I signed up for JibJab to send one of their videos and loved what they offered, but had forgotten I'd agreed to an ongoing subscription. So when I was billed for another period, I asked to cancel and get a refund. JibJab responded immediately, put through the cancellation and made the refund. I am impressed by their promptness and their professionalism. Thank you, JibJab.
Nothing came out from what have been promised. Unfortunately, I granted free year use of JibJab ( Until the end of December 2020), but when I am making a video, the window pops up and tells me to get registered with payment. So, it is not happening
I love making friends and family laugh by having them dance and sing. My 80 something cousins LOVED watching themselves do the swing dance. They said that's exactly how they used to dance when they were young. It's so fun to cast and watch it come to life!
Jib Jab is so funny and has brightened the days of many family and friends receiving their personalized cards with their own faces on the characters. The grandsons can't wait for Christmas as I have been sending them a special card the past 4 years. They all bounce out of bed in the morning when their parents inform them they have a Jib Jab card waiting for them to see.
I was surprised at how easy it was to import photos and make a fun little animated video with my family members faces! I also was very pleased to log in years after I had created my 1st JibJab card and see that they had still saved the one I made years ago, so that I could again download it to save for the future! Thank you for a fun, easy-to-use product!
Paid for the service and spent several hours trying to get my mother a birthday e-gift message and it didn't work and your tech's instruction did not resolve the issue. Very disappointed. You might want to provide access to a tech real-time. Not hours or even days later.
I've been a member for yrs. You need to come up with some new material with the e-cards and videos, Most of your things are good, but you need some new special video's overall you have a pretty enjoyable site, everyone I send something too really enjoys it
I really like JibJab, I would have given it five stars but the face are hard to get right but it is a really fun app that my kids enjoy it as well. When I needed customer service they were quick to help and very patient and helpful.
I have used the site to send holiday cards to my grandchildren using them as the stars! They love it. While the selection is good, I would love to have a "children or family" section with perhaps a bit more traditional music. Not every one is familiar with the "popular music" and I always want to make sure that it is suitable for little ones. So far so good, but I'd always applaud more!
I have been a subscriber for quite a while. Decided to take a break from it for a while. Unlike some subscription services, there was ZERO hassling or arm pulling and my request was fulfilled immediately! Thats my definition of good business practice and customer service! Very impressed!
I am a member of this site on and off, because sometimes am too busy to open it, but i can say that this app is amazing and fun to make cards for my family and friends, i had an issue with them just recently and it was attended to swiftly, customer service is at its best... will surely subscribe to JibJab again and also recommends to family and friends, keep it up Jibjab...
Hello ~ I had Jib Jab some time ago and left the site to pursue other similar products (e-cards, Smilebox, etc.) - came back recently when Smilebox became swamped (as usual) with technological issues that impact on people using the product. Jib Jab came through with flying colors. Easy to use and not as costly as some of the other products. Look forward to more selections - BUT - glad to be back...
I thought I could purchase 1 month but it would not show the amount I was paying until after check out. I found out I paid $18 for 1 year when I only wanted to use jib jab one time. Very disappointed and no response to my concern.
I had an accident on my account through Amazon and JibJab, I was contacted back in a few hours and my issue was solved in minutes. Very pleased with the customer service. I will most definitely keep their App on my phone for future use. Again thank you.
I used to use JibJab a lot but since their redesign a year and a bit ago I don't find it nearly as user friendly. Most of the cards they push are of long winded songs that I don't feel are suitable for most of the people I know and feels like they just churned them out. I find it takes a long time to load on a PC and sometimes almost unusable due to speed and crashes. I did message them about it but doesn't seem like they care, maybe I'm the last person that doesn't use their app or something. Won't be renewing though, which is a shame since they used to have some really good ideas and I used to enjoy making e-cards.
This site provides a variety of amusing content, but your level of interest in that will be subjective and based on your own taste.
I am reviewing this site purely in terms of their business conduct, which I found to be excellent. I am no longer interested in using this site, and unbeknownst to me, I had left it on auto-renewal on an annual basis. When I saw the charge come through, I submitted a cancellation and refund request on their online form. I received a refund within 5 MINUTES of submitting my request. Frankly, anything within a day would've been fine by me, and this was above and beyond.
In addition, when I went into my account profile, there was a clear option to disable auto-renewal, so I was able to do that to prevent further charges before I even received the refund.
I'm not interested in this site's content anymore, but their professional conduct in this matter has certainly made me willing to do business with them again in the future.
I always send my son a weird Birthday Card. This year it somehow slipped my mind. Probably because I'm getting older too! I tried the websites that will mail out cards and e cards... etc. I found nothing that would replace the always mailed card on time. I clicked on the JibJab site and saw the crazy videos and was so relieved. I did the M c Hammer video with him as the star and he absolutely loved it! Thank you so much. It was as good or better than the talking mailed card.
Unbeknownst to me, auto renewal was turned on for my JibJab account. In the past I always manually updated and paid for my subscription. But not this time. I was very upset when the membership charge came out of my account yesterday, because I was not expecting it and because of the pandemic we're all living through, money is very tight for me. I relayed this to the JibJab customer service team and they very quickly responded to me and have issued a full refund. I have enjoyed using JibJab in the past and perhaps someday when things are better I will be able to subscribe again. Thanks to Joe at JibJab customer support for your quick response
What a terrific concept. An acquaintance brought your site to my attention. So easy to use, unique and FUN! I created a card to recognize a team member's recent promotion. I played the card at an all staff meeting. It was a huge hit, set a fun- positive tone for the week with everyone.

My experience, so far, has been fine. However, I am not very computer/cell phone literate. I don't know how to put my face into the cards that require that nor would I want to do that. It seems to me that the card choices without that requirement are rather limited. I regret that I didn't choose a different provider for e-cards.
Not much to chose from in the video category." Step dad cards would be good." They just didn't seem to fit for things I was looking for. I would liked to have seen "just because" or " saying I love you " and not so much to a spouse but maybe your child or a close friend." I miss you", etc.
I LOVE Jib Jab for personal fun on social media and the product is super easy to use. My company sponsored an event and provided jib jab videos to those who wanted to participate. It would be awesome if there was a way to streamline your series of videos into a library/album and play them all back to back. Also allowing for branding to be added along with jib jab would be a neat too. Extend it further than just personal use. Perhaps there is already a way, but we tested the app on our phones, iPad and logged into a web browser and did not see an option to play videos back to back.
I've paid for membership and it won't allow me to make the music e cards no matter how many times I've tried. I joined specifically to send e cards to my girlfriend for her birthday yesterday since I'm traveling abroad and I was not able to after numerous attempts. The app kept saying I need to join even though I did
I am an old person. All the great cards require me to put a face in the card and it is hard for me to do that. Could you possibly give a little more instruction on that at the site for us non techno geeks (aka old people)? I do enjoy the cards. They are just the perfect sense of humor.
I love the members only jib jab but the ones that dance and are silent with motion and no music disappoint me. I thought something was wrong with my membership. It is not clearly explained that not all have music attached. You need to be more clear on that. But other wise I have had a ton of fun with it..
Really enjoy making and sending JibJabs, but wish there were a corporate or team account that includes everything including downloads. I have many subscriptions to software as a service, but nothing where every time I turn around their hand is out.
Very easy to use, so many options! I haven't yet found a way to store ecards off-line, but I'll either discover one, or decide it doesn't matter. I'm interested to see how quickly/frequently new 'scenarios' get added.
