I read if I didn't like the dresses I was able to return them as long as not custom and costumer service will not take them back the first dress is more purple than pink and the other dress just didn't fit was too big

My expeirence with Hebeos in general is not bad. I just was not happy with the wedding dress I ordered. Pros and cons but not for me. I was unable to return it due to having it made in my custom size, which is understandable.

I was a little hesitant at first after reading some reviews. Prom dress is very full dress and came in an 11x14 in bag and I thought it would be wrinkled but it wasn't. It was neatly folded and put in the bag. The color and material are great. The price was good too. I received my order when it was scheduled to get here. I was patient and waited about 4 days before I finally asked for tracking to give the amount of time needed to be processed. After that I would wait a few days before I would have to send another email asking for status but they promptly responded.

I did not like the quality of the dress. The underlayer separates from the sequins making it look cheap. Most sequined dresses I have purchased are heavier and the materials are one piece. This dress separates and is see-through which makes It look like I'm wearing a slip under a sequined dress.

My 11 year old son looked at my dress and said "eww". I was so excited to order it to wear after my wedding and when it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture. I had it custom made to my size and it was loose and basically looked like I was wearing a potato sack. The sequence is cheap and not properly distributed, the materials are cheap and there are strings hanging off of the dress. The picture they used isn't the same dress. I can't express how incredibly disappointed I am.

My bridesmaids ordered their dresses from here. Stay away they do not honor their policies and my bridesmaids are so unhappy. All three dresses were different even though bought from Hebeos website. We contacted them giving them a chance to make it right and they are doing nothing and said we can send it back with a restocking fee for Al's or the cost of the dress. 130.00 per dress and wasted. And now we have to find dresses within 3 weeks. Poor service and scam on the products. Worst experience ever! Stay away from this site. One of my bridesmaids reached out and even sent pictures and still no refund or help to resolve this matter. One dress had 8layers of material to get this altered they have to take off 16inches for the dress to fit. Sooo unhappy!

Very very disappointed with my purchase. I was nevertheless happy to receive my dress for the wedding of a friend. It is not confome to my expectations. The fabric is very satiny what we do not see in the photo. I took it in red too. When I opened my package, it looked like a dress disguise... Moreover, the return policy is very severe. We can not return an item that we do not like! One thing is sure, this is the last time I order on this site!

At first, I was very skeptical about this site. I had already ordered it before I read the 1-2 star reviews so it made me start to worry. I checked the tracker every day to check where it was at. When it was only a few towns away I began to get happy but worried it wouldn't fit or be falling apart according to reviews. But I just got it EXACTLY on time and it was absolutely PERFECT. I love it and I would for sure recommend this site.

I was hesitant due to some of the reviews I had read, but I decided to go for it. I bought a dress for my daughter to wear to her school dance. We received the dress in 3 weeks and it fits perfectly! The material and the stones on the dress are both very nice and we couldn't be more happy with the dress.

It was pretty smooth but a little nerve wracking since some of the photos that present the dresses are in a bad resolution and only showcase one color of the dress. But otherwise the dress selection was crazy and affordable.

The color I selected (champagne) does not look good on me. When I wanted to return the dress I was told I have to send a picture, etc. The coloring of my skin/hair color with the color of the dress is not going to show up. I just wanted to return the dress. Don't need a hassle. I will not buy on line again from this company.

I put the color I would like in the notes but apparently I had another in the color In the color options because couldn't leave it blank. So when my order went in, instead of asking me which is the correct color they just picked one instead going with the one in the notes or even asking which one is correct. No one reached out to me and so I got a dress with the wrong color and they're not letting me exchange or even giving me my money back, so be careful when ordering from here. And they take 24 hours to respond to you through email.

I fell in love with this beautiful gown. I wanted to have a Anniversary vow renewal. I couldn't get this gown out of my head. I ordered the dress and I was a little bit skeptical but I needed this dress. I was sent an email from them saying please send us your Measurements and I started to get a little afraid but I sent them those. I was told that I would receive my wedding dress on September 20, I started to get nervous but in true to their word on the 19 th of September I received the most gorgeous wedding dress that I have laid my eyes on… Thank you Hebeos for such a gorgeous gown and making me a very happy lady!

I am not happy with this purchase or the customer service when i wanted to return my dresses. I wanted to return it because the dress didn't fit, and they asked for a picture of the dress on showing my back where it didn't close. I wouldn't recommend this website to order dresses. I always shop online, and this is the first time I encounter this issue

I ordered a dress for my fiance's military ball and what a joke. The dress in the picture was form fitting and long sleeved. The dress I received was huge (i could swim in it) and the sleeves only went down to my elbow. My thought is they find pictures of pretty dresses and try their hardest to copy the picture instead of giving me the exact dress in the picture. Their dresses are poorly made and when I told them I wasn't happy with my purchase, they basically told me to shove it. Will never buy from them again and they need to be shut down. What a scam.

First of all, dress came in 8X10 bag, when I opened the bag, the dress was all wrinkled.
The fabric is not that great, it looks cheap, and the color was not what I have order. I order Fushia color they sent me very bridge pink color. When I tried on, the side of my breast was showing, the dress have no support to hold your boobs. I tried to return or exchange it but customer service denied became I didn't have a good reason.

Easy to order, but not disclosed at the time of purchase that a full refund will not be honored. I am getting married in 5 weeks, and was hoping that one of the dresses I purchased would fit and be what I was looking for. When I recieved my dresses, I was extremely disappointed and contacted customer service right away. They insisted on pictures of why I was unhappy with my purchase. I followed all the appropriate directions on returning my purchase, to be offered 20% discount on my purchase. I will not be shopping this website ever again.
