This company customer service very bad and quality of a product is not good. I am not satisfy with this company service.
I made an order on April 18th I also made an order with another beauty supply store the same day. Houseofbeautyworld did not have anything posted about super extended processing times. Matter a fact I have gotten several emails with a variation of "processing times" As follows
ORDERED ON 4/ 18/2020
EMAILED ON 4/19/2020 said 2-5 day processing
EMAILED ON 4/20/2020 said 8-14 day processing
EMAILED ON 4/22/2020 said 2-4 day processing
EMAILED ON 4/23/2020 said 8-14 day processing
EMAILED ON 4/25/2020 said 8-14 day processing
I've ordered not one but two packages and already received them from another beauty store. HOWEVER HOUSE OF BEAUTY WORLD. Doesn't answer the phone at all even during business hours. I've tried two different numbers for for them. *******135 and *******957. Same recording on both. No machine. And I have emailed numerous times for them to just cancel my order. Even on the site when you go to contact us link processing time being said is 2-5 days I've heard nothing from them at all I want a refund they can keep their products since it hasn't even been processed yet I can't get them to help me. I DO NOT RECOMEMT THIS SHOP UNPROFESSIONAL NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
It took me multiple emails and finally threats on a public forum to get my refund... so stay away...!
I ordered from them never received my hair gel promises to send since June then July now they are closed down but still open on the internet
I have contacted the company about not receiving anything nobody had gotten back to me at all I've spent $90 and received no products
I purchase shampoo / conditioner and hair cream on feb1 got three different dates. Still not here...
Order took weeks to ship with in USA!
No one answers the phone when you call customer service AND no replies to email
I place an order on September 13th and I have not received it. I want my money back I have sent two e mails to customer service. Lousy business
This company is a fruad. Nonsense company with the worse costumer service. They never delivered my order. It's going to a month now
I cant find any more ways to ask for my money, I was confirmed the refund was going to be processed and nothing has happeened so far, the last repsond yesterday was that "the parcel was delivered" Yes it was, it was delivered to the wrong address we have agreed to that almost 2 months ago, several times that I contacted yout through your messenger becasue that is the only place you repond, no phone nothing.
YOU ARE CLEARLY STEALING MONEY, and the lack of your respond is just confirming that. I have posted different pictures of al your conversation in google review, and your messenger and still, keeping the money that does not beling to you.
Tell me and do not bring that BS saying you are doign your best because you are not,`you also have your CRM (Zendesk) which clearly shows that you do not have to use it since you gusy never replied.
The update I need is when my money is going to be refunded. I am not asking any other questions.
Answer: Nope! Try Amazon instead. HOB is not fulfilling shipments at all. Numerous customers never receive their orders or only receive a portion of their order with no refund
