I ordered a piece of furniture without researching the lead-time. It evidently was out of stock and the lead-time was going to be 3-4 months which wouldn't work for me. I contacted customer service via email and they were able to stop the order and begin the process of a refund. What a great company.
I had ordered a piece of furniture which came with a glass top that was broken by delivery people, I emailed Homary and they replaced the whole thing for free in no time at all! It's on it way as i'm typing this, THANKS!

I received my table on time, But it came damaged so I emailed customer service and Monty answered me early the next day. Within a few days I will have a replacement. Monty was very pleasant and took care of my problem right away.

Had to cancel an order as lead time was 6 to 8 weeks and we didn't realise. Had to cancel but so far it's been fantastic. Money still to be returned but brill up to now
