Be careful dealing with these people. I did a virtual interview. They talked me into buying a package. Went in for the appointment decided not to get the service because it was not the same as what the virtual appointment told me been up there twice to talk to amie to get documentation the services that I supposedly got She refuses to talk to me, goes in our office and shuts the door.
Be aware when you're talking to these people on there quick to get your credit card and then if you change your mind and call back, they say they can't refund your money. I had an expected situation where I needed my money back and it was amost 2 day later and they refused to give it to me. I will continue to write up about this company and let people know in every area.
I have attempted to cancel a simple appointment due to the fact they couldn't get me the treatment for over a month. I received treatment at another location. They are now harassing me and refusing to give me a refund for services I never received. I was never informed that I could not get a refund if I cancelled the appointment. This company has seriously unethical business practices and trys to trick people into services telling them that NEED them. This is a purely cosmetic no one NEEDS these services. They won't stop calling me and trying yo retain me as a client. After this nightmare I will never be a client of yours. Leave me alone and give me my money back.
Spent $6,000 and I should've gone with sonobello. Coolsculpting what a waste very little to no results and in fact feel like I gained weight around the areas that were done. I work out and eat healthy so this is more frustrating and disappointed. Wish they should have advised to wait after I turned 50, only would have waited 1 year later. Employees were nice which is why I gave it a 2 star rating.
I booked full face and underarms laser removal with them and my loan application was accepted but since they were booked out of appointments for over a month, they said they would have to re-do the loan on the day I'm visiting. So I make it to my appointment and the full face laser treatment was only the lower half of my face and neck - apparently nose and forehead doesn't count under face and need to get a added on package for additional $1600 and I called my loan provider to ask regarding the payment start date and they said they haven't received any loan application? So ideal image went ahead and did my procedure without an active payment and now I'm supposed to pay them $500 for one setting? Could you help me make sense of the customer service? On the day I went to my appointment I asked them if everything's taken care of and I was told yes? Over priced and would not recommend, please take your business to Milan - they actually care about you and provide the best service.
If you want to get No results with coolsculpting, go to this company. The only fat you're gonna lose is A FAT couple of thousand dollars. Same with laser hair removal. They offer a membership then when you go for touch ups it's $50-$120 each time. I'm talking about my personal experience!
Very bad customer care I showed up for my appointment. They told me that I was not able to be seen when I called the one 800 number to let them know what happened. They offered me a $20 coupon for my next service. I have been a long-term customer and drove one hour each way to get there and this is not the way to treat patients, very dissatisfied with their service
Offered me a terrific deal but despite the fact I have been using Allē products for years. Refused treatment. Why? I had hives 40 years ago from Benadryl. After almost 2 hours of my life wasted I'd say skip it.
First of all I purchased a pair of fillers the best. Then the same day purchased 2 more. When I finally was seen after them over booking the assistant I had did not listen where I wanted them she told me she thought I needed them very dissatisfied. Then went back for my last filler and of course they scheduled me for a Botox so I was unable to receive my filler. I'm done they lost me n what I owe
I had the membership. I was guaranteed a price for a service. After the service, when I went to pay, it was significantly more expensive. I was told "well, we did send a notice about the price change". (I think it was in my spam). I just called to ask to be removed from the membership. The person on the other line had a very bad attitude. There are a million places to spend money and, for me, this will no longer be one of them. Horrendous custom service, treatment of employees and business practices.
They harass you to schedule a free consultation, make you pay on the spot for the service you're inquiring about. My appointment was scheduled for 12/21 and they rescheduled because I had a dental cleaning. I understand that. Then they rescheduled because it was raining. Then they rescheduled again because the nurses were out. Then I decided to go to a different location. I drove 40 minutes for them to deny my service because I had laser treatment on my cheeks 1 week prior. This was mentioned in my medical history I filled out prior to arriving. I leave the country in 3 days for 9 months. They have no openings. I wasted my money. This place is absolutely a scam. As soon as they get your money, you are no longer a priority and they will go out of their way to ensure you do not receive your service.
