They only have ONE size for lenght od man trousers and jeans! 32! Totally stupid. Are all the man of the same hight?
A couple of years ago I ordered from H&M a few pair of opaque tights (200 den) and I was very pleased at that time with the service and the products quality (that time the tights were made in Italy and had 12% Lycra).
So I wanted to order the same product (at least on the site they looked the same), but reading the information I noticed that things have changed: now the product could be originating from 4 countries (Italy, Turkey, China & Serbia) and the Lycra content dropped to 10%. The problem was, I couldn't find out in which of all these 4 country will be manufactured the product I will receive if ordered online (so it was like a lottery). As I was skeptical about the quality of the product manufactured in other country than Italy, I asked the customer support if the products have the same quality and Lycra content (10%) regardless of manufacturing country of origin. The CS rep replied that the quality is the same (and it has 10% Lycra) regardless of product origin.
After I placed the order, it came the first disappointment: there was an important delay in processing the order (it took 3 days instead of one). Then, after I received the items, the second disappointment came. I was appalled and dismayed to find out that the actual quality of the merchandise was lower than the one advertised on the website or the one I was ensured by the CS rep I'll get. The products were made in Serbia and had ONLY 7% Lycra (see the attached photos for the site info and what I've really got) [*]. That's a bummer!
So, H&M does its best to sell their lower quality products, either by trying hard to hide it under a plethora of marketing ploys (like the statement that their merchandise is "made by independent suppliers, often in developing countries"), or by blatantly and shamelessly lying to their customers. Plus, taking into account the same product might have different background/origin and implicitly different quality, ordering from them it's like playing roulette as you'll never know what you get.
I couldn't buy couple of items because I can't make the registration. If is verifying the address I included for two days
Dianna was rude when I told her I was having trouble accessing the website. I plan on shopping elsewhere because of this.
I have ordered et thé beginning of April, today it's the 26th. I have not received my package, and they never answered.
As I write this I have now had my third and final conversation with H & M regarding their on-line website. For the second time, I have had a package sent to the wrong location. When this happened the first time, I spoke with a representative and said that I wanted the former mailing address changed to my billing address so their wouldn't be any more confusion. I ordered a jacket from H & M which was sent to the other address. I product was ordered on Sunday at night and when I noticed where it was being sent, I called around 6 am in the morning the next morning to let them know of the error. I was told they could't do anything about it, but I would get notification when the package was being sent, and I could then contact the delivery service to make the correction. I didn't receive notice, and I was told the next afternoon that I would have to wait until the package was delivered to the other address (across the country); I would then have to wait 14 days so that the package could be declared undeliverable, or was returned. I explained that this was a Christmas present and that that would mean that I wouldn't be able to have the gift in time. I suggested that they cancel the order since I would not be there to either return the package or make sure it didn't get taken. They would not let me get the item sent to the correct address, without paying a second time for the same product. Please don't order from this company. They say, "The system won't allow them to do anything to correct the problem." I corrected the manager by saying that the system isn't at work here. That's just another way of differing any responsibility away from H & M. It is the people who are behind this company who are not willing to do anything to help the customers who are inconvenienced by their policies who won't do anything about the problem. Please save yourself the headache of ordering anything from a company that cares so little about their customers!
I found an old merchandise card for H&M that I didn't realize I had. Called the customer number on the back of the card. Number is no longer in service. Per the back of the card i can have a cashier at the store look up the balance for me. So I went to the store. Cashier looked up and printed the balance remaining on the card for me. I picked out a couple of items from the store and went to pay with my merchandise card. Cashier tells me the it's an old card and doesn't have a PIN. All their new cards now contain PINs. She said she's going to need a manager to help her. After waiting for a while a clerk comes and tells me that they can't ring it up with the card because there's no pin. He pulls up their customer service number on his phone and told me that I need to call them. Are you kidding me. I have to call? Great customer service there. So I stepped aside and called. I explained my situation to the rep. She told me that she needs to talk to her manager and puts me on hold. After she got back on the phone she tells me that all the new gift cards have a PIN and that without a pin I can't use my card. Uhh. I get that. What are you going to do to help me. She tells me sorry but there's nothing she can do. I'm like so I have a balance on this card but I can't use it because the card doesn't have a PIN. So, I'm going to lose out on this money because you can't help me. She tells me yes and says sorry. I told her I want to speak to her manager. After another long wait, a manager gets on the phone. I tell him that's unacceptable. How can a company this size treat their customers like this! He gives me some BS about how they transition to these new cards with PINs now. And their IT is trying to resolve this issue with people who still have the old cards without the PINs and that I'm not the only one with this issue. WOW. Finally he told me that if I send him a picture of my card he'd send me a replacement card. They couldn't tell me this I'm the beginning! Terrible customer service. No wonder the company is in trouble.
I've got a lot of clothes from here. I love most their style. Great store, solid prices...
Costumer service are so good...
I know it's Covid. Other businesses operate close to normal these days and are.not hiding behind the pandemic as an excuse of POOR customer service
Tsk, tsk. H&M. I found out the hard way that their shipping is a disgrace. I don't know what the hell is going on but they aren't doing things right over there when it comes to online purchases. I ordered seven items during the last week of May 2020. They were stuck in processing for two weeks, which I thought was normal due to the whole "pandemic" but after the two weeks I proceeded to then message H&M asking what on earth is going on. I understand the slight delay but I mean, after two weeks IT STILL WASN'T SHIPPED. That's problematic. It's not like the electricity is down and zombies are roaming the earth here. Get your sh** together H&M.
