Hulu is a fantastic streaming service with a diverse range of content, including current TV shows, classic movies, and original programming. The ability to watch new episodes of my favorite shows shortly after they air is a major plus. The ad-supported tier offers great value, although I wish there were fewer commercials during playback

I've tried most of the movie sites and Hulu is by far the absolute worst. The website itself is slow and difficult to navigate. Their disabling of right-click makes it even worse. Movies stop at random places to load, ruining the continuity of the movie. And trying to skip ahead or back stops the movie outright for anywhere from several seconds to half a minute. You can't even pause a movie where you want because of the delay. Subtitles are out of sync with video on most movies. You have to pay to watch the movies, and then pay again if you want to watch them without ads. Even the free bootleg movie sites work better than Hulu. I tried their free trial so at least this poor experience did not cost me anything.

Been subscriber for a Long Time and have had to call several times because they keep adding extra fees to my card. I put on my SSI disability card so don't check as often as I should. 6 months ago I called because they were charging me $32 a month for HBO, Showtime, etc and I said to cancel because I Only asked for commercial free because I already pay for those with my cable company. But instead of canceling, they stated charging me $45! When I asked for refund on the difference, they refused! So they screwed me out of several hundred dollars! It's kinda sad because I really did enjoy HULU

I have been with Hulu so long, I only pay $5.99 a month. I love the services and the different movies I can watch that has never came on cable tv. I stopped watching cable just so I can watch what I want, when I want on Hulu.

I have Hulu plus on my phone and on my TV. Hulu on my phone is ok, I'm not a fan of the commercials. As for hulu on my TV, it's awful! We also have Netflix, it constantly freezes and get blurry on hulu. Netflix we have zero problems with anything downloading, even during a storm. On Hulu, at the moment with no clouds and full wifi it STILL freezes during my show. HUGE negative! I would not recommend hulu to anyone, paying for a season on DVD is cheaper that paying for a years worth of Hulu. Due to the fact it will take you a month to watch one episode.

I would much rather watch Netflix. Hulu has way to many adds (it's like watching regular T. V) all the movies and plain and boring or really old movies. The only good thing is the T. V shows but even mist of them suck. The only things I'm even interested in watching are movies or shows that I need to buy a add in for! Like wtf, there is no reason why I should have to buy add one to watch movies on the streaming platform I payed for. I would rather just watch Netflix because 1. No adds 2. Good movies 3. The Netflix originals are most of the time really good, The Hulu originals are the most boring, unfunny, waste of time I've ever seen 4. I don't have to buy add ons to watch more movies

I loved Hulu but had cancelled my subscription once I saw that it has no 5.1 channel audio transmission. I sincerely hope that hulu starts audio transmission on 5.1 channel so that I can restart my membership and enjoy all my favorite shows.

The only reason I still use Hulu is because there are no good alternatives. Hulu is the $#*!tiest website/app. It has consistent bugs that are never fixed. Even worse, it plays the same commercials over and over. And over. Until you'd rather poke your own eyes out with a spoon than watch the same commercial for the 50th time in a row. Even worse than the fact that they have a total of 5 commercials they play at any given time is the absolutely idiotic commercials they choose to feature. I despise Hulu.

I kept getting billed, for two months in a row, after cancelling Hulu on their website. It even showed me as cancelled when I tried to log in. I tried looking up my account using the credit card number, which the Hulu site allows you to do, and it said no active account was associated with that credit card number. In spite of the fact they continued to bill that credit card! I had a hard time finding out how to dispute the charges, because the website makes it hard to find that info. I finally did, and they have a link to request a phone call from them. I did that and a rep called me back immediately. She was nice and promised to cancel the billimg and give me a two month refund. I will have to keep checking my statement to make sure that happens.

I got Hulu bc of a promotion where its. 99 a month for 12 months. But its quite frustrating when I have to stop in the middle of the show bc I have something to do bc when I go back to the episode I was on it starts that episode from the beginning. I have to fast forward every damn time.

I don't use it much anymore. It used to have better variety but I find other streaming to be better. But I still have it - kids. I went to watch a couple of shows lately but found I could not. Both are shows that I used to watch on Hulu. Now I had to pay some 'live' fee to watch - any episodes. I had it when free, small charge, bigger charge for commercial free, declined REALLY commercial free for another increase and I am now just over it. The choices are not that great compared to other services.

I am an American. Please quit putting Hispanic commercials on my channel. I love your channel, subscribe to it and pay for it and I do not appreciate any political view. Quit putting any American commercials on your channel. Hispanics coming into this country illegally do not need to be catered to. If you want to be in American, you should learn to speak English.!

Navigating the new app on my AppleTv is so frustrating that i would drop hulu if I could view the old format on my Roku and Windows 10. They upped the monthly $1 so they could program this useless BS.

