Ads are problem

Hulu was founded back in 2007 also makes original content, such as Netflix and Amazon. But they backs between the shows are getting irritated

Continually losding

Call center person named Ayanna-GHETTO. After not being in the mood to entertain a person who was rude to begin and end with, I asked to speak to her supervisor. After waiting on the phone for an hour, Britany gets on the phone. Britany said she was from San Antonio Texas and that she is the HIGHEST PERSON AT HULU. LOL I beg to differ! Apparently Britany THINKS SHE IS THE CEO OF HULU, which surely she is NOT. Apparently role playing while on the clock at Hulu is what they get paid to do.

CUSTOMER SERVICE, MINUS RUDE GHETTO AND STORY TELLERS WOULD BE APPRECIATED. I would definitely NOT recommend Hulu to anyone due to the PURE IGNORANCE I experienced. My initial call was about being charged for a trial membership. Needless to say I cancelled the service and will ONLY STICK TO NETFLIX.

ATTENTION HULU CORPORATE OFFICE, PLEASE ADVICE BRITANY THAT FALSIFYING INFORMATION AND TITLE POSITIONS IS AS SICKENING AS IT GETS! MENTAL HEALTH DISORDERS EXIST! BRITANNY IN SAN ANTONIO TEXAS, GET HELP! Unfortunately leading by example is what caused Ayanna to feel that it is okay to become combative with customers. NOT!

My son was living with me for a while so we used his account for a while. He moved out a few months ago and I decided to get my own account. I have had nothing but problems. Specifically error number P-TS207. Sometimes I get it sometimes I don't. Most often I DO and I am unable to watch the programing on HULU. We used his account for two years with NO issues. My TV, or internet service has not changed.

I was on hold tonight for about an hour with customer service. I had called two times previously, Case # *******, with the SAME error message problem. When I finally got escalated to Jude on Resolution Specialist Team He said the problem is on the network side, buffering and speed issues are due to my connection. He stated that they are not tracking these issues at this time. He refusing to reach out to team to investigate. He said that I was the first person with this issue. I find that odd because this error message is all over the internet. If so many people are getting this error message and yet other streaming services are not having these issues. Perhaps they have an upcoming media crisis on their hands. I cannot control my internet service. I only have one choice of provider. My internet, wi-fi and other streaming services work fine.

I do not understand how Prime and Netfilx play on my Sharp Roku TV with NO issues and yet HULU all of a sudden after I set up a new account does not work!? When I told Jude that it did me no good to keep HULU without being able to watch the programming, he said he would be happy to cancel it, but it would be instantly. He did nothing to try to save the account. I would like to have an a Hulu account and be able to watch the programming.

I usually don't have too much of a problem with buffering or glitching, but Hulu very often shows the loading bar in the middle of the screen, even when the picture is perfectly clear and never stops to load. It's not that huge of an interruption to watching, but to me, it just serves as a constant reminder that Hulu is a little bit crappy.
Sometimes, I can click anywhere on the screen to play/pause, but sometimes it won't register at all when I click on the screen or even on the play/pause/rewind/fastforward buttons. Sometimes, I can use the spacebar to play/pause, and sometimes hitting the spacebar causes my show to automatically jump ahead TWO episodes. When the spacebar wants to work, I can use the arrow keys to rewind/fastforward, but like I said, it seems to have no rhyme or reason as to when this actually works.
Very often, if I pause my show and open another tab, when I go back to Hulu(even after only a couple minutes of being on another tab), it has my show closed out. It will be on the details page for that show instead, which never has an accurate account for which episodes I have seen and which one I left off on, even if I refresh the page.
The amount/frequency/duration of ads also seems to have no rhyme or reason. I think sometimes it depends on what device or browser I'm streaming it on. Sometimes it shows a 30-second ad every 30 or 45 minutes, but sometimes it will give me a 60- or 75-second ad every 10-15 minutes.

I give it two stars only because I do really like the selection of shows and movies on Hulu, and as much as I hate to say it, these dumb problems don't necessarily make it not worth watching. I would have given three stars for that reason, but I realized that I actually use my mom's account and would likely NEVER pay for Hulu myself.

I don't know a lot about computers or how these streaming sites work, but I've never had any issues like this with Netflix. They are small problems, but they are also kind of ridiculous and make absolutely no sense to me. Get your sh*t together, Hulu.

Instead of a description about my most recent Hulu experience, here is the transcription of the chat I had with their customer service last night:

Hello, thank you for contacting Hulu. My name is Milly. How can I assist you?

Hi Milly; I processed the cancellation for my subscription and the content was ceased immediately. I was supposed to get it until November 28th.

I can definitely assist you. Before we get started, can I have your email and zip code that is listed on the account for verification.

Okay, I was able to get you verified, one moment while I review your account.
Due to the account cancel, once it was finalized. There is no subscription available for you to stream. The account is cancelled.

There was a note attached to my cancellation that indicated the stream would cease on the 28th. That's not for 17 days

It is no longer available

It said, "Please continue to enjoy Hulu through to November 28th..." and told me how to reestablish my account if I changed my mind.

I understand you received that but there is nothing to allow you to finish streaming, the account is cancelled

So I don't have a Hulu account at all?
I intended on revisiting Hulu with the same account every couple of months, the same way I had in the past. Is this no longer possible?

All the information is still stored, all I will have to do is log in and re-establish my subscription?

Then it sounds to me like the account is not cancelled. I would just like to have Hulu redeem the trial that was offered.

The account is cancelled however when you want to re sign up you just use the same email and set up your account and payment method and continue services
However, I can not make the cancel account uncancel to allow you days
