The website gives you all the information you need which is helpful for me because I do not know much about makeup. The staff has also been kind and helpful. The products feel light and nice on my skin, do not irritate my face, and do not smell strong. Only one product seemed deceptive, but I've been happy with everything else. I plan on slowly building my makeup knowledge and collection through this company. Above all, I really appreciate the consistent e-gift codes I receive. Good makeup is expensive which is overwhelming, so getting a gift card every now and then helps.
I order one product today and was charged for three. I've been trying to correct this problem but I don't have a number to call to cancel. The money is already taken out of my PayPal account. I'm getting responses like they will talk to me soon. Will it's Friday and I'm pissed.
Best skin care products I've ever used! My skin looks better than ever and I'm 52. I've always taken care of my skin and can honestly say this is the best skincare brand, by far.
One of the best foundations I've ever used (and I've tried many over the years) but more importantly than the quality products they offer, they have top notch customer service and great communication which makes me very comfortable to spend my hard earned money with them. Would recommend 10/10!
That add-on button is a total gimmick and a total fraud. Just let me make my order and if I want to add onto it, then I'll add on.

I just placed my order earlier today. It states on the website you won't get charged until you try the product out but have not even received the product. Keep in mind just ordered it this morning and was already charged the full amount for the product.

I have problems with eyeliner and mascara smudging off under my eyes. EVEN If I only put on eyeliner and mascara on the top and nothing on the bottom, it still smudges off under my eyes. After using their product of Eyeliner and mascara, it does not run nor smudge off. Now when I use the Primer, it does. I am working on a solution for that, but I am sure that IL Makiage will have a solution for it. Any recommendations it welcomed. I am 50 and seeing the wrinkles. I used to be told that I looked so YOUNG. Now, not so much! Again, help is always welcomed.
Please delete an add on order that popped up really quickly while i was making a first time order. Such a bad experience. I ordered this product when the foundation looked so beautiful on my niece. I am delighted to try it but i did not order the add-on order, it popped up quickly then I received a confirmation for it as well. Please credit my card and cancel the add-.on order. Do not make this first time a bad experience.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The only reason I didn't give a 5 is that the site didn't recognize that a was a yearly member.
I haven't had one of their products not make me happy. Everything has been excellent. It's actually amazing how much my skin looks and feels better. I'm a true devotee.

Website ordering is very clunky and hard to re order if yo don't want to do auto ship. Also very slow.
The experience was excellent. I just don't like returning anything. To much work. I can't wait to get my moisturizer! Amazing on the face and neck. Beautiful glow.
I have loved all the products from this company that I have tried.
All in all good but I felt a little pushed to subscribe. I have to try the product first before I subscribe. I was highly disappointed in Crepe Erase and then getting out of the subscription was tedious. I won't do that again until I'm sure the product works

Why advertise "You can try it before buying it" when it's not true?
And you can't even go and cancel the order or get in touch with anyone besides via email which will take up to 24 hours to get a response from them… another reason I don't like ordering from online places… I have been so hesitant on ordering and I should had stuck to my gut to not order it…

Actually i jumped the gun… customer service did email me back within the hour about my issue and explained their process which made me feel better

I use the concealer and the serum religiously which I love. Tried the eye serum twice and twice the pump broke. Without the pump, the product dispenses uneven and just doesn't work.
15 minutes to respond to a free offer isn't enough time! I was in Dr's office and couldn't respond. What a let down.
Love the match just wish shipping was faster. And returns have to be WITH IN there time period to receive to get a refund if u don't like the product. I still have a couple items I now can't return. So watch your timing

..but very annoying all the "added" add-ons. Give the discounts upfront not if you add on a bunch of expensive products.