Reminds me of when Yahoo mail changed their format based on one persons idea on how e-mail should be organized 4 years later I still hate it.

Hulu is cool, like just cool. They have shows but not every episode. Then when they do have the episode for example " dragon ball " doesn't have English version of shows. However they do have a wide variety of shows.

Seinfeld has been freezing on a specific ad for the last month. I called customer service to report the issue. They said they had no idea when the problem would be solved, that they knew about the problem for a while!, and refused to refund the last month. Instead, they give me a "courtesy" month for the next bill and that I would need to call back in a month if it were still not working. The idea that this is a courtesy month is quite ridiculous since the minimum they could do is refund me for a month when the service was not working properly. I guess my frustration with the service and my time waiting for and then speaking to customer service are worth nothing. Stick with Netflix!

Very close to canceling. Show stops to load constantly, plus repetitive and super annoying commercials (ex - daily burn) commercials, and even stops completely mid-show and starts another show entirely. One extra star for the fact that I can watch a show after it airs and can watch a cable show. Can't wait to switch to their competition!

Netflix is $9.99 and has NO ads, but to watch Hulu without ads it's $15? (for now until it goes up) So I decided to try with ads to save some money since I have Peacock with ads and they are only 15-59 seconds, so they are quick and don't seen to bug me. But good lord Hulu, the ads are overkill. And if you accidentally go back too far, it will make you watch the ads all over again and you can't fast forward even if you've watched them already. While on Peacock, or even Youtube for example, if you watched that ad already and decide to go back they don't force you to get stuck rewatching the whole damn ad over again. Super annoying Hulu. Fix that.

I use Hulu and drives me crazy each time the commercials pop up because my computer just freeze. Also, They used to have a good selection of the latest tv shows but no any more. You have to wait a year to watch the latest episodes. It is like Netflix but with commercials and a Medioquer selection of tv shows and movies.

I see that they have a for black people shows and movies you don't see it saying for white people shows and movies your putting a color for people and that I find racist and discriminating it's racist

Talked to them 12-27-21 12:50pm I was not able to sign to my emil then a rude lady would not help me further and hung up on me I had to call back. I will never do business with them & will remove there app from my tv

Hulu enables me to knock out my favorite shows or series in a matter of days. I hate getting into a series a couple seasons in, so before I start to watch them on TV I use hulu to catch up to the current show so I'm not lost.

Biggest piece of $#*! in its category. The user interface is literally the lowest IQ interface I've seen in my entire life. I mean, did a 5 YEAR OLD CHILD could come up with something better. Low tier company.

I've had many problems with Hulu, such as being too slow or getting messages in the middle of watching shows such as "This video is currently unavailable" etc. I pay the SAME price for Netflix and don't have to watch all the commercials! But what is most infuriating is that I go to see what programs are offered, add them to my watchlist, but when I go to watch them, I get a page asking me to sign in to my TV provider to be able to watch! They are not really available through Hulu, but through some cable providers, which you must have a subscription and online account to watch! Since I don't have cable (which is why I have Hulu!) I can't watch most of the shows I chose from Hulu led me to believe were available. But guess what? I've found streaming sites that have most of these shows available for FREE with full seasons available. So this will be my last month paying for crappy Hulu!

I canceled 2 days after my billing date. Saw it with my own eyes & said "are you sure you want to cancel & clicked YES! I got billed the next month & I called Hulu they blamed roku, roku could not find me. This is a joke. The only thing they are good at is blaming Hulu & roku. They are both a damn joke. It's easier going to the library.

So, now you have no cable... you have Hulu... your favorite TV show is on, your excited to watch it... you get on the couch, all ready... and Hulu won't work! It won't stay on, it keep kicking you out. You try it over and over and over, but nothing, the service keeps kicking you out. You contact Customer Service, they give you some lip service about your connection... however, Netflix and Amazon Prim still work, just fine - if only they had current TV shows, I would not have to deal with Hulu. My service hardly EVER WORKS - if I'm lucky to get through a complete show without the service going out, it's rare! This service is NOT worth cutting your cable off for, because it works so sparsley.

The only good thing about Hulu is that I can watch old shows that have been cancelled like Baby Daddy on Freeform but other than that it sucks. It's constantly cutting out I have to log in to the TV every morning. The original Hulu shows are not good quality entertainment and they won't get the Hallmark channels.

So, I cancelled Hulu earlier this month because I wanted to watch local channels and local sports via Fubo. Since I had paid for November, Hulu indicated that my viewership would remain the same until November 30.

However, since my cancellation Hulu has obstructed me from signing on every day to the extent that they have created an error message making my sign on take much more time. I will not be subscribing to Hulu any further due to their juvenile tactics.
