I was under the impression I would be charged $1.50 a month, not all at once. AND I was not under the impression I would have to charge more money to download.

It's fun playing with it, but I wish the mouth application could be a little easier to apply on the pictures. Guess practice is what it's going to take to get it down perfect.

I had an issue with billing and they resolved it right away. Their products are fantastic as well.

Love JibJab, very intuitive and so hilarious. Our fam and friends love their videos starring all of us!

Easy to use. Quite a few different choices. Gets a great response from others.

Bought what I consider to be an expensive subscription and then found out I had to pay for every JibJab I wanted to download. I'll use it but I won't be here next year.

We loved the video but hardly anyone received the e mails. Including myself.

I was knew of the site. I do wish I could have previewed the videos content and not just the titles. That would have helped me to decide sooner.

I'm glad we elected to send jib jab e-cards to many of our extended family friends. It was so easy.

Mouths have black lines on them and it kinda ruins the whole video

My wife couldn't stop laughing when she checked her emails on our wedding anniversary. A great start to the day.

The site is very slow to respond and the last 2 cards I sent never arrived.

Have created messages with photos etc but not all the recipients received the jibjab email. Also if they did it was difficult to open.
The jib jab item was not downloaded.

You can only watch the clip on their website or share it on Facebook (just extra ad for them) and if you want to download it you have to pay $1.99 for each clip.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

It was fun and easy to do, easy to share, and it brought smiles to my friends. Smiles were much needed at the moment, a perfect cure all.

I thought this Service could be paud month by month. But I was billed for a whole year!

Please cancle the contract and refund at least the 11 months I payed too much.

I already wrote yout this a few days before, but I did not receive any feedback until now

When I go on Face book and get their photos and put them on unexpected videos... it's fun for all!

I was a little taken back by the cost of providing this e-card. 18$ is not very reasonable for a one time use and then I noticed it locked me in on a yearly subscription. It would have been more reasonable for around $5 for a single card. I doubt I will make another one, but we shall see. The process and ease was nice, but the cost makes it a little unappealing considering the newness of this concept is waning.

I started to select the pictures for my video it cut me off automatically and did my selection and charged me $18 for the year. I'm in the process of canceling this.
