I shop here at least twice a week. Everything I get is always best quality. Highly recommend coats, jackets and graphics. For oversized fit, size 1 down and for cropped, size up 1-2 so it's not short. You'll get lots of coupons with 60% off offers and buy 1 get 50% plus Cali cash. Really helpful workers and fast shipping, 1 minute returns!
Sent somebody else's purchase and when I tried to call to get replacement, they told me that the hoodie and pants that I ordered were out of stock. I could only be issued a refund. Lost items and unable to replace them to me. The online rep was rude.

Half of my closet is Hollister and Abercrombie stuff, and I have never had a bad experience. I remember this one time I purchased a pair of jeans on sale that I really liked, but they were too big. I was afraid if I sent the pants back for an exchange, they would run out of stock by the time my request would be processed (it usually takes 2-3 weeks). So, I contacted customer service and asked if i could reorder the pants and have them pay for shipping, since it would essentially be an exchange. Surprisingly they said yes! There was this other time when they removed the "Online chat" button from their online store, and I left a message saying I'd love it back. Some days later it was back! Often times while browsing Hollister's online store I would have questions about sizing and stuff, and customer service always answered my questions in the most respectful and timely manner.
Overall, great company. Beware though, their short sleeved shirts fit weird :)
Had to come write this review after I received excellent customer service from Hollister on multiple occasions! If you have any questions or concerns just send them an email or just call and they're more then happy to help! I ordered some clothes a few days ago and I noticed today that two items were cheaper now then when I bought them! I emailed them and asked if they did price adjustments and they just did it for me no questions asked. They are awesome! :)
This is no longer in style, but I really didn't like their repetitive fashion choices. Not only that, their stores are pitch black and smell so strong of thier cologne that I usually end up running out of this place because I can't breathe. In either case, thier clothes are just okay and a overpriced. I must admit however, that their items do last for a long time. So, theres that.
The clothing here is amazing! The jeans colors fade over time and the crop tops shrink over time as well. They have all sizes and always have a sale going on! Their bathing suits are little in size, but are comfortable and great quality for the price. The service in store is welcoming but is very crowed and it is hard to get a fitting room most of the times. When you walk in there is a huge amount of perfume that hits you, i often find myself sneezing from it. Overall the store is pretty good i would give it a solid 6.5/10
Hollister as a brand is great- the clothes are casual, stylish and also good quality, but the jeans are particularly great quality and are very comfortable.
The stores are amazing, inside they are surf themed (just like the brand itself).
Online the return policies are great after ordering 3 styles of jeans in 3 sizes each, which arrived very quickly it was no problem to return the sizes which didn't fit.
The prices are Ok, but a little expensive for a high street shop.
The sales at Hollister are really good, and worth looking out for as most of the products get reduced hugely.
Overall a good shopping experience with a few nice items, especially the jeans and cologne.
Unfortunately the designs for the shirts and hoodies have gotten worse in last couple years. They're clearly chasing fast fashion trends now instead of the surf-inspired preppy image they used to have.

The products are really good and it's easy to find my size and items that interest me. I haven't been impressed with the service at Hollister lately. The sales associates are sort of standoffish and not welcoming at all. I was pretty much ignored even as I walked around the store looking for what I wanted. I eventually approached one staff member myself. Their tone and interest wasn't that great and I actually was left feeling that I wish I could find the items somewhere else so I would not have to shop there.
It happened the next time as well. Even when I thanked them for their service, I didn't get that great a response.
Hollister used to be much better with their customers I feel. I'm not really that motivated to return any time soon. Good customer service matters in my opinion.

Best thing about the store first and foremost is the smell of every Hollister store I've ever been in! The clothes are great quality, however they've always been a little too expensive for me. I've only bought a few things from Hollister.