The "pandemic" also hasn't really stopped online stores from being in business, right? So the excuses are mute IMO and I have zero sympathy. You're a business. This is what you do. If you can't handle it, don't be in business. Period. I spoke with some customer service reps at H&M, who were polite through email and advised me that they would soon ship it. So I waited and the next day (after the two weeks) I received an email stating that my package has shipped. Great! I then proceeded to wait another two weeks to get my package of the 7 items I ordered. So altogether roughly about 7 weeks to get my stuff... That's insane. As a company, H&M, you should be ashamed lmao. You truly aren't good with Canadian shipping of online orders.
Anyways, when I got my package I noticed not only was there multiple strands of hair attached to my package, but also a large gapping hole, oh, and also, grass stains. Yep, grass stains. God only knows where this package had been. I almost laughed because my first thought was that someone had taken it and played football with it, maybe even soccer lol.
Lesson learned. I will never be purchasing from H&M online again. Quality isn't that great anyways and waiting 7-8 weeks for an order is preposterous. I highly encourage you to just go into their stores if you really want to shop there, or if you're cool with waiting a long time for an order, by all means lol.
Afternoon shift very rude manager at Conestoga mall Waterloo, Ontario she needs more training she should know what she is there for.
I ordered 3 blouses. Shipping took long. When my order finally got here, I was sent the wrong size for one, & one didn't arrive. That means only one-third if my order was correct. When I called in to report the errors, 1. I was told to go to a physical store to exchange the blouse for the correct size, 2. They'll reimburse me for the blouse that didn't arrive, & if I want one to re-order it 1. When I went to a store to exchange the item, the store didn't t even carry the item...& the tag indicated so, yet customer service advised me to make the exchange, 2. I waited formore than long enough for my order, & because of H&Ms mess up, I had to be inconvenienced by taking time out of my busy schedule to re-order an item because of an employeea mistake. Plus I shop online so I don't have to physically go to the store & again because an employee sent the wrong size, I had to correct their mishap H&M SHOULD REVIEW THE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES & PROPERLY TRAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES...& BE SURE THE ACCENT OF THE PEOPLE ANSWERING CALLS ISNT SO RICH & HARD TO UNDERSTAND. They were rude also & kept interrupting me while I was explaining my situation.
I had just checked out of my shopping bag to proceed to purchase my items. I clicked on pay pal to submit my payment information, once I hit "complete order" the order didn't go through and went back to the main page. So I clicked on my shopping bag and one item was missing, the one item that I wanted to purchase in the first place. So I go to the item, and low and behold it was SOLD OUT. SO I decided I can go up a size since I loved the item so much, but I wanted to see just how big their size was... Let me tell you, I spent 2 hours looking for a women's shoe size chart. There is none, only for kids. I even googled for one. Nothing. 2 hours later, I decided I will get them 1 size up and buy an insole. Doesn't the same freaking thing happen? I hit complete purchase, get redirected and turns out THAT size is now SOLD OUT! WTF, they need to not allow you to actually complete a purchase before you can find out the shoe is sold out, what a waste of my day.
I sent a message to customer service, and their rep responded that basically too bad, things get sold out, call customer service to find one in store and you can go get it within 24 hours, if they have one.
First of all I am shopping online for a reason. I don't want to go to the stores.
Second, I am not going to drive over an hour away to get a shoe, you can deliver it to me! That wasn't an option by the way.
What an annoying website, seriously, don't waste your time shopping online. Somehow there are mass buyers manipulating their online system and clearing out popular sizes and most probably selling them on ebay.
Save your money. Shop at Zara! It never happens there, and if an item sells out they advise you that they will email you when it is back in stock, AND they have a freakin size chart!
Why do you do product launches with no product availability? Terrible inventory management! FRUSTRATING!
I buy my clothes from H&M for years now, best price vs quality clothes you can find out there.
I'VE ONLY BOUGHT SOME LEGGINGS FROM THEM ONLINE, BUT THEY ARE VERY GOOD QUALITY AND ONLY $9.99 A PIECE.
Not good, racism is very bad H&M in a commericial put a black boy in a shirt and said coolest monkey in the Jungle
I ordered a XXL Hoodie Sweater for 24.99 online from H&H. It came within a week. When I first got the Hoodie I noticed how thin & cheap lookin it was. Also very cheap aluminum zipper than could break in a second if ever got stuck. (Also when I put it on I noticed black cotton balls started to fall off the Hoodie) onto my white shirt underneath. So I took the hoodie off and shook it and their was " Thousands and Thousands " of tiny black cotton balls falling to the floor. Must be made of very cheap, cheap cotton. I had to (wash it twice and dry three times) before I could wear it just to get all the loose cotton off. So this hoodie was made of very no good cotton fabric. "Fake cotton" it had to be. Also for a XXL it shrunk down to a medium after drying it on low heat from the dryer. I had black cotton balls all over my car seats in my car. And my furniture at home and my shirts worn underneath this Hoodie. So I went to the nearest H&H store to return it and they wouldn't refund it cause I told them I had to wash it, before I could wear it because of thousands pieces of cotton falling off of it. Also as I was in the store I noticed that most of their clothes are "cheap, thin, no good " hand me downs" clothes for a expensive price. I will never shop here at H&H again, I could of bought a better thicker hoodie for the price they charged me of 24.99 for a piece of junk clothing at H&M. All H&H clothing are junk clothes that you wear once and have to throw away. This hoodie I got from them is only worth 5.00 or 10.00, it's that cheap lookin. So if you want better clothes you have to go else where. I know their clothes are cheap but their to expensive. $24.99 for a hoodie than looks like a $5.00 piece of junk is ridiculous. They won't get my money again. Also after I couldn't return the hoodie, I just threw it away cause it needed more washing to get even more thousands of cotton balls off of it, after washing about 6 times before I could wear it, it became trash. What a waste of money.
I like to shop H&M online. They ship very fast and can return the order in the store.
