I have tried several of the Il Makage products. I love everything I've tried. I just reordered the exfoliator. It's amazing!

The "review cart" does not clearly lay out the full scope of the order with promos. Customer service is quick to respond but is unable to cancel orders or change promo codes even if the communication is within 5 minutes of placing the order. They did offer a $40 gift card to use on a future purchase to try and rectify this policy, however, it comes with numerous restrictions on products outside of the trial options.
I love the No Filter primer. So easy to use and feels and looks great. I am an older woman and this is one of the few makeup products that I really like.

I decided to Google the CEO/ owner of the company and found the company roots. That was the impetus to try ordering again and the one time delivery WAS available. Awaiting my order now.
I did the quiz twice. The first shade picked for me was #120 and I did place the order. The second time, a photo was taken and they chose shade#75. So now I will have to wait. It's difficult to choose a shade, even with someone else helping choose the pictures. When both shades arrive, we shall see!

I tried the after party "full coverage" foundation and I'm disappointed. It seems the company doesn't know the meaning of full coverage. It's thin and I had to layer and layer. Answer: Yes! I believe they are anyway…but the problem with asking different peoples opinions and that is you will get MANY different opinions! The reason I say go for it and try them out is because regardless of if the products suit YOUR skin and style their customer service is amazing so you aren't really taking a risk as if for whatever reason you don't like what you buy they will fully refund or exchange with no problem at all. They are really quick with responding to enquiries too so if there's anything you want to ask them before buying I suggest sending them an email and you will soon see what I mean…they really go beyond to try and make their customers happy!

Answer: I wasn't successful. I sent them pics of the reaction I am having in the exact areas I am using the product and all they had to say was,"your 30 day return period has expired". For a company that charges $45 for 1.7 oz of cream, that is very poor customer service.
