Hulu

Hulu has raised their monthly fee and I cancelled because they're not worth the extra money. There's only one channel I really watch -- TCM. I'll figure out another way to watch it. When I told their representative I wanted to cancel (the week before the end of that month's subscription), they told me it would be yet another month before it could be cancelled. I don't like being hi-jacked when it comes to my money. They will never get my business again. They have entirely too many "junk" channels for my taste. I'm not that into sports, murder or news.

2 days into the free period. The commercials are ill-placed. The buffering is constant. I don't have these issues with other streaming platforms. There is exclusive content that I want to see but so far I'm getting loading errors.

I like hulu live content for cost. If you take into account hulu's on demand service, live costs $32 - $35. Which is comparable or less then other services. The price point of $40 including on demand library is good.

Service constantly resets to make me watch commercials after just returning from them. I can't make it through a show without it resetting multiple times. I ran Speed test and was fine, their service is the killer. STAY AWAY

Hulu is a joke for those of us braking away from the main stream media and internet providers. We us a hotspot out here in little town America because that's all we can get. It works very nicely here. However because it will change the router number from time to time Hulu will not let you use it. Also they do not tell you this till you reset it 4 or so times then all the sudden they will not turn you back on. Also you can get more channels more everything really without this stupid system Hulu has from many other sources. Also with Hulu you can pay an extra 12 a month or so for commercial free. Wrong most shows movies everything almost will still have commercials shoved in your face. Save money and headache go with anyone but Hulu!

I want to see all the Pimple Popper episodes under my streaming live tv plan. You are cheating me from what I am subscribing too.
I do not recommend this company. I will be checking out Google Tv soon.

We just recently got rid of cable and decided to give Hulu live a try. Far as I can tell it's a disaster. We had been paying 12 or $13 a month for the ad-free version of Hulu and, aside from the crappy interface, it was great. Now we are paying six times that and I'm constantly having to figure out how to get around all the ads. Wth?! We are seriously being ripped off.

I have been watching programs on Hulu plus for 2 months now. The program selections are amazing, I can not believe I am able to watch so many popular shows without the annoying commercials. The series episodes come on one after the other barely skipping a beat. It's such an enjoyable experience. Thank you Hulu for all of the exciting programs..

Great way to watch stuff for FREE! Movies, recent tv shows, etc. You'll want to have a relatively fast internet connection though or buffering time is too slow and interrupts your viewing. Also, you'll have to deal with occasional advertisements, but just consider them as the commercials you'd have to put up with if you were watching tv. This is FREE.

Went through three customer service reps. No supervisor was present to handle my complaint of poor customer service. I felt like I was talked down to by the reps representing Hulu. They follow scripts which restricts them to getting to problem sooner. I asked the last rep to have her supervisor call when he or she gets in because they do not work at night. I am still waiting of the supervisor's call eight hours later. Don't waste your money with Hulu. I went back with YouTube TV.

Hulu promoted a Black Friday deal $0.99 per month for 12 months. The deal was so great that their servers crashed on account of the general public interest. I contacted customer support on Black Friday via their customer chat online and was advised by a representative to simply try back in an hour I tried back multiple different times to no avail. Called customer service today and was told there was nothing to be done out of luck. Very disappointing as I would have been a new customer

Tried desperately to create an account today tied to my ROKU. Followed procedure but as usual protection factors prevented me from setting up an account. For $144 per year I should have no hassles. Too bad, I will never sign up for HULU. Not worth the effort.

My wife decided to switch from Direct TV to Hulu to save money. Don't make the switch. I used to love skipping all of the time wasting commercials. Not possible thanks to Hulu. Also has programming issues. I have tried to fast forward only to have it go backwards about 15 minutes. Then makes you stay way behind and gives no option to get back. Hulu very much sucks.

Hulu is having an issue with some subscribers using their chromecast. They haven't corrected the issue yet and their is no eta. Since app was purchased thru Apple, they can't credit me for a service that I currently can not use. Doesn't make much sense to me. Either find a way to credit me or fix the issue. This has been on going for weeks now.

I have hulu live just for the YES network, I tried the commercial free version for 6 dollars more per month and the movies still have a ton of commercials. The site is not bad but nobody wants to watch movies with commercials especially that irritating state farm lady.

So save your six bucks.

I can deal with all the woke BS that goes on but now hulu is supporting that 1619 garbage.if you are going to allow something on your service at least make sure it's factual and not a narrative to make someone's feelings to feel better. 1619 has already been proven to be none factual

To many Commercials as soon as you get to looking at a scene here goes those same long commercials. If everyone is talking about the same problem for years fix it... so your customers will rate y'all better.

The constant pushing of ads combined with the instability of the site leads to this being the most frustrating online video service out there. The constant freezes sometimes have you watch the numerous 90-second ads several times before you're able to continue with the program. Their so-called "limited commercial interruption" is an absolute joke, and it almost completely ruins the service. The only saving grace is that it has several shows that I can't find on other platforms. Unless there are several shows that you are really into, stay away from the service. Hulu is severely lacking in every other regard.

I signed up for a 30 day trial, I cancelled after 12 hours! After several interruptions which prompted me to restart my computer and log back in (can't save ID and password info) I'd had enough and cancelled my subscription.
How in the world are you going to compete with Amazon and Netflix? This experience was frustrating! Bye forever Hulu.

I don't like ads with my pay service on hulu, but the quality of the pictures are good and the selection matches my taste, but every time if I have something that need to get a human being to resolve, doesn't matter a phone call or a chat, the "Standard" wait time is always 30 min. That's totally not acceptable.

Free trial my behind. I signed up for 1 free month. I went from commercial to no commercial plan and was charged. So now I don't get the free month as promised no matter which I picked, simply because I changed plans? I would have gotten a free month either way and after waiting on hold for an hour I still can't speak with the resolution specialist. What a rip off. Sad part is I liked the programming on Hulu, but was shocked at the horrible customer service and sketchy free trials offered.

I watched each episode of Hand Maids tale without a hitch. But, into the third season of The Strain, nothing but perpetual buffering and blackouts. Customer service wait times are in excess of 30 minutes and you're likely to be dropped from the call! Very frustrating and still no answers.

This is just ridiculous, having commercials blow your eardrums out is the opposite of what these companies should want because we are all muting the tv during them. How will you sell your product if no one is listening? Hulu is a bunch of ignorant people with no business sense!
