I recently sent Easter messages. I think its time for some new music videos for Easter. Also I would like to mention that some of the cards/messages in general are pretty lame. In other words, I would never ever use them--too silly. I just keep searching, and usually manage to find something that is more appropriate.

Customer service is Very Important to me! So, when I got a quick personal reply that addressed my suggested issue I "really" appreciated it!
It couldn't have been more personable. I hate cookie cutter computer generated replies!

While many might see this as "lame" or "square" it's actually rather fun. This unique little website takes all of the hard work out of making wonderfully enjoyable videos & pix that feature the faces of your family & friends in themed situations (& there's lots to choose from). It's inexpensive (a big plus) & requires no computer skills other than finding a suitable picture you want from your collection(s) & uploading it into their editor, which is also dirt simple to use. In fact, the most difficult aspect of making a video is probably selecting which face to go on which particular character's body. I highly recommend this. Trust me, after you've made your first video, you will want to make more.

I have had more fun with JibJab. My nieces and nephews loved seeing their faces on the video cards. The assortment for Christmas videos allowed me to send one each day before Christmas - they looked forward to getting them.

I also had fun sharing anniversary and birthday video cards to a more mature audience. You ROCK!

After having received a JibJab I decided to make some myself. Family and friends have had a lot of fun viewing them. However, my sister could only see the one I exclusively made for her. It did not work on any computer or phone. We do not know what went wrong but I will find out of the problem, I recon.

I have sent many cards using this site and friends and family always love them. The fact that you can no longer adjust the shape of the head is kind of lame especially knowing that they use to offer that. Not sure why they removed it but the original heads that I have from when I could do that look much better.

The only other complaint I have is that many of the videos are really low brow male kind of humor (like farting…) I would like to see more videos that might appeal to women.

Overall I would say it has been very positive and fun. Not expensive either given the price of paper cards.

Had such fun over the years jib jabbing my friends & family! They made some changes to make it more simple by having a template that you could no longer adjust around the face which worked better for many but I liked it much better the old way so I pretty much stopped using it. When I contacted customer service about canceling my auto renewal, they responded quickly & took care of closing my account with a great attitude! I would not hesitate using them in the future!

With a few glitches in overall set-up process, I think I did ok... my challenge has been (just discovered) thought I posted on frfiends facebook page and they said they didn't see it... don't know. Could still be user error...
Overall experience... good, knowing I gotta believe I will get better w/ practice!

Jibjab has been a life saver for honoring friend and family birthdays. The little ones especially enjoy seeing themselves in 'starring you' videos. But after a couple of years I am running out of fresh cards to choose from and, sadly, will probably have to let my subscription lapse after this year. Additionally, most cards are geared toward adults not kids.

The cost of subscription is easily offset by the price of actual greeting cards.

LOVE! Mailing cards is honestly adding up in our family as it grows. All bdays hit at the same time too - this is great bc even though it's an email, they are so personalized with pictures and songs that the older generation doesn't think i am "lazy" and I can set the date and be confident the card will be sent timely.

I love jib jab and use it to "star"my employees in funny little dance themes throughout the holidays on social media. Our customers love the video clips. But my subscrition for a year was cancelled for no reason.

Very easy to make a video by using own uploaded pictures, simple and user friendly. Great for having a laugh with family and friends, cuts down costs for cards and can send link to multiple people. Only given an average score as the email facility on share doesn't seem to be working effectively or may take longer to go through depending on the recipient provider. Will test it for the remaining year, enjoy!

I think they could use some fresh blood in the creative department. Their stuff is getting repetitive and not as kickass funny as it used to be. Lot is it seems targeted at people who find fart jokes hysterical which is fine but to balance that with equal number of things that are really funny in the dance sequences would be nice. We need more choice because I keep having to use the same ones year after year because it seems the best video cards came out hen Jib Jab was new. Time to fire your script writer and choreographer. It's just not fresh anymore. Still love you and hope you stretch the envelope more.

I love the concept and the cleverness of the program, but some frustrations using.
1. Many recipients unable to download without trying several times
2. Some recipients did not receive (my daughter; making me wonder how many others on the send list missed as well)
3. Not a current contact list that was brought up by the program (wondering how all those old contacts of many years ago were included?!) and missing some newer contacts
4. Would be nice to be able to confirm if opened/received at the other end
5. Option to save select contacts for future cards would be nice
6. Didn't appreciate that it was extra money to save the card. The base price should cover this.
With some tweeking and without gouging this is a terrific program. Hope you can oblige.

Tried multiple times to send on weekend and wouldn't go thru - then my 5 attempts came through 4 days later. Tracking system not reliable - had to ask people if they had received my invite.

Good variety of cards & up to date music.

Couldn't be more impressed with speedy and courteous, no fuss response to my request for a refund after not remembering that my son had signed up for jibjab last year and so didn't know it would be an ongoing renewal and they just refunded the membership fee with no hassle whatsoever! Makes me want to support their company and I'm sure we will again.

I was excited because this site had really funny cards available years ago. Joined to make a card for my sister's birthday. Nothing has really been added (nothing of substance anyway). So many fun songs available and all you had was "Happy" by Pharrell- I'm not very Happy.

I had an issue and almost immediately after my request I heard back from Jib Jab. They said they would work on it.
Wow, not 10 minutes later and it was resolved by them. All I had to do was log back on. Thank you!
I was quickly trying to make a video for my husbands birthday so I appreciated your quick resolution.

I personally enjoyed the videos/movies of different dance, single and group ones. It was fun to create personalized dances adding family members pictures and use them for entertainment on a i. E. Birthday Party, etc. I used most of your your templates for fun entertainment. Everyone I showed the videos I created by adding faces, loved them too and thought they were hilarious.

For whatever reason, only on this site, my number nine, in my address changes to what looks like a g, but different. Very few have been able to receive it. I originally signed up for a 1.99 video, but my Pay Pal was charged 18.00, which I wouldn't mind so much, if it worked right. Can not understand why I'm having this problem and don't know how to fix it.

Saw a friend of a friend's JibJab post on facebook and it was immediate love. I'm having a ball annoying everyone I know. Actually, I'm quite proud of my creative efforts. Sometimes when I forward the fininshed JibJab piece by email, the people I'm sending them to cannot open them. It's even happened on my own email site when I've forwarded them to myself. But, most do go through without any problem. Please keep on posting your craziness for those of us with too much time on our hands so that we can complete them. Love it!
