I signed up for JibJab to send one of their videos and loved what they offered, but had forgotten I'd agreed to an ongoing subscription. So when I was billed for another period, I asked to cancel and get a refund. JibJab responded immediately, put through the cancellation and made the refund. I am impressed by their promptness and their professionalism. Thank you, JibJab.
Nothing came out from what have been promised. Unfortunately, I granted free year use of JibJab ( Until the end of December 2020), but when I am making a video, the window pops up and tells me to get registered with payment. So, it is not happening
I gave my name, email address, home address, all my credit card info and paid the $18 charge. Then comes the agreement that tells me JibJab will not keep my information nor anyone in my address book private. I demand a refund and assurance that your company has any of the above information to use without my explicit agreement. I will not be using your website under these circumstances.
I had a hassle free refund for an auto payment renewal. Jib jab took care of my refund with no questions asked. They even went out of their way to get me my refund when my account was hard to identify.
My family hates me during 6 weeks every year as I never miss sending JibJab cards to them on their B-days and of Course the Holidays. Every year more silly than the last.
All I know is they must not hate me or what I am sending that much, as they sure talk about getting them a whole lot and those conversations are mostly full of laughter. Keep me coming JibJab.
I paid 12 dollars to join and enjoyed a couple of months sending great ecards.
However after that the site no longer worked properly. I can't send anything. I can't even log in to complain to Jibjab. I have updated Adobe flash player and followed all the technical advice given on forums. It appears I'm not the only one who finds this site unusable.
Overall a waste of time and money.

I saw the 1.99 per month charge and figured ok, not a bad deal. Like anything, once they get your card your pants are dropped so to speak. Imagine my surprise when I got a charge for $18 this month. Must be some fine print I didn't read somewhere. WTF guys? Do I get charged every time I am on the site? Buyer Beware.
Multiple xs i email they respond ASAP with a apology n a suggestion to the problem went back n forth they took off a old account i had under same Gmail recently paid for subscription n until they removed it i was always taken to the old 1 no matter wat still couldn't get in after i thought for sure that would work well nope contacted them again and again response was asap didn't take long and after all failed attempts they fixed the problem for me was a one of a kind problem those were you say... is this really happening to me they came through for me in a impressive time frame
Hi - funny you should ask - while trying to send a Father's Day card on Sunday I had such difficulty accessing my account that I had to create a new one. So I was charged an $18 auto renewable fee all over again. I will have to cancel one of them now.
Also your system seems to have issues with the apostrophe in my name.

I joined recently remembering the commercials that were advertising jib jab during last years Christmas holidays... I was familiar with jib jab from watching mostly satirical spoofs of politicians on the internet... great stuff! Happy that now you can personalize and create your own "cartoons"
1. My message did not get sent on the day that JibJab said. I got a message saying that it was sent but the person I sent it to said he never received it. Two days later after I repeatedly tried to send the message, he finally received it--with the video but my written message (birthday greeting) never did get through. I am very unhappy with this service and would like to discontinue it. I also don't appreciate that you automatically set it up as an automatic yearly renewal. Now I'm going to have to go through the hassle of getting my yearly renewal cancelled.
I had difficulty sharing the ecards, there was a problem completing my purchase. I emailed the support team and had a response within 5 minutes. Very helpful, gave me detailed instructions and even gifted me with a 3 month subscription. I'm having so much fun already using this ap! Hilarious videos my favorite ap to date! I used jib jab for 4 years to send Ebirthday cards to friends & family, mostly my grandchildren. They loved them at first, but there was little variety for the 3-7 year old group. Also did not like when i posted on FB the card was framed by their ads. I know they need to make money & it probably doesn't bother others, but it did me. I guess i just got bored. However, their customer service is excellent & the idea is real cute.
As I said in the title, I have annoyed all of my friend's with these for years now. Some think they are funny, Some get pissed! But I have been amused every single time. The old software allowed for more detailed heads but small issue compared with my main request. More content! Millions isn't enough, the public demands more! More! And where do we come up with this content, you ask. I suggest buying some of Joel Veitch at *******@rathergood.com's stuff. Seems like it be beneficial to both of you, and more importantly, ME.
Used cake by the ocean, the lips on the video sometimes appeared in the proper place and sometimes looked like mustaches. For something so simple it should at least look somewhat correct! It was also too quick and choppy. Disappointed compared to cards I saw from you years ago.
I believe Jibjab used to have a contour cropping option but now that feature is no longer available and when you upload someone's head you have to deal with unwanted space around their head which throws off the entire illusion.
I was taken a bit by surprise when my subscription automatically renewed. I immediately requested a refund via email and, frankly, expected to be disappointed and to have to fight for what I've requested. I was pleasantly surprised when my request was graciously, and expeditiously granted. As a result of the outstanding customer service I've received, I will now consider renting my subscription in the future when I am better able to do so. Thank you JibJab.
I needed to cancel my service. I had some complications with my web service and jib jab actually cared and helped instead of saying "not our problem." They solved it.
Uncommon today. There was a real person on the other end of my key board. WooHoo!

It's funny... but I would have never resubscribe. Not worth it. It's just dishonest to default to an automatic renewing subscription. They know we cant read pages of fine print. This money could have gone to my son's medical bills.
I tried out Jib Jab for 30 days but then realized that I wasn't using it much and for various other reasons needed to cancel. Once I put in my cancellation notice they responded very quickly, within a few hours, and refunded my payment with no questions asked. Very pleased with this company!
Joe was very professional, understanding, and helpful; he resolved my issue immediately. I love Jibjab but had forgotten about it since I had used a university email that I currently do not have access to since having graduated. I had received a notification on my credit card statement that I had a charge but could no longer access the Jibjab account. It only took one message to the help center and my issue was completely resolved. Thank you!
Someone, somehow used my credit card for a subscription to JibJab. Though I admire their taste, I don't appreciate having to pay for something I had not ordered. I contacted JibJab about this problem and within one day they resolved it for me. What a great company to deal with!

I asked for help via email, expecting to be ignored as so many other sites have (to me in the past) when they have your money.
I got an answer right away and not only did they cancel my monthly plan, they went above and beyond and refunded me this month's payment! Definitely not what I expected and I will be back! Thanks.
I was searching for a "clean" but funny card for a friend. I wanted something a little offbeat that she would really laugh about... I found it here so I signed up! Just what I'm looking for in cards to send friends for special occasions or just thinking of someone.
What I mean is that there are a lot of the same old Jib jabs. Try replacing them with new ones. The interactive ones as well as the simple greeting cards. I know you pepper it with the latest songs on the radio but overall the site needs an overhaul.
At 92 my brain takes a year to catch up. So when I reviewed my 2017 expenses recently I discovered I had set up 3 JIBJAB accounts. Dumb!. But within 1 week JibJab had reconciled my errors and closed 2 accounts: and refunded the charges. Can't ask for better service than that.
I've had so much fun exploring the hilarious possibilities with Jib Jab and then unleashing them on unsuspecting friends and family. Jib adds new videos regularly so it's fun to keep going back what they've added. And you can put any anything you want on the singer's heads: a turnip; an aardvark.
I had a small issue and couldn't be happier with how customer service resolved it. Class act!
