Site was easy to use and from what I could find good pricing! When I received products one had slight damage at bottom of heater unit there was no real structure around this unite to keep it safe and it showed it was not bad enough to return and wait for a replacement!

I was going to go with me.cool but your all's customer service over the phone has been great, everyone picks up the phone very fast and lots of help. The product is great and had fun installing it myself.

The only issue was the local shipping company that was to make final delivery to my house (lift gate service) was short on drivers due to the current situation. I called them and made arrangements to pick up items at their warehouse. They were very accommodating and assisted with loading. I am just out the $35 for the delivery service. Not a problem.

Very good site, shows product well with good descriptions and information. Item arrived in two days, very well packed with everything we ordered. Installation was easy, replacing a 40 year old natural gas furnace with the new Goodman.
