Tried to add Inkliner to my auto-replenish order, but couldn't find a way to do that (from the cart, the product page, or my auto-replenish list). Had to talk to customer service twice to get clarity that some items aren't eligible for auto-replenish - not sure why, but it means I have to pay additional shipping & forego the discount even though I have products shipping this month. I loved the process of choosing a color and felt it was accurate. After I chose my foundation I was asked multiple times about purchasing additional products. I declined. Then I saw an offer which I wrongly assumed was for a 20% discount on the product I was buying. It was not. It was another offer for something I had already declined but for 20% off. I felt it was somewhat deceptive and this was my very first time trying this product so I am not sure what to think.

Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
