The dress I ordered was supposed to be burgundy when I received the dress it was red. On their website, they promise a 100% refund if the dress is the wrong color. Of course, I have not received a full refund and I have been going back and forth with them in an email but they take forever to reply. They say they can only give me 20% back even though their website says you will receive a 100% refund if the color is wrong. This website is untrustworthy and they do not communicate well. I asked to talk to a manager and they didn't even allow me to do that. I am very unpleased and I want a full refund.

I always wanted to buy a dress on Hebeos so I did my research. I was extremely scared if the size I chose wouldn't fit me. However, I went for it. And I do not regret it. The dress fit me perfectly! I bought a size 8. The size chart that they provide is an extremely useful tool! I thought I was size 6 but I chose 8. Once I tried on my dress I felt like a princess (: this website is great!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering from this site. I ordered dress for my daughter's prom. The dress came and it was HORRIBLE! The material was disgusting and not the same from the picture. I tried contacting them to return, they asked me to send pictures. I did. Then I got an email from them:

SCAM. THIEF... FRAUD. HORRIBLE! Garbage!

The dress was not at all what the picture perceived. The tulle on the bottom was sewn in the wrong direction. The spaces between tulle are big and it us very visible from a distance as well as upclose.

The appliqués do not look like the picture, they are all white and are coming off in certain places. They are poorly applied. The dress color is darker that the picture. Not happy with this purchase. Requesting a refund.

I ordered what I thought was a beautiful dress from Hebeos, knowing it could be a crapshoot with what I would get. I was hoping for the best, but glad I wasn't counting on it becuase what I got did NOT look like the picture. It looked like a child had sewn it. I contacted them regarding the differences between the dress pictured and what i got, sent them the requested pictures, and was told they would give me 10% of my money back. Sorry, but that's just not right. They have a 14 day return policy listed on their website, and I will be fighting to get my money back from this atrocity. Buyer beware of these scammers!

My dress I ordered is BEAUTIFUL! I received my order about 3 weeks later, no hassle. I just needed a few alterations but overall it fit with a little room too! The pictures on the site is not the actual dress you recieve, no, but they make it very similar! To see the actual dress they make, save the picture of the dress you want on the site and ask the customer service member to send you a picture of the actual one they make! I love Hebeos, thank you for making my dress perfect for my big day! I'll take pictures and post them after my wedding next Saturday!

I was completely scammed by this website. I ordered 3 wedding dresses and not one matched the website in structure, material or quality. They gave me a huge run around to return them and in the end denied my return. NEVER BUY FROM HERE!

The dress itself was beautiful, however the inner cups were extremely unsymmetrical. One was perfectly where it needed to be following the design of the dress, but the other was much much lower, and because of the transparent design of the top part of the dress, the error could be soon from the outside as well. It was super obvious, and I'm not sure how it made it past production without being corrected. The dress would've been perfect if not for this one flaw, which is unfortunately not something that can be shrugged off or covered, and needs to be corrected by a seamstress. It's just inconvenient and a little frustrating, because it's another expense for the bride to deal with on top of everything else, and it would've been nice if it had been addressed before shipping out.

If I am purchasing a dress online, I expect it to look like the picture. Don't we all? Well, Hebeos is a complete rip off. Don't bother and waste your money with them because you will end up getting a complete disaster of a dress that you won't even be able to return! This has got to be the worst customer service to try and communicate with. They don't care about your needs at all they just want your money. Understandable but at least give me the dress pictured. The only thing they said to me was that they apologize for the dress looking slightly different. UHM NO its completely different. Anyways for those of you who do not want to waste time reading this...

-Customer service lags on responding ( to avoid you & not compensate you back)

Brought dress for my daughter as per instructions, when it finally arrived it didn't fit!

Asked for a refund still asking for a refund and they are refusing unless I send pictures of my daughter trying to wear it!

Perverts! Not doing!

My daughter is thirteen and really upset!

Do not buy from this company they are perverts and I have passed the matter to the Police!

Couldn't give a dam about the refund now just want to stop the company trading!

Took alot longer then 3 days. My dress came 3 days after my nephew's wedding. Was thinking returning it because a special occassion it was ordered for and I didn't get a chance to wear for that. Had to buy another dress for about same amount if not more the day before the wedding, I was so upset. Maybe I'll keep it or maybe I won't.

My daughter needed a dress for an 8th dance and she is very particular. So I was very skeptical about buying a dress online. I was afraid it wouldn't fit or the material would not be good. I was pleasantly surprised when our dress arrived in only two weeks, and the dress fit perfectly. It is beautiful and I will definitely be ordering from Hebeos again!

So I hear that their customer service team are brilliant (not). I have emailed these four times about my dress. They wanted pictures as I couldn't even get my hands through the sleeves let alone do it up. I sent pictures still nothing. I wanted the dress for my wedding on the 21march 2020 still nothing. Stay well away, I will make sure that all my friends and family stay clear of these. So what do I do about my wedding dress, no refund and no exchange. Absolutely disgusting.

The dress fit me. Got custom size. The dress is a stretchy material. As I would have liked for it to be a little tighter in the stomach /waist area. I was overall comfortable and planny of space for it to strech. Got compliments all night. LOVE HEBEOS.

I will never but anything in this website again, the dress I bought it's horrible and the return policy is so disappointing. Disgusting material and it's not the same as the picture or videos they show. HORRIBLE

I love the dress, but it's too small, the measurements are taken for 14w, and I put a size above, I don't work either, 18w would be correct, so 14 with measurements, size 18 is correct, it will be for the next order or lose weight.

I ordered my dress on march 7th & paid over $165 for the dress plus extra & faster shipping for it to be here BEFORE april 2nd. It showed up yesterday, which was april 5th. The dress is beautiful, but definitely looks better in the picture :/ & it's the wrong size. At least i got my dress tho i guess. After reading the reviews, i thought i was going to have to buy a new dress because my prom is april 28th. I know now that i will never order off of this site again, it was a waste of time & money!
