They charge your card and then keep extending your ship dates. If took them 5 days to even rey to my 1st message and ignore my request to cancel! No more $pending my $ with Chinese business!

Scam. Paid for an order that never arrived. "Customer service" never answers the phone or email. Cannot send a pic because they don't send the product.

I order my product and seven days I received it in perfect condition I will give it a try but if I don't like something and if it's not the way it should be I will call them, it's a shame that so many people dislike them but they keep ordering from them I don't understand but I looked on the web and they have lots of great products that I would love to purchase
They are THIEVES hiding behind a business front. I have contacted the authorities. I hope this will help all the other people who have been stolen from.
I ordered from this company 5/17. I got an email 5/20 saying I'd receive a tracking number in 2-4 days. I git another email 5/31 saying all unshipped orders would be sent in 7-10 business days. I tried calling the numbers and kept getting an automated message saying they were closed and telling me to call during regular business hours. After reading reviews and getting no live person, I became worried that I had been scammed. I called my credit card company 6/2 to dispute the charge. I get another email 6/9 stating that my order had shipped along with a tracking number. My shipment arrived 6/12 with everything that I ordered and all items in good shape.
Basically, the website is not a scam. But their customer service is terrible and/or non-existent. I hope that they can provide the proof of shipment to my credit card company to get the money owed to them from my dispute. Happy with the products but shipping is very slow and u won't get assistance.
They have a lot of discontinued items that u can't find other places so I have to admit I'd use them again, but just expect not to receive anything in a timely manner.

There should be an option for zero stars. I ordered product online from this company over 5 weeks ago. They have never shipped the order. On the day I ordered it they sent an email that announced "your product has been shipped". That was a lie. A tracking number shows that they are purporting to use a Swiss based shipping company called Asendia. Assuming that is true (who knows) the tracking number says only "shipping information has been received". 5 weeks later, that is still the status. My emails to the company have been ignored. They responded on this site to a prior negative review with what I expect is yet another misrepresentation, and when I replied to that ignored the reply. Check the BBB site and you will find hundreds (not an exaggeration) of similar complaints against this company. In my opinion it would be best to avoid these folks. If you have a problem with your order they will ignore you, which is quite different from how they say that customer service means everything to them. I doubt they ever had the goods I ordered from them.
I ordered from this company, and I was sent the wrong color. I called and after hitting every prompt to get someone, I finally left a message. I received a call back, and I was sent refund instructions. Not only did I have to pay for the return, I also was being charged a 30% restocking fee, and was then told I could not be refunded because the Pennsylvania's Health Regulations does not allow them to give refunds on hair pieces. I asked them to send me the "health regulations policy" that they are referring to, and of course I got did not receive a response. I then sent another email letting them know that I had not gotten a response... again, no response. I finally called and to my surprise someone picked up. I gave her my order number and told her I wanted a refund. She stated this regulations policy again, and so I asked her to email me the policy so that I can review it. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes, and then finally a man got on the call and said that my refund will be processed. I will never order from them again, and I urge anyone who is being challenged on their refund to be persistent and call them on their BS.
3RD EMAIL NO RESPONSE
I placed order # ******* on May 15th and have not received confirmation that my order was processed nor a tracking number to date. 3 days later on May 18th, I received a confirmation email that order # ******* was being processed and to allow 2-4 days in which I'll receive a tracking number. Now, almost 30 days later, I am receiving an email stating any order that has not been shipped, will be shipped out in the next 7-10 days.
Where is my order?
House of Beauty allowed their customers to purchase products knowingly that the purchased items was either sold or would not be shipped.

Where is my parcel? Infact you sent me a tracking number that doesn't actually exist through a fake tracking website! I have sent lots a emails, and messages via Facebook, you would think being so rich off taking people hard earned money that you would be focused on getting back to people or having enough staff! So here in Australia it becomes a criminal offence and you will be investigated for fraud, it gets sent back to your government and the more people complain the more you will be investigated for fraud and you will be audited too. It takes time but if you already haven't. There will be a knock on your door! I suggest you refund the whole amount not half, not a 3rd but the whole amount within 24hours or I will be taking it further in my employment "fraud investigation" here in Australia. Sometimes you get the wrong "customer" who can do more damage to your already damaged business. Please don't use covid as a excuse I have received stuff from China before you! Here is my order number HOB-*******. Now let's hope someone else doesn't have the same generated order number. Remember FULL refund
Answer: Nope! Try Amazon instead. HOB is not fulfilling shipments at all. Numerous customers never receive their orders or only receive a portion of their order with no refund
