I am a shopaholic and I am totally addicted to online shopping. Indianroots and Koovs are my favorite online shopping websites. If I have to choose from these two websites then I would definitely choose Indianroots because it has a huge collection of almost everything. These days I am going crazy over their home Décor section and I ordered a few items to decorate my home. I received the products on time and the packaging was really very attractive. The quality of the products is totally amazing! Thank you Indianroots!

I recently purchased a suit from Rohit Bals collection. It is super stylish and I got it at a very reasonable price from indianroots! I am so glad because I always wanted to buy a Rohit Bal attire! Thank you so much Indianroots!

Hello Everyone, I am Preeti and I am a complete shopaholic! My latest addiction is a website called Indianroots. This website has a mind-blowing collection of Indian attires and I am very much love-struck with their jewellery collection as well. I have ordered a few jewel pieces and I am waiting for them to get delivered! I hope they look as stunning as they were looking in the pictures.

I am Supriya from Mumbai and I am addicted to Indianroots. I love to shop from this website and I am very impressed with their service. The customer care service is really good as compared to other shopping websites. I find their jewelry collection to be amazing! I have recently purchased a lot of earrings from Indianroots and all of them are great!

As a followup to my earlier reveiew. I am still awaiting my $40 in refund. Needless to say I never received the product. This issue has been going on since January. Every time I email them, I receive a template stating that they understand my concern, that the matter has been escalated to the concerned team, that it is reasonable for me to be upset, and that I will receive a refund in 4-5 business days. Then, NOTHING. Until, my next email and the whole cycle repeats. DO NOT BUY> FRAUD WEBSITE.

My sister is a huge fan of this website called Indianroots. After seeing my sister going crazy for this website, I also thought of exploring it! Well, this is a good website and has a huge collection of clothes. It has stunning lehngas and I have ordered a navy blue lehnga. Eagerly waiting for it to get delivered!

I am Jaspreet from Mumbai and I am a big fan of Indianroots because it is a very good shopping website and it offers a really good collection to the customers. I feel that this website is better than other websites as it has a very very cooperative customer care team unlike other websites. Indianroots have made online shopping very easy.

When they cannot deliver on times - there are LIes, Lies, Lies and more lies, all in templated responses. Even if you call them they give templated lies!

Should be reported to authorities in the USA and India.

I gave an order on 28-Feb. Havent received the delivery yet. There is no customer care number also where we can talk. Hopeless service. Regretting going to that site and paying money when I ordered.

INDIANROOTS IS ABSOLUTELY $#*!! I placed an order 20 days ago and they havent delivered it yet. In fact the customer services team actually told me that they would require three days to check the status of my order. Don't fall for it ladies... there are way better online shopping sites out there

I didnt get my refund till date it is going from last two months. They are just delaying the process by saying that it will take time...

We are innocent people... and they have shown their fraudulence behavior to me... by giving deadlines. For this i will go and put a complaint aginst their company... I WANT MY MONEY BACK AT ANY COST

My orders got cancelled twice after payment was made and I was informed 2 weeks later that products were unavailable!
Then latest order they say is under quality control for more than one and a half month whereas they claim to deliver products within 14 days or ordering and they charge so much for shipping. They claim shipping is free for orders over 50$ but that is not true and they don't mention the reasons anywhere!

When tried emailing them several times since the product is not available why don't you refund, they don't even want to refund! This is unacceptable!
NEVER ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE AGAIN AND WILL ASK EVERYONE ELSE TO BEWARE OF THEIR SCAMS IN FUTURE!

There are limited opportunities to purchase indian clothing, especially for special occasions, when living overseas (out of India) and most of us rely on online shops. Indianroots on face of it has a great variety of products available online. Initially, this business was functioning well. But all is not what it seems now. I have now had four orders cancelled (within the last 12 months) after months of waiting. At the time of online purchase, Indianroots showed products were available and will be supplied within 15 business days. After payment and waiting for the products in all my orders, the company has come back saying that the procurement is delayed - twice before eventually cancelling the order and refunding.
If buying for special occasions, I do not have any confidence that Indianroots will be able to supply on time. I am also dubious whether Indianroots actually has products available, even though online it says it is available - in Australia, this means being misleading and deceptive.
Practice caution if purchasing items from Indianroots, such as checking regularly that the order is being processed; and paying through a secure system such as paypal where disputes can be resolved independently.
I do question whether Indianroots keeps payment in its bank accounts while pretending to be processing the order for two or more months only to earn interest.

