The website is very detailed and easy to navigate. I like that all the accessories are listed for each item separately when you buy a bundle which makes it a lot less confusing. The price is reasonable.

In light of all going on in the country it was like a breath of fresh air my shopping experience from start to finish Could not have been easier... their chat line assist is great it was just a fantastic experience reviews are not my tool of choice cause I'm not sure they are all true either pro or con...However if you are reading this rest assured it's true!

Product was super fast delivery and exactly as expected.minor damage (cosmetic) by shipper but company still backed it and offered replacement or small financial reimbursement is we kept it. I've not seen the reimbursement yet but expect it will be there as we have had awesome service all the way across the board so far

Customer service was helpful, my "ac ready" furnace didn't have a coil cabinet. So this lead to a delay in the install and hassle locating one. I never received a response from them regarding locating one. 1 star taken for this,1 for the extra money it cost me to get this done. Appears there isn't much product knowledge on the item I was sold, and they don't carry the correct cabinet for the furnace/AC system they sold me

Great prices, and a clear, easy to understand site. The items arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and I should have the heat turned on later tonight. I am delighted with the combination of quality and price and will use these guys again on my next house project.

Equipment came very well packed. No damage. Note: the carrier does not call a day in advance of the delivery. Driver says that can be requested, but is not automatic. I got ten minutes notice, just by luck I was in the area. Driver was very agreeable to waiting another 15 minutes for me to arrive

Your website is better than most I have visited. The checkout process was smooth.
The packing/shipping was a perfectly new pallet strapped on top of an old broken pallet, which made it unstable and it wanted to fall to one side. The units were unharmed, it was just a really bad shipping method.
