Hello,
I got an e-mail saying that my subscription had been refunded. No reason given. It took me a while to co-ordinate re-joining. Everyone was very charming but didn't really know how to help at first.
We need more jibjabs where you insert the faces. These are much more fun than the cartoons. Also, can we have a Jibjab of scuba divers please. All my pals are divers and I'd like to send something appropriate.

I was a little disappointed at the choices that were there. Would have also like an availability to add more team members. Hoping you come up with new jib jabs - some that can be used in business enviorment.

I purhased a jib jab subscription and went through your entire list of cards without finding anything that was remotely appealing. When I attempted to cancel my subscription, there didn't seem to be any clear way to do it. I have taught software classes at Boeing for their Manufacturing Resource Management system however your program is less intuitive. Please refund my money before I am forced to speak out. Thank you. I had not used this site before, but I will definitely use it again, I might start sending cards for no apparent reason just because it is so easy and fun to do. They have a very large selection of cards to use, it is great.

Went to post my first jibjab on fb after signing up and saw it had all ads underneath. Not something I would expect from a paid service (maybe a free one). It says you have access to 1200 scarfs but doesn't say some are only discounted ones.
I have put in a request for immediate refund.

I'm very disappointed that now there is no option to further edit face shapes like there used to be! It made them so much more lifelike and "realistic", less weird dodgy shaped faces, because that doesn't suit everyones face shape and ends up cutting half the face off.
Apart from that it's still relatively entertaining. Though would take my money back if I could.

They're fairly easy to do for each holiday after you first set up your library of headshots, and there are plenty of videos to choose from. Our grandson requests them. I also like the reasonable annual fee.

I was very impressed with the fast, friendly and effect service provided by the Jib Jab Support team. Emailing from Australia I wasn't expecting such a quick turnaround is resolving my issue. These guys are excellent!

I enjoyed browsing your selection of e*cards & customizing one for a special occasion. The fee of $1.50 per card is fair & reasonable, though check to make sure you know about recurring membership charges.

I really enjoyed using this application. The only reason that I am getting off is that I'm no longer on Facebook. If I ever return to Facebook, I shall also return to this very, fun application... Jib Jab. They also was very prompt in returning me a refund since I was not on it thirty days.

I signed up for a year subscription... I'll get more than my moneys work... fun site and easy to use. You used to put non descript faces in the animations... now it looks like they are not available... only those I paste in.

Tried twice. Both times I was let down with the ecard

Seem to have an issue sending emails. When I complained instead of fixing if they sent my money back which says it all.

This company is a rip off. I paid for a one year subscription, but due to some bug on their end, I was never ever to get it to work, even after troubleshooting. After several days of trying, I emailed them my problems and requested to cancel the subscription and their response was 'sorry YOU'RE not able to make it work, we won't renew your subscription when it expires.' They never refunded my money. Do not give this company your money.

Had an unauthorized charge on my credit card. I called customer service and she sorted everything out for me refunding the money and making sure I wouldnt be charged again! Love their products just rarely use them! Thank you Vicky for being a fantastic listener and problem solver!

For years Ive used their crazy, funny adlibs!
This year I came along to some bad financial times and couldnt pay for the extra service. They promptly refunded my money.
I would rate them as an excellent company!

Don't be afraid to try this service. If you change your mind, the customer support is o nice about honoring a request for credit. I know a lot of people really got a much needed laugh from these cards.

I send ALOT of virtual cards and this gives you a great way to really personalize & make each unique.
Although they have a good selection, it wont be enough for me unless even more are added.
Overall its a great service that has easy to use tools than anyone can use!

Jib Jab was great when I used it but I decided to take a break from it. Unfortunately, because of an automatic renewal, I was charged the annual fee. I emailed them asking for a refund and Stephanie took care of it very promptly. Thank you for making the process so easy and Happy New Year!

I'm not too sure about the whole aging process thing. For myself, I'm feeling more and more that technology is definitely passing me by. Just ask my great nieces, they'll tell you how antiquated I've become.
I'm exaggerating a bit when I say the JibJab site has not only provided me, my friends and family countless hours of fun, laughter and humor but I think it's had a positive impact on my confidence to manuver myself thru this next century.

I was charged to subscribe $18. That should be enough! However when I finished putting my card together, you guys come with a little surprise, another $2 to download it... hmmmmm. Very uncool and sneaky. I cancelled the subscription.

I love JibJab. I do, however, have some suggestions:
1. Bring in new content every couple of months. I've been sending my friends and family JibJabs for several years now and I'm running out of ones they haven't seen.
2. Allow groupings of friends and family in the "face library" so one group of folks (that know each other) are already in a sub-category
3. Make it easier to edit the faces once they're established. I did mine long ago and I didn't do a very good job on the mouths. I'd like to edit those faces without going back to a starting point.

Still, it's a fine service, well worth the money, and a lot of fun.

At school, we used Jib-Jab as an adult inspiring tool at faculty meetings.
Some are not appropriate for students.
Some are... kids enjoyed the funny encouragement from the principals. Who wouldn't want to see their principal sky diving off a diving board and saying you can beat any test!? Hilarious!
