Getting laser treatments and when I started was told I should come at least every 6 weeks. However, now that I am contract bound, I can't get an appointment for 12 weeks. Customer service basically stated we are working on opening up more slots and we are so busy. Well that does not help me get the service I paid for. They have a very nonchalant attitude. The worst is I don't even think the laser is helping with the hair removal. So long between sessions that I am forced to shave. Would not recommend!
Worst customer service. Especially 1625 Chestnut St Unit 236, Philadelphia, PA *******, this branch they do not provide good service, they cancel appointments up on arrival and when we call and ask for reasoning the lady jus cut the call and hung up on me. I regret choosing this Facility. This is my experience. You better focus on training your front desk workforce who are like face of your Organization. With this bad exp I would never come back to you after paying 10 thousand out of my pocket and still get this service we just regret to the core for this kind of treatment. If not good service at least train your workers some front desk protocols on how to treat customers.
They had no problem stealing $5,000 from my wife and I for her totally ineffective cool sculpting series of treatments. They made no attempt to compensate us for their failed treatment and my wife told me that the nurse was rude to her. I called several times to talk to the manager and was told she will call me back, but she never did. Instead she made her poor front desk girl do her dirty work. There was no noticeable improvement to my wife's trouble areas in fact they may have been worse after the series of treatments. It's hard to believe that they would do nothing whatsoever to compensate us for their failed treatment not even offer her more treatments to try and get her some noticeable/satisfactory results. Instead they just ignored our attempts to contact them. Ideal Image only cares about getting your money apparently and cares nothing about customer satisfaction. Beware!
WARNING: Idea Image is a corporate bully. The "consultation" was really a hardcore sales call that moved so fast you don't have time to think. I pressured into making a $2000+ purchase that is not right for me. Laser hair removal for areas where I don't actually have hair and The laser won't even address my gray hairs. I financed this with their partner Ally... rushed, rushed, rushed with no time to read the fine print. All non-refundable, which I didn't know till after the purchase was made. It is a horrible business with unethical practices and policies. Stay away!
It's has been such a wonderful experience having Taylor care for me at Ideal Image. She listens, professional, and makes sure she addresses each of her client's needs. I come home feeling happy and smiling seeing the results of my treatment. Taylor is amazing at what she does, a nurse with a kind heart who makes sure you look your best.

I decided to come to ideal with my mom after hearing commercials about it. The area that my mom had treated has not grown back at all and it has been years! They did a fantastic job. I'm younger so I have to do some touch ups here and there but still see a big difference from when I started out.
You pay an annual $300 fee which they don't remind you is coming due, then when you cancel, they pro-rate your refund. This is blatantly taking advantage of customers who have not received satisfactory services, cool sculpting did not work and was very expensive. You can get competitive pricing at other spas without paying this annual fee. Do not do business with these people.
This place is not good. If you live in Twin cities area go to Afzal clinics. (Not being told to say this). Only went to ideal image because of a deal they asked me what I wanted done, after little filler the syringe broke while she injected me and I'm like are you ok cause she was freaking out. They do not know what they are doing and do not know how to perfect faces period. If I'm paying 550 per syringe don't ask me where it should be placed, they are the "professionals."
You can't get an appointment. Per their recommendations, you should get treatment every six weeks, but good luck getting an appointment in less than six months. They don't care and keep spinning the lies about adding more staff. And of course they're still selling more services to new clients. Don't give them any money!
Areas did not AT ALL and have resulted in even more hair growth. I worked with the company as they suggested more treatments and nothing changed. I received a call as well as an email confirming a claim resolution in the amount of $1,368.08 for the 2 areas of concern- email attached. When following up, I was told there are no funds for the claim and claim is denied- even though it was confirmed to be approved by the 2 clinics visited.
No concern for their clients or results. "No Guarentees" is what their response is. They advertise laser hair free services but do not guarantee anything after thousands of dollars spent and only to cause more hair growth where there was non in spots treated. Emotionally distressed by the deception of this company and the lies being told regarding the claim. Would not recommend this business to anyone since they do not care about their clients nor the claims they make and advertise regarding their services. I've had to spend more money on resolving the hair growth issues from their laser than what initially was paid to the business. Buyer beware!
Answer: Yes, I had to go to the hospital where they treated me for BURNS that Nicola at Ideal Image gave me while doing Laser treatment. Dr Angela Fisher at Ideal Image is unprofessional and relies on her 17 years of bad experience.
Answer: Absolutely not. I didn't need much to begin with. My lip flip, which the tech suggested, lasted about 3 weeks. I specifically told her that I wanted my forehead not to move & last as long as possible. I live 2 hrs away. She used Xeomin which doesn't offer the results I specifically requested. She also added on crows feet, my 11's & in-between my eyes, without authorizing with me! I barely needed my forehead. Definitely didn't need or authorize her add on services. It was all a waste of $$$$. Maybe she need extra $$$$! I'm sure I'm not the only one thos happened too.
Answer: Absolutely not! I spent $1800 and within 4 months my lines above my lips returned!
