JibJab

I have heard from several people to whom I send a video and they loved them! They especially loved the dancing ones. This is an easy and fun way to keep in touch. I recommend JibJab as it will always make someone smile.

So much fun. Love that there are so many different cards to choose from and that they are so detailed. Sometimes the faces do not fit in properly but i can say we have had a blast and many laughs using this. Thanks!

I was disappointed when I spent an hour setting up a cool card and at the end it told me I needed to upgrade my account for $12 a year w/automatic renewal. The automatic renewal scares me since the previous reviewer said he could not cancel it! So I found JibJab's address and phone contact info... here it is if anyone else has that problem. You can also find them on Google Earth and actually see their bright red office building in Venice Beach CA. I would like to upgrade but from what I heard the other person said I am now very leery until I get them on the phone. I will place my order ONLY over the phone with them and it WILL be recorded with my flip camera so they cannot deny ever getting my order. Clever service, but I signed up primarily to send my nieces and nephews (all not yet teenagers) whom I thought would get a kick out of the cards. They did, but the selection of kid-friendly cards is extremely limited. I doubt I'll renew.

I tried the free trial. I was able to do some fun stuff. But then I thought the available video content was a bit limited and not varied enough. HOWEVER, they quickly processed the refund. I would definitely try again in the future, if more video options were available. And also, if they had tools to allow you to edit your photos after you select the face you're using. It would have been nice to be able to lighten or fix the color, after I saw how they look in the setting. But overall, it was fun and worth the try.

I was somehow enrolled in a yearly membership several years ago. Only recently noticing a charge, I reached out to customer service. With it being several years ago, Ive had a name change, several address changes, and a few email addresses. Daniel was patient and helpful searching through each possibility before being able to locate my account a refunding the charge. While I havent used JibJab in a while, I can say I am happy to go back thanks to great customer service. Thank you Daniel!

When I first saw the Jib Jab advertising I thought is was funny. When I purchased it and added my own photos of myself along with friends and family it was hilarious! My family and friends and I laughed so hard we cried. When we entered our photos each one went with each character so perfectly, it was as if Jib Jab knew us. Life can be rough but laughs such as the kind Jib Jab gives us makes things less rough. However you will never find out till you give it a try with your family and friends faces. You will laugh hard too!

After all these years Of Jib Jab being online I thought there would be way more video options for paying customers. I was searching for a cool and funny high school graduation video for my son but their were only about 2 or 3 of them and they were corny. :( I was very disappointed. Father's Day videos were cool. Music and others were alright. Still need more video options please.

I love how many options there are to personalize cards and photos with mine and my families pictures. They are so fun and very user friendly. I also like the delivery options and being able to email or post to social media. I also feel like it is a decent price for an entire years worth of use.

Fast, efficient, and considerate service when asking for a refund on a subscription I was unaware was on annual renewal. No push back or drawn-out sales tactics. Just a courteous reply of assistance. Thank you!

I have used Jib Jab a couple of years. They are fun and people enjoy them. My only complaint is that you are limited on the number of words you can write in the message. We are using the card as an invite to our birthday/anniversary party and have to make two cards to send all the details

Had it auto renew, but didn't want to and their customer service reversed it right away, no problem. Awesome service and love the dances. May be back especially since they provided such prompt service response.

I had so much fun and laughed so hard building my own little Productions starring various Facebook friends and family. JibJab is the best interactive experience for humor and play. The reactions have been hilarious.

Really easy to use and lots to play with! JibJab lets you review your video and gives you plenty of space for uploading photos so you can choose the ones you like best. Videos for different occasions make it easy to send last minute 'cards' and there is an option to delay sending to hit that special day.

I love JibJab cards but was upset that some valentines i sent were delivered a week late. I contacted customer support by email and, within an hour, received a reply with gracious and generous compensation.

I subscribed a few days ago and I am already sorry that I did. I have tried to create at least 5 or 6 videos since then and have not been successful. Each time I add a picture it never come up in the space for the pic. I have gotten so frustrated since it keeps happening time after time with different pictures I just give up. What a waste of money.

I sent my 60 year old sister 2 jib jab cards (one birthday and one other because they are so cute). She told me she hasn't laughed that hard in a long time! I am having fun putting our dog into the videos and it is hilarious! She is the funniest part of one of my 5 "people" cards! My kids are like "omg mom!" but are laughing uncontrollably as they watch themselves and our dog in the video. I love it!

I sent one email to cancel my subscription. 2 days later my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded. No hassle at all. Great change from other subscription I have cancelled. Jibjab is a cool app, but I just don't know enough people that have a sense of humor. I, myself have slowly stopped being on the internet, so I really didn't use it enough, but should I ever need a cool app like jibjab I will definitely activate my subscription again.

Love the site. Some situations are as hilarious as they are creative. It took me a little while to get the hang of the transfer of pictures, especially if there were multiple entries, to the selected interface. Once I figured it out all went well.

I did not find the tutorial helpful because it just would not activate for some reason or other.

Cant just pay to send one video, they take $18 upfront, and then when you go to send the video on the important day conveniently the site is down... Absolutely fuming. Sent an email requesting a refund, no reply.

I sent three cards, and they were never received. I even checked the recipient's devices, and we would not find them, even in the junk mail and spam filter folders. Very poor experience. Please fix it before Father's Day.

Jib Jab were very prompt and efficient in answering my email when I was billed for a recurring subscription which I didn't sign up for. They were straight on to it and refunded me without any hassles and were friendly in their approach. I think Jib Jab is a great site and will continue to use it... and would not hesitate to sign up again should I ever need too. Highly recommended company to deal with. Thanks Jib Jab - nice to know there's some honesty out there in cyberspace.

Been a user for 3 years now. Love the membership but they don't come out with many new (especially birthday) videos often. You don't want to send many friends the SAME jib jab birthday card starring the other 5
