Item is great. Purchasing process is terrible. I pressed 1 month and somehow showed 1 year in the following screen.

I was trying to find a funny get well card, but not much luck there. Almost no opportunities for inserting faces in this category.

I would have given it a 5 star for the video clip but then I paid extra money to download the video so that I could share the video onto FB only to find out that because of the copyright that is on the music that the clip used, FB did not allow me to share the video. So, it was a bit of a waste of money in the end.

I would like to see Higher and Higher bought back and more diversity. Not enough African American presence in selections or songs. Less sexual content would be better.

I just wanted to send a card for $1.83 and then I received a $23 charge to my credit card. I never once saw that amount anywhere so have no idea how I got charged.

Jib Jab cards are entertaining for all... giver and receiver... super handy and fun!
Only experience the app for a month... but so far lots of $#*!s and giggles...

I love JibJab! I have such fun making silly things to send to family and friends. My reason for four stars rather than five is that I can't go back and tweak a face I've already set up. And I can't figure out how to delete ones I've had to do again, although there's probably a way to do it, and my 6-year-old great-grandson could probably show me! But it's still loads of fun.

Was able to get a laugh from all my friends. Comes in handy when you forget their birthdays. Would totally recommend this same app to my friends

Loved all the options. Easy to do, easy to send. Very good experience, Recipient got it in a timely way, was delighted.

Perfect for any occasion needed for an instant smile, laugh, and possibly even stomach pains from laughing so hard!

Fun initially, but for the fact that anyone that sees what I post is then directed to the website where It was made and then invited to make their own, quickly takes the fun and novelty out of it. For this reason I probably will not renew because all my friends will have been saturated by then.

I found this site from a friend and I have used it ever since to send my loved ones funny and endearing cards for special occasions!

I didnt have a picture, which would have let me do a much better card. What i picked was ok, but the choices without pictures were kind of narrow.

Great core product.
But really terrible that you're not able to download your videos.
Another thing is that you can't delete you're credit card on record.

Took a while to become familiar with the site but my wife and I love it
The robot addon is very annoying, and at 76 and 77 years of age difficult to see properly
