I came in here to shout out the IPSY customer service. I have been a loyal IPSY user for 6+ years. The basic glam bag is plenty for me since I like to try items before I buy full size. Throughout the years I have had some problems with items (wrong shade, lost packages, late delivery, etc) and they have compensated those issues promptly and with understanding. Just recently was looking through the app and realized I never got my September package. They quickly replied to my issue and promptly sent me a new package with the same (or similar) items. 10/10 on the customer service!
I joined back up for Ipsy Glam Bag. The price is now a total of $7 more per month and the items were pathetic! I wound up canceling after 2 bags. What a shame that something that I was once so good has gotten disgraceful. A big waste of money!

I moved over two months ago and I've been trying to get my address changed and I've emailed several times and I have not received an email back and I do not know where my product is going that I am paying for.
Once again. This company will keep billing you long after you try to cancel. Over charge you as well. When you do cancel they will wait until they can charge you 1 or 2 more times before they will stop. WORST COMPANY EVER DEALT WITH.

If there was a zeo, they would receive a zero! I ordered my first Glam bag on Jan. 16th, 2019 and they quickly took $10.65 for it at that time. It is now almost a month later and still have never recived my Glam bag. I tried logging into my acct on ipsy and everyway i tried to enter my acct was not allowed. I then went to *******@ipsycare and 3 times started a conversation and never got any replies from them. I want my money back and this account canceled immediately! (If i can ever get in touch with them!) i dont have a photo of anything (except an empty mailbox)

I have been a customer for over a year and i love all the products i get every month. Never unsatisfied. I always recommend to family and friends great way to sample products before buying.
I've been trying to cancel my subscription, but it is impossible to talk to them and cancel it, and they keep sending stuff that I no longer want and charging my credit card!

Reading some of these reviews it blows my mind that people obviously dont understand the whole point of ipsy. You get SMALL TRIALS. That's what Ipsy does... Send TRIALS(which happen to be TRIAL size...) So those of you who are dissapointed about the amounts you are receiving need to research what Ipsy actually is.
That doesn't change the fact that they have terrible customer service. My shipping date is constantly changing. I got a tracking number and when I tried tracking it, USPS tells me the tracking number I was provided isn't correct. When I email customer service about it, they obviously didn't read the message and proceeded to provide me with the same tracking info. Then they tell me it should arrive by the end of the month even though originally it was supposed to come on the 11th.
They have you fill out a profile... But for what? I say that I hate liquid eyeliner... So they send me liquid eyeliner every month?
My family and friends spoke so highly about ipsy so I am extremely disappointed with the products and especially their customer service.
I been trying to cancel for months. Not only am I keep getting charged they add extra charges for more stuff I did not order. STuff is junk I didn't ask for... The customer service number is not in service... ISPY GLAM BAGS ARE SCAMS
The lipstick was the perfect color, and I had never used a highlighter before, but went to the website to learn how to use it... It is great! Looking forward to the May bag!
I've tried cancelling this for a YEAR. I've had to change my banking account 3x and file chargebacks. The site does not give you an option to cancel forever, they only will let you cancel for 3 months and I've been informed by the bank that they subscribe to a list they get from Visa/Mastercard that will update your NEW information so they can keep charging you. Not only that, they don't even send the PRODUCT out once they've gotten your new bank info by stealth. THEY ARE PREDATORY AND NEED TO BE PROSECUTED.

I have been an ipsy user for two years- sometimes i don't like what's in my bags but usually i grow to love the items or i review the things i don't like and they never show up again in my bags!
They charge you and tell you it's been shipped another month another charge still no product when trying to contact no response (email, snapchat, insta gram) nothing no product just charges

I ordered a bag last month. I was charged immediately and it took over 3 weeks to get to me. I was then charged for a "refreshment" of 14.06 besides the cost of the original bag. I NEVER ordered a "refreshment" which consisted of face wipes and a small lotion. There's no customer service number to call and because it was on a debit card I couldn't even dispute it. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY COMPANY.

I want to know why ipsy wont respond back when you send and email its really irritating. You barley get points and when you use them you get screwed on a product you cash your points in on
Missing shipments. No one answers questions about missing shipments or where the shipment is. Terrible customer service. The shipments take 3 weeks at a time or longer.

I love this site because i pay $10.00 a month for free makeup and all i have to do is review them. The makeup i have getting so far i love them all i never had a problem with it. This is a good site.

I used to be an Ipsy subscriber when I lived in the US for a short period of time but switched to Allure Beauty Box. Now I moved to Canada and discovered that Ipsy is the only thing of that kind is delivered to Canada. Here my adventure started. I subscribed in the beginning of July and got an email that I'm gonna receive my first glam bag in the middle of August. Ok, long wait but fine. When the time came, I didn't received anything. The delivery status on Canada post was delivered' but when I went through FAQ on the website it said that for some reason they mark delivered before the actual delivery so I should wait 24 hours. After 24 hours I contacted customer service and after another couple of days of texting back and forth I got an email that my accommodation package is on the way. It was on August 22th. Today is September 3rd and according to the tracking info that parcel still in North Carolina. What the heck?! I contacted customer service again and they told me to wait til sept 6th. So here I am, already been charged for the next month and still have nothing. If it's gonna happen every month, screw it.
i subscibe coz im interested to the product and offer me with the free gift on my email..i pay for my first month and expecting my free and glam bag..glam bag arrived but non of the free gift..contact them it saying that i cant recieved the free gift coz i paused may subscription..i dont like the item for the nxt month that why i paused it and now ending for unsubcibe,,i'd rather go to ulta than to pay monthly for the sample that idk like..even the syle of the bag not makes me interested for it..just wasting my money though!!

I get my package every month no problem and it hasn't disappointed at all! I have had it for around six months and honesty I would have never tried some things if not for ispy, great deal!
This is another case where reviewing the site/services vs. products being sold has some discrepancy. Ispy is one of those monthly subscription services (now they have them for dogs, niche perfumes, natural eating, whatever!) for beauty products. It's $10/month including shipping although you can purchase the whole 12 months at a slightly reduced rate (note that I read they do not refund yearly subscriptions so be careful!). When you sign up, there is a wait list and you give them your CC info so that when a spot opens up they charge it and ship your ipsy bag right away. I waited about 1 1/2 months - so that wait list is legit. Based on a quiz you take, they pick 4-5 items to put in a plastic small cosmetic bag (ranging from make up, hair and face products). You can review a product that was picked for you if you really don't like it - I'm not sure if that influences future picks because I've gotten bags where I didn't want half of the products. Note too that some of the products may contain parabens, BHA, or other questionable ingredients (depending on the brand). All in all, it's really not bad for $10 - just beware the useless face wipes!

The estimated delivery date provided by USPS or FedEx is just an estimate, and can change over time, especially this time of year when weather conditions are poor. We stand by the quality of service of our shipping partners, and always offer a free replacement if your Glam Bag doesn't make it to you. Also, if it's been over 14 business days in transit, we offer a free replacement as well.
