NEVER EVER use them.

Bought a &26 in value Groupon for Fanfango, but only got $23 and change toward purchase. What followed:

In the last 10 days of communicating back and forth, with no less than SIX different customer service agents, I am no closer to an answer. Each of those six communications was ineffective and essentially empty, with agents asking for information that was irrelevant to the issue (my telephone number, my shipping address). In fact, the agents merely repeated the language listed in the groupon offer! And after all this time, no information whatsoever regarding Fandango's rip off of a small but still meaningful amount of money from me.
