JibJab

I have definitely made my wife laugh watching me in the roll of John Travolta in Grease or jumping around the kitchen as a peanut butter sandwich. She told me it her made her day and i was really pleased.

JibJab is good but would be so much better if they bring back that feature where you are allowed to shape the face you are bringing in. Just dropping a face in a circle doesn't always look like that person.

Great app. Fun to use, a lot of laughs! Never had any issues using it, easy to use and always worked. When I needed to get a hold of JibJab staff, they were very helpful and quick with their responses.

Discovered what I perceived to be an error. Emailed JibJab and much to my astonishment, received a swift and professional reply. Also, the error was taken care of at the same time. A rare occurrence in this age of electronics.

Very upset at the $18 charged that I didn't approved! I asked one time charge for $1.50 and your billing department or whatever charged my account for the whole year without my approval! Very wrong and I will be contacting the Yelp site if this doesn't get resolved soon!

In this day and age, I was quite surprised to find there are no same-sex options to send a card to a loved one. Only one spoofing a gay man in a very stereotypical way. I paid for a year, so I'm stuck with it. But I probably won't renew unless you move into the new millennia and recognize all forms of love and affection.

I always enjoy making and viewing a JibJab greeting for family and friends and they get a huge kick out of it too! Seeing faces of those you know well cavorting around to sometimes silly or even inappropriate music and lyrics never fails to be hillarious!

I've had a subscription to Jib Jab for quite awhile and have always had good experiences from them. Even though Jib Jab has been around for awhile, many of my recipients are always surprised and happy to receive a unique card. Sure beats buying dumb cards at the store!

I was really considering resubscribing to JibJab, after 4-5 years from my last subscription expiration, in hopes that the selection had changed significantly since then. I didn't see too many updates on the website, so I thought that resubscribing would open the doors of new video possibilities on my computer screen. Not so much... Sure, there are a few new updates. But after 5 years that's all there is? Come on guys! I hope there's a lot of updates this year, because I would really like to stay subscribed indefinitely.

I'm very pleased with the service I received from JibJab. After using it for a couple of years I decided to stop for a while, and they immediately refunded my money in a very pleasant way. I highly recommend them.

I needed to cancel my membership for money reasons but my auto subscription payment had just gone through. I contacted JibJab and a refund was in my account the next day. I was impressed with the competent handling of the matter and the very nice accompanying email from Heather.

This month we noticed a charge on my Amex card from JibJab! We never bought anything from them and had to alert my card fraud department! A few days later Jib Jab contacted us and stated that they removed the charge! Beware of these companies advertising on the internet!

Each year I put out an elaborate and comical Christmas newsletter for friends and family. In the past several years the newsletter goes out in PDF format attached to an email. This year's version included a clip art picture of candy hyperlinked to my JibJab video and everyone just loves it. For those who don't really need the full newsletter experience, just sending a link to the video with an email is working well and getting lots of happy responses. Thank you JibJab. I'll be back again soon.

I wish there were more kids videos where you can put an entire family in a family friendly video. I was looking for something for a 12 yr old happy birthday and there wasn't much to choose from. Too Adult sexual content!

These people are great! FAST, accurate, courteous, creative and understanding. JIB JAB is a fun and easy program to use, while my kiddo's were home we enjoyed it and got a lot of good laughs from Jib Jab throughout the past 3 years. Kids have moved on and so must I.

I inadvertently signed up with I thought was promo code and contacted support to cancel the account and refund the fees. Thankfully they looked into it and the account had not been fully setup so there were no charges pending.

Very difficult to find photos that you can use and even then the faces are so grossly large compared to the bodies that it is just distorted. If the person is supposed to speak the mouths move in an un-natural way. I tried two and really didnt care for the results. There may be other cartoons that look better, but not worth it to me.

So worth it cheaper then buying cards at store and mailing can send many cards and can arrive same day no more belated cards have u priced singing cards n store not much variety wish knew about this site earlier

I had a problem getting into the app. So I got in touch w someone who not only got me in but gave me 3 months free for my trouble. You went above and beyond expectations. Thank you, I'm totally digging JigJag.

The JibJab cards are fun. However, it's kind of annoying that once you have created a card and added a message, you can't edit it. At least I couldn't figure out how... if I wanted to change it I just had to start over from scratch

Not 5 stars as I didn't like having to sign up for a year with auto renewal. I will have to remember if I want to cancel before the date.

The online website is very easy to use and they offer a range of templates for any situation. JibJab lets you review your video and schedule for a particular date so that you don't have to miss an important date.

Made some really cool things and loved the variety of products. Only thing was I wished the online account was more integrated with the APP. I made a card online and then could't find it on the app. Although I love that you can send things directly through text message with the app. Only site i found that could send cards/messages this way and many of the people i talk to don't check their email regularly so this was so perfect and exactly what i needed. Great Job.