This place is horrible. They make last minute schedule changes all the time. They also have zero availability for their clients. My last laser hair treatment was in November. They cancelled my appointment tomorrow (with not even 24 hours notice), and then they said they don't have any availability until February 2023. This leaves me 3 months in between treatments. Don't take on clients if you don't have the bandwidth to complete your services in a timely manner, especially when you recommend re-treatment within 6-8 weeks. Save your money and go elsewhere
Very poor communication between staff and customer. Only good thing is they've managed to hire the nicest nurses(not surprisingly their turnover rate is insane). BUT I'm very unhappy with Ideal Image in general, this is not the first nor the last time they've screwed up. I will never purchase another contract and will never recommend anyone to use Ideal Image for any services. Few months back, I tried calling their escalation line, was on hold for 2.5 hrs and never spoke to anyone. You can forget ever getting a manager on the phone. And if you do, the next time you speak it'll be a new person.
Ideal image pressured me over the phone into the credit check and signing up for the loan with ally. They claimed it was 0%apr but that's a lie, I have been charged 29.9% interest. Their service sucked and the staffs are so rude. They charged me $3000 for under arm and bikini laser, I found somewhere else that offered $2000 for full body and they refused to refund me for service they haven't performed. Please stay away from this deceptive rude business and find laser options elsewhere.
Bought a botox treatment, which I have had before with no complaints. However, this time I make the long trip to my appointment and an intake person discusses a bit of my personal medical history and on the basis of my "answers" decides I am not currently a candidate for treatment. This could have easily been done at contract signing time or else over the phone prior to me driving to their facility. So I ask about refund. Nothing doing. Apparently the long-winded legal-speak contract that I signed allows them to not treat AND not refund for just about any situation. I would have required a lawyer to explain this ridiculous, one-sided contract to me in order that I could fully appreciate the full ramifications of entering contract. They just want money for nothing and apparently they have a successful business model and I believe the rug needs to be pulled right out from under this criminal enterprise. See them for what they are and spend your hard-earned money elsewhere is my advice.
Sure, when I'm able to get an appointment and it isn't cancelled on me, it seems like the service is making progress toward my hair-removal goals. However, one of the biggest aspects of the laser-hair-removal treatment is that it's supposed to happen consistently. I've found it incredibly difficult to consistently get the treatment I paid for due to multiple cancellations on Ideal Image's side and poor communication. Additionally, when they cancel and ask when I'd like to reschedule, it's often way later than the recommended 6-8 weeks from the last treatment. Even more frustratingly, I paid for a year of service, but since my appointments keep getting pushed back, I doubt I'll receive the recommended number of treatment services I was told I should be able to receive.
Don't waste your time trying to use a e-certificate from Ideal Image. The 4 employees at the front desk in North Andover, MA told me to call their corporate office to resolve, we had an order number but Ideal Image never sent any other info. They should have resolved his. Their corporate customer service contact told me, the recipient of the PAID gift card and listed on the confirmation, that the person that paid for the gift card needs to call and will take a least a day to resolve. After spending over $500, could not use the gift cert. Total joke, will never go back and getting a refund. Very disappointed in my experience. No receipt provided at check out either, had to call back for that.
I wish companies would refrain from clubs and coupons. Ideal image charged me $770 and I received nothing but a 5 minute treatment if watered down botox. They will not refund my money. They offered me more of their watery botox
Whatever you do, do not sign a contract with this company. They will steal your money and have zero compassion about it. Donny in the corporate office, is a young man with zero consideration for helping out. We live close to a fire that we got evacuated from, we are now in a flood zone and being 2.5 hours away from the closest spa I asked to get a refund. I need the money now more then I need Botox. He said it's a legal contract and there is nothing he can do.

I canceled my appt on the next business day. I was not told the bare on my credit card was not canceled. When I originally made the appt I was not aware my card would be charged for Botox units prior to my 2/7/24 appt. Now this charge is under review. I just want my $$$ credited back.

Answer: Absolutely not. I didn't need much to begin with. My lip flip, which the tech suggested, lasted about 3 weeks. I specifically told her that I wanted my forehead not to move & last as long as possible. I live 2 hrs away. She used Xeomin which doesn't offer the results I specifically requested. She also added on crows feet, my 11's & in-between my eyes, without authorizing with me! I barely needed my forehead. Definitely didn't need or authorize her add on services. It was all a waste of $$$$. Maybe she need extra $$$$! I'm sure I'm not the only one thos happened too.
