Hi I would like to share my experience with Indianroots. Recently one of my friend visited India from US and in order to welcome her I gave her a beautiful saree from Indian roots and trust me she loved it a lot.The moment she wore that saree she looked elegant. Indian roots has in this brand to give a taditional touch to the people.And when she was going back she bought 5-6 sarees more. Thank you Indian roots for bringing in smile on my friends face.

Never buy from them.
I bought a saree which looked so much better on the website, but it was so dull when I saw it... returned. The balance which I got was in a form of a voucher which can't be used with the sale they have. I don't understand the correlation. It was my money which I had paid, y can't it be combined with the sale offer. Every other website has this facility. Big time cheats! Over priced stuff... can't even think of buying without sale. I made a mistake... you should'nt.

We ordered an unstitched suit from Indian Roots in August and today is October 22 and they have not shipped yet. No updates form them, no refunds nothing. This is the second time it happened to us. They dont let you know of the delays unless you ask them. The people at their call center have no information whatsoever. Please don't buy from this site. They are horrible in their customer service.

As a child everyone wants their santa to give them gifts and since parents are the santa themselves, they tend gift the best they can. Recently I got a Earrings as a christmas gift from my santa.And i must say they were divine, exquisite, magnificent. I seriously dont have words to describe the design and the quality of the product. I was looking for salwar suit online and came across this e-commerce site. The website looks stylish, fashionable and different. Under this category, I was blown with the kind of salwar suit being sold. Not typical, very classy and looks designer. I ordered few items 3 months ago, I never received any items from them. When i emailed them to find out the status of shipment they never responded back to my email. I even tried to contact them on Facebook messenger but no response received.

Please do not order from this website.

I wish I could them a negative rating! This site feels more like a scam to me! The customer service is rude and pathetic. The website does not load well and has minimal information on products. I requested assistance with their online chat service and the person on the other end asked me to go to the link and read the product information. I would have asked for help if the information I wanted was available! Bad experience even before purchasing anything from them. I would NOT recommend this site to anyone!

Great service delivery was as promised, quite as fast as I had not expected. Great service and quality merchandise. I ordered a shirt in March. Till today I have no refund and no shirt. Standard polite messages are being issued to me from time to time but my money is not returned. Their phone is a fraud and so is their address. I wish you had a negative rating list. I would rate them -10.

Sorry but I do not have the time or patience left to be emailing you with order numbers to rectify this, you should already have the info!. Anyone new wanting to order from INDIAN ROOTS please don't you will be disappointed as you will not get your order or your refund. You won't even get an email, only when you chase them for orders do they reply to say it's delayed, then after 3 attempts they cancel the order, is stick to buying from U. K. Shops or actually going to India and getting it, much safer options!

I have made a Prepaid order of two product on 5 November 2015 but till me time one product not delivered. I have contacted Customer care but nobody is picking the call as all the agents are busy all the time. I have sent an email but no response. Now its been more than one month still nothing from them. I have ordered for my own marriage and still nothing get from them and I have sent an email today again but nobody is responding. If somebody is going to respond so please order no is #*******.

This company does not reply to your emails. Products are not shipped on time. They even said the products are recieved and are right there, but they are waiting to send. They have a reason saying that there is still more time to ship them. They tell useless answers. I ordered 12 products, in the same order, nothing was delivered on time. In chat they give useless answers. I will never ever buy on this web site even if they offer 99% discount. They do not know how to serve US customers, the answers are the products will be shipped in 3 to 4 days. That is their standard answer, even after past delivery date.

Atrocious business model, lousy helpline. All they have is an exquisite catalogue, period. They take orders accept the moneys, but do not deliver at all. Their helplines are unresponsive. 3 months since I ordered 2× salwarsuits-no delivery andno refund till date. Guess they'll only respond to the consumer forum.

I am writing this review to show my gratitude towards Indianroots. I am really pleased with their service. I have purchased a lot of clothes and jewelry from this website and I am really happy with all the stuff that I have purchased from Indianroots. The customer care section is also very cooperative and they have always been very helpful whenever I have contacted them for any sort of assistance.

Why is your customer service number and the email id not working. I had placed a order 1 month ago and i haven't received any info about it till today, tried contacting them but the customer service does not work and when i mailed them, the mail bounced back. I had made the payment for my order and till today i haven't received my parcel neither i have heard from them.

Worst E-commerce site I have experienced in a long time. I placed an order on October 11th 2014 and did not receive any response about when they expect the products will be shipped even after 3 months of waiting. I called them multiple times and each time their customer service representative would give me the same answer that they contacting the vendor and my product will be shipped in 4-5 business days. After losing all shrouds of sanity, I asked that my order be cancelled. They did not entertain this request for another 2 months after which point they finally processed my refund on 24th Jan 2015. I think the company is utterly incompetent.

I have placed the order a month back and I am yet to receive the products and now I have received a sms alert saying that it has been delivered to my home address. I am unable to get though on any number... anyone knows alternative number to call the customer care service.

In winters, I am found of wearing stoles. So my friend gifted me one of the stole on my birthday and I really liked it.
