My order did not ship right away so I call the lady I talked to said that she would call me back when the supplier got back to head and I did hear from her the next day and the following my order was in the way Ill be ordering from you again

Pretty good but a bit cumbersome

Coil arrived damaged after a fairly lengthy shipping time, then another two weeks to get it resolved. Don't get me wrong, the company is good to deal.with just took longer than I wanted to be without AC.

Sales people were not very knowledgeable about what came with the unit originally I ended up ordering items I did not need to order because they came with the unit... Technical support did not seem to know very much about operation of the unit...

Buyer Beware
September 18, 2024

I purchased my packaged unit 2 yrs ago. My compressor went out over a week ago and I had to have a license tech come out to give me a diagnostic report so HVACDirect would send me one under warranty, cost $100.00 for report. Sent HVACDirect report, said technician would get a hold of me within 24-48 hrs. Technician finally called me at 72 hr mark and said he would send me my part. I asked if a technician would be coming to install it and he said no. Contacted customer support again and lady said labor wasn't included in warranty. What kind of sense does that make, your part went out under warranty and you are going to make me pay for installation? So, I will be out around $400- $600 dollars for installation of compressor. Well it has been 2 weeks without air and part still hasn't shipped, good thing we haven't had a heat wave. Will be cold before long, guess I'll have all the time in the world then to get it installed. I would becareful buying anything from HVACDirect. Not what I was expecting from them.

Beware of this company. Their products are cheap knockoffs and usually arrive non-functioning. They have a troubleshooting team but they will eventually stop answering your calls and emails. I spend 5K now I have a broken HVAC unit. Avoid at all cost!

Placed my order after researching the site which is very easy and intuitive to navigate. Order was confirmed and shipped promptly. Equipment arrived undamaged and I completed my installation the same day. Unit has performed great so far. I saved approximately $6000 compared to quote I received locally.

I did not receive a call from the Transport company to make sure I was present for taking delivery.
Took pictures of the exterior of the unit, did not see any evidence of external damage during shipping.

Unit was fine,after multiple calls of follow up. Then they called and offered upgrade due to original product selected was not in stock after they confirmed the day before it was. Overall went well and communication was good.

Worst experience

Worst experience ever! Customer service sucks. First they sell you something they don't even have, then they would contact you and offer something cheesy instead. I bought an equipment which should be shipped within 7-8 days. I just had to cancel the order because they dragged it for 2 months, every time I contacted customer service they would give me new shipment day. Looks like they were hoping to push me their own cheesy brand ACIQ instead. I ended up ordering from another supplier and received the product within 8 days.

I purchased this system as a complete split furnace system. I ordered ACIQ furnace, AC and evaporator. During checkout I was asked to upgrade to an inverter AC for an extra price to get better energy savings so I did. When my system arrived I received a Heil furnace and ACIQ AC. I ordered the ION wall control as well. Much trouble during installation. The communicating wall control wouldn't find the furnace, after several phone calls and much time on hold I finally found someone to tell me that the firmware on the wall control was 5 revisions old. After updating firmware the control found the furnace but wouldn't find the AC. I talked to 3 different technicians and none could help resolve the issue. With a unsatisfied ticket in with no progress for 3 days an engineer called me to let me know that the AC would never talk on that network with the Heil furnace and ION wall control. Beware they will sell you anything and then you may be on your own.