I am a vendor for Indianroots since the last 2 years. For the past 1 year, Indianroots is not making any payments to all vendors claiming unavailability of money. For a portal which sells someone else's clothes and takes 100% advance from customers, I wonder how money will be unavailable. ALL vendors have stopped executing orders because they are not being paid for the dresses/clothes they deliver. Caution to customers DO NOT PLACE ORDERS with this bogus NDTV website as no order will ever be fulfilled

I wish I could give them 0 star, they couldnt procure my dress and there by after cancellation they havent refunded me till date.

Indianroots is best for ethnic wear. I ordered a saree and a anarkali suit on the ocassion of my cousin's wedding. For the first time i ordered anything from online portal. I ordered the dresses on the recommendation of my sister as she also ordered some dresses from here. And she is the regular visitor of this site. I was very tensed or u can say excited to see the saree and suit. But after the order delivered at my home i felt reliefed because the saree and suit was amazing. I love the design, work and fabric. Amazing shopping from here. Thanks indianroots..

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I purchased a product last August and for the THIRD time it could not be procured. After a RIDICULOUS delivery period, I still didn't receive anything. I ordered something else with the credit that I had and again nothing for 3 months. I asked for a refund and have been chasing it for the last 2 months. They have standard, typed responses with zero customer service. NO CONTACT NUMBER. They are pinnacle of inefficiency and represent everything that you worry about when shopping online from an overseas company.

I ordered a salwar kameez two months ago (order# *******) and still haven't received my package! Their website won't even let me track my order! I am SURE Indian Roots is a fraudulent website and am considering calling my credit card company tomorrow to cancel my payment. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. DO NOT ORDER OR YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Now am sure this is a fraud company. Neither are they delivering my product nor are they refunding. Wish could rate them 0. Never ever buy anything from this site

OMG, IndianRoots is worst site ever I have delt with. Their quality is awful, and they don't stand behind their words. For example I placed order 3 months ago and I have not received my order trying to get refund back, They are giving such a hard time. I will never give them penny of mine. WORST, WORST, WORST

I still remember the first time I visited Indianroots, I was impressed by the merchandise. When I saw that it's a NDTV venture felt assured about the quality of service and the products. I was eager to make a purchase that I placed an order for 3 suits. After a long wait 2 of them were delivered, as for third I received a mail stating that suddenly my address was non serviceable and if I wanted my order I need to give an alternate address. It was the first time I wrote to them, and asked how my address has become non serviceable when it was serviceable by their courier partners during placement of the order as well as delivery of the order. Anyway since I failed to provide them an alternate address the order was cancelled. After that I have placed three orders with them over a period of last 6 months, all three showed the order status as "processing" for more than a month before cancelling it due to the non availability of the product. Not to mention the numerous mail I sent regarding the order status. My latest order placed on 11 th November is still "processing " and somehow I know it's fate too. No more shopping from Indianroots for me. Final word of advice to shopping portals, please don't put a merchandise on display if you can't procure it it will save you from lots of embarrassment. It's my first negative review but "Indianroots " you have earned it. For customers who plan to purchase from the site, you can place a order but you might face disappointment at the end.

I placed an order #******* on 30th of October. The page still shows its processing. Sent them a no of mails and have recieved no answer from them about it as well. I might as well kiss my money goodbye i have no idea whats happening about it... their websitre does not even give you an option of COD atleast that way one can prevent from being cheated like this... i would regfrain ppl on ordering from this website... absolutely horrible service. Post this review online i got a mail from you guys saying that my order would be dispatched by 23rd nov but if i check on the site it still says processing...
