Found out after that you need to pay additionally for each upload.

On my phone I use a different email than my laptop (work and home), but the app on my phone does not allow me to choose which email I wish to have after its initial setup. Sent an email to help and response was... not helpful

Also the amount of child friendly christmas/songs are limited.

It is that time of year again when you decide whether you want to send out real christmas cards or email cards. As we are all going bankrupt, I'm opting for email xmas cards. Last year jibjab was the hit of all of my friends. The snowball fight xmas card last year was hilarious. Sign up and it is worth the price of admission. Cheaper than real cards and quite a bit more entertaining.

I tried to preview several cards, but many of the videos only played so far, and then it seemed the thing had to take a lot of time loading more data to play the rest of the video. A couple videos made me wait so long that I went onto a different choice, but it upset me, because I thought I might like to use this card to send to my brother, but didn't want to risk that he would run into the same problem. Is anyone working on this problem?

I was considering buying one video but I definitely did not want to buy a membership let alone allow automatic renewal but as soon as I open my PayPal account your site made the charge without my authorization.
The positive side is that they are apparently returning the money and canceling the unsolicited membership. I will not believe it until I see the charge reversed and I will probably avoid any future dealings with the JibJab.
Is a nice idea but your aggressive policies to collect payment makes me very nervous

I truly miss your political and other "JibJab's"I truly miss your old JibJab that were fun to watch! Was hoping to see what your creativity would come up with during the new election year and after the election. I think it would be a dream come for your creative department. I know that everything boils down to money. I have found too many ways to use your format. I wish you could do both but I have no idea how hard it is to make original content. I think if you made the news more often it would draw more paying customers to your site.

I was drawn to JibJab by the Grease video, and it is very cute.
Then I decided to do the Hall& Oates video and was disappointed that half way through the video, it changed from real people to puppets. Just doesn't have the same effect... very disappointing.
Most of the other videos aren't appropriate for what I'm looking for, and I know I'd never use them.
So, in a nutshell, one good video does not warrant keeping JibJab in my book. Very cute idea, but much improvement is needed.

I've had a hard life (very hard).
I saw the jibjab on Facebook made by someone. They looked so personable as the lady witch, and the Frankenstein man took his head off and said " now I hold my head up high". Thought it was on pricing, cute and made me soon childishly happy. Thank you jibjab. Sincerely Glenn Chilson

I have been a JibJab member for 3 years. And frankly, I am a bit dissatisfied with the limited number of new music video cards, as well as the lack of variety. Most of the additions, since I became a member with the exception of those created for holidays, have been race specific which limits the available options to choose from. I send JibJabs mainly for family and friend's birthdays so it would be nice to see a couple additions each month spanning both race and gender to allow a better selection of new cards. Come on JibJab staff get with the game and add newer material to the choices! Show real appreciation to your members, by offering an increased selections!

Frustrating. Received constant error messages when I tried to download onto a iPHONE with 64 GB space. Screen froze. Membership video options and ecards are not more exciting than the free options. Contacted you the day I signed up for a refund and have not heard back from you either.

I love the site and all the ecards you offer! I am very satisfied with your product, the quick response from your support staff, and the option to disable the auto-renewal feature on my payment. My only suggestion is that it would be nice if there were more dances and music videos, especially for classic songs from past decades (1950's - 1980's). If you could create those, then that would be wonderful! Keep up the good work, you guys!

I JibJab like it's my Job! This is hysterical.
I'm addicted. Everyone loves looking at them. If you take time to find the right picture- it can be funnier. I only wish throughout a video, you would be able to choose different photos. It adds an element of humor to have the same expression on each scene of video, but I thought I could pop a few various headshots of same person. That would be a great improvement.

I have used JibJab for a few years off and on and I love the quality of the videos. My only input would be that I wish there were more Christian holiday-type themes where a serious one is available for the folks. Sometimes I like the silly stuff and sometimes I'd like to feature friends in a video with a more serious side. For example: For Christmas - Pulling away scene of friends viewing the Nativity, that kind of thing. Or of the three crosses or open tomb at Easter where friends are viewing the scene. It would broaden the scope for folks like myself who enjoy the humour and silly side, but also want the serious side from time-to-time. Thank you for listening!

It was a fun experience that made me happy. My family and friends enjoyed it as well. I will probably do some more on other holidays or events. It is also very affordable which is important to me since I am retired and living on a set income. I hope you get a larger variety of animal ones so that I can put our furbabies in it. I have had a lot of fun using this program... just a few difficulties with aligning mouths on the faces and I wish the bold dark black line in the place of the mouth on the finished video was smaller or non-existent. And a little sad about the price increase :( I will however sign up again when I can.

JibJab promises too much in their advertisement as unique services. When my girlfriend did not receive her animated birthday card at all from the correctly scheduled date ro her e-mail address, I had to manually "send" her the greeting-card(s) from her laptop online and insert from my USB the pictures that made the result striking and funny. Later from my computer, and because of this bad experience, I asked for refund (this was only routine for JibJab; trial period ended).

I needed a quick way to sign a gift from 13 friends across 5 counties so I made a few jib jab videos showing the whole crew. The ladies in Barcelona were ecstatic! Thanks for bringjng some laughs to all of us,

The only down side is the need to find appropriate 'head shots' to load. Also the number of 'really good' videos is limited. So, your limited in 're-sending' someone that you have already sent that video. But, besides that it is a great program and well worth the cost.

Paid to make videos and then was charged more to be able to download them. Download link NEVER worked and the site constantly had issues with logging in. Will use other sites before this in the future. Very disappointed :(

I was overcharged $1.99 and $18. According to your site it, the charges were supposed to be $1.99 for the download, and $1.50 for the account sign up. I was dupped! That is false advertising. Needless to say I will be telling everyone about this issue. Please have someone from your Customer Service department should call me at the number/email on file. If I do not receive a correction for these charges, I will contact the State of Michigan Attorney General's office. It may only be a difference of $16.50, but right is right.

I love JibJab. It's creative, always attention getting, and just plain fun. The set up of the cards is in easy to follow steps, there's plenty of opportunity to change your mind and re-do your choices. What's not to like?

After paying for membership, tried to prepare Valentine's "cards" for grandchildren. Could not get past first step after adding photos; each time after attempting to go to next step, the site would send me back to original web page. After 4-5 attempts, and much time, I requested a refund.
