From the creating of the ring, to receiving the ring, the experience was beyond excellent. My wife wanted a Mother's Ring and wanted one that was unique to her. We were able to put together the ring that she has been looking for. The ring shipped and was received by the time we were told we would get it. When we opened the box we were both incredibly happy with the way this ring looked. The quality is remarkable and you can tell a lot of time and love was put into making it for us. I ordered two rings from this place. Their sizing is off for starters. They charge you for resizing. They are a Canadian company & apparently their sizing is different. Secondly, the lab created stones look like cheap plastic from your local craft store. The engraving is nice but it's all way over priced for the end result. They're NOT about making the customer happy or standing behind their so called customer satisfaction. Their response to my claims is to charge me in order to make it right. Really?! FYI that is NOT standing behind the quality of the product!

So I'd say stay away and not get taken for $200+ from this company!

My Mother wanted a ring to show her pride of having 6 children. She sent me an email hint with the beautiful ring she wanted. So all of us kids got together and pichted in. I realized the size was wrong on the original order. I was able to change it with no problem. I received a response within minutes. My Mom received her ring in a timely manner. She had no idea we would really get it for her. She cried tears of joy. She loves her ring and is extremely happy with it. Thank you for creating such a beautiful keepsake for my Mom.

This website is impressive. My boyfriend got me a name necklace for Christmas after I've been wanting one forever. I could tell it probably was not like the real white gold however it does not look super cheap. Ever since Christmas (December 25th, 2017) to the present (May 15th, 2018) I have been wearing it and have not took it off (showers and everything) and my neck has not turned green nor the necklace start rusting. I will definitely order again from here.

I was a little skeptical at first just because it seemed too good to be true. But I saw the product and it was great and creative I'm definitely different from everything else I've seen. I actually received it about a week earlier than I was supposed to and the best part was that they called me and let me know exactly when it will be in my hands. The best part of the whole experience was how down to earth the representative that was helping me was her name is Phoenix.

This is the third time I bought a ring from Jewlr. The quality and design of the rings were as the description and the photos shown on the website.

The customer service is amazing.
The first time I ordered a ring, I was skeptical. And I got the wrong ring size. Jewlr offered to send another ring with the same description (already mentioned from my record without me having to go through the order process) and allowed me to keep the first ring to avoid shipping charges.

The rates, materials, quality, customer service, and products are A1and I would definitely purchase from them again. The free gifts which come with select purchase are also good quality and actually usable (not breakable through regular, normal usage).

Overall, Im extremely satisfied and content with my purchases and would recommend others to purchase from this source.

I take my ring purchases seriously and have not even been close to disappointed once with these products.

Ordered JWLP0122 - Organic Caged Hearts Pendant, paid for express shipping and got the item just in time for my 15 year anniversary. However the pendent looked nothing like the picture on their site, the jewels are not even visible, and to top it off there was a burn mark on the pendent. None the less i had no choice to present it to my wife and she wasn't happy and asked if we can return it. You know its bad if your wife does not at least pretend to like a gift. No problem right they have a 99 day return, wrong didn't read the policy before i bought this item. Turns out they don't refund shipping or pay for return shipping. Now i am out $30 on a defective item! Never again will i buy jewelry from this place! I would recommend staying away from this company. Spend your money elsewhere.

I ordered a ring for my husband for our anniversary. You never know how things are going to be when you order online. I had never ordered from them before so I was nervous. The ring was perfect when I got it and was engraved just like I wanted. It was a little to small so I inquired about exchanging it. They have been wonderful to work with and have gone out of their way to make sure that I got exactly what I needed. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely order from them again

I was fortunate to find Jewlr when spontaneously googling for a place to order a Mother's Ring for myself. They have a beautiful selection of settings and so many customizable options that allow you to create exactly what you're picturing. And the pictures do not do justice to the finished product -- I received my ring yesterday (a day earlier than scheduled!) and it was so far beyond my expectations. I am so proud to wear it! Jewlr followed up by email/text several times during the process. Great customer service, excellent products!

I had received the necklaces I ordered in the mail and when I went to open the box I discovered that both necklaces were completely tangled in numerous numerous knots. I spent over one hour untangling the necklaces. I even phoned jeweller to ask what they could do. All they said was to send the necklace is back. These are Christmas gifts I had no time to send them back. The agent was only helpful in that an email was sent with in instructions on how to return the necklaces. The agent was not sympathetic to my problem but only said that it happened during delivery. This is impossible. In the end I had spent time untangling the necklaces. But jeweller was not helpful in sending new necklaces and helping me out. There was no time to send the necklace is back, as I had said previously. Something else could've been done to help this. And I believe the agent should have trusted what I said and not make up some excuse as to why it happened.