I would recommend. I had a problem with my card as it had changed since my previous order, the sales assistant was extremely helpful and resolved the problem in no time.
I had pick out a jacket which came out to $104 and some change. I gave the cashier a hundred and a twenty bill and she gave back two fives and five one dollar bills. I was incredulous since I just saw her take a stack of 5s from under the drawer. I asked her why she gave me all these ones and no reply. I asked again why she's giving me all these ones and no reply and a male worker next to her says "Oh, she has made a mistake." and no apology. I left and an hour later my gf discovered they had forgotten to remove the anti theft tag on the jacket so had to go back. This time different lady at the cash register and only no apologies were given, she didn't utter a word. Just looked at us with these strange smile on the lips. Since we are Asians, I had joked to my gf " Is this company related to Abercrombie or what?" Well, well, well... Is it a coincidence? I had seen 4 workers and none were Asians. Needless to say, I will NOT EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!
My jacket is very comfortable to wear. It goes with any style. The color correlation is very nice. The brand is an awesome name HOLLISTER the brand from California. Although it's very expensive, it can last you a long time if you take care of it. Overall it's a very positive experience and can be used anywhere.
Shocking and disgusting. Shops are closed but to return an item bought online either you use their prepaid label to a UK address and then they charge you £9 for this or you can return yourself and pay for postage but you have to return to an international address in the Netherlands. Daylight robbery- avoid shopping online with Hollister.
Ordered online, they cancelled my order. Store showed item in stock, store forgot to pull the item, and it sold out. Now I can't get my money back. Will never recommend Holister to anyone. Many calls to the store, requested a manager, they offered a supervisor, that wouldn't talk to us. Then the person on the phone just hung up on us. Initially offered our refund in 3-5 days, next call said 10 days, today before we were hung up on said 29 days. We will never shop here again, and will advise everyone we know about the bad experience. Next will be a horrible Yelp review. You should be ashamed of your customer service. I'd give zero stars if I could.

I realized I got two defective items of clothing, and the salesperson smelled the clothing and deemed them washed and also checked the seams for bugs. She refused to give me money back for one even though within the 30 days. The other she put on a gift card and she said she did this to force me to spend more money in the store. I threw out the receipt and just was disgusted. I work in customer service, she doesn't own the store, and she was a total jerk about it. This was in Burlington Mass. I tried to tell Customer service but they kept conveniently disconnecting. Overall I never got a resolution because I threw out the receipt. They should really believe my word about this because I am sure I am not the only customer that experienced such disgusting and demeaning customer service.

If you need to return or exchange an item and you follow the procedure as stated on your Holister receipt please be aware that it is misleading and a fraudulent representation by Holister in an attempt to make it as difficult, if not almost impossible, to return or even exchange the item. Holister will insist that you also have to have the tags that were on the item. This is contrary to what you are told in the written information on your receipt.
Hollister is very overpriced, but they have good quality clothes. They've taken a long time to shop my clothes. But it is a very popular brand, and it's "base" is real far from where I live. I love hollister, but my dads wallet does not
I would like to give them a 0 star in fact. Instead of returning me money for a return I did in store, they charged me again and now they won't return me any of my money. I am $150 in loss now. I asked for help from their customer support and from in-store managers, but nobody can offer any help. The WORST company ever. DO NOT BUY!
My first time purchasing Hollister online and the last minute they cancelled my order. Since it was purchased on a gift card and the e-mail said that it was processed and was being shipped out I threw it away, only to moments later find out that it was cancelled and unable to get my money back. After a whole month of calling, and writing multiple emails they said that they were going to put the money back on the card, but I explain to them the whole situation stating I don't have the card anymore and they said there is nothing they can do. Don't purchase from here unless it is shipped to store! Lost $149.79
The return process is the worst I have encountered sure you can do it better Hollister.
Why is there a £9 charge, or return it to the store and face the queue? No wonder the store is jam-packed

I love Hollister and a lot of my clothes are from there. Some people hate it but trust me it's good as long as you aren't rude to the people who work there. They only have 16-18 year olds working there so obviously there's going to be some attitude but that goes for all stores. The stuff is good quality and the prices aren't terrible. The rewards program is very good and the sales are good sales like 50-75% off.
Gilly Hicks used to sell my FAVORITE perfume LaPerouse. When they went out of business no more perfume. I was excited to see Hollister said it was back! I ordered 2 bottles! When I got it I sprayed it and YUCK NOT THE SAME! It smells like cheap drugstore perfume and is a fake! DO NOT BUY if you loved the old one! You will be quite disappointed
Mark was so rude and condescending. I explained to him that I didn't receive my refund for an order placed on 9/28. Usually I see it on my bank account and receive an email. He told me that it was posted in my bank account and I just didn't see it. He said that it takes 4-5 days for a refund to kick in but I told him that it's been over a month. He yelled at me to stop talking. I couldn't take it and hung up and he sends me a petty email and didn't provide me with my refund receipt email. I've have always had wonderful experience with nice bubbly customer service providers but this one is not representative of Hollister. Never again.
I ordered a few shirts and jeans online. A few things did not fit, so I called to talk to costumer service. They were extremely polite and they said that all I had to do was send it back in and they would send me out the correct sizes. And I didn't have to pay shipping twice!
