I am writing a review on every website I can and I encourage anyone reading this who has not received their order to call their card company and have them reverse the payment and report this company to the BBB as well as the Philadelphia AG for fraudulent activity. I'm not giving them months to bs with my order. I started digging deeper after my order has been in label created status for over a week and the delivery date keeps changing everyday. I wish I read these reviews before I purchased it better yet just bought the items on Amazon it wouldn't hurt to pay more for a guaranteed delivery and that's what you'll have to do anyway since they never actually ship your product it's seems. And their customer service NEVER gets back with you besides that first bot email response someone called Renalyn sends from zen desk. There is a statute on reversals ppl call your bank and report the payment ASAP don't wait for broken promises for months. I know I'm not about to. Also report their website as a scam to Google, with enough reports their site will get flagged as well and we can hopefully save those who come after us!
I placed an order on 30th April and I still have not received it and have emailed you and called so many times and still no response. Can I have a refund please?! This is disgusting service
I placed my order on 11/18 and was told it will be delivered 11/30. As of today I never received my order. I called customer service and was told it wasn't their problem but rather contact usps.
I ordered from these guys nearly a month ago, and my order has said it has been shipped... but every time I check the status of my order, the delivery date gets changed every day. First, it said it would arrive on the 28th, then October the 3rd, then the 4th and now the 5TH! I'm scared to even check the status tomorrow because, at this rate, it would have changed YET again. WHERE IS MY PACKAGE? I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM THE COMPANY WHATSOEVER, NOR HAVE I GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK OR PACKAGE THE %^*$% FRAUDS.
The product I saw online is not what I received. I called the customer service supervisor and he told me to call the shipping that department said I needed to call customer service I called the number he gave me and he answered. I have not been able to get ahold of anyone, when I get placed on hold all of the sudden I get disconnected and can not get through again, it goes to a recording like if my phone # gets tracked. I was charged a few cents over the price but got sent a smaller size. What a rip off! I suggest do not order from this place. Oh yeah when I did get someone the genius on the other end claimed I was sent the corrert item, she said that the same product was put in a smaller jar but its the same item... clearly this company hires as good as the service they provide... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE AND YOU WONT GET RIPPED OFF!
Worst experience EVER! I ordered, in good faith, 4 Rusk items 24th of December 2018 and have not received them. I contacted them in writing numerous times and they have not had the courtesy of a response! THEY HAVE KEPT MONEY THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM. DO NOT TURST THIS COMPANY.

The recent reviews left for this business have to be staged man. Cause HOB is a joke. Before ordering anything from them... just go ahead and call their number listed on Google. Legit business are able to be contacted by telephone. Or even email... but HOB is very unprofessional and not legit at all.
I went online to their website which looked legit. Paid for a few items and was even sent a tracking number for my items. For whatever reason. Every time I'd go to track my package... the day would go up another day. So I checked it October 10, it said package would be delivered by the 15th. Then I'd check tracking on October 16th, it would say delivery would be the 16th and so on. Now it's saying the 27th or something.
After calling it rang, no answer. No call back. I emailed requesting my order to be canceled and a refund. Several days later, I get an email saying I will be refunded 11 bucks when I spent 50. Umm. Yeah they're weird. So I reported they're business and now am in a dispute. Don't be like me! Either order legit or just go to the store yourself!

I ordered perfume from them on May 8 totaling $98.10. I got an email on May 12th saying it may take longer to ship due to Covid19. The charge hit my account on May 11th. Around May 20th, I started looking for my tracking number but I was never given one. I checked my order on June 1st and it said that it has been cancelled. I've call all the numbers listed for this business during business hours and I only get a recording. My order was cancelled yet they still charged me. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

Answer: Nope! Try Amazon instead. HOB is not fulfilling shipments at all. Numerous customers never receive their orders or only receive a portion of their order with no refund
