Incredible customer service, and I've had a ton of fun making different cards for my family. Having a blast!

Had my account with job jab for a few years, I have no use for it lately and had to cancel my subscription, customer support was very helpful with this. Jib jab is a great app and I will be subscribing again sometime in the future, I'd recommend this app to family and friends.

Customer service was excellent. Very understanding, professional and I did not need to repeat myself.

I've used JibJab in the past, and pleasantly so. But when i found that someone opened a new account in my name, I contacted their Support Team, and my issue was resolved in less than 24 hours. Thanks!

Fun to make the cards and you can rely on their prompt customer service if you have questions or issues.

Customer service is great! I emailed them with a concern and they responded right away and took care of it! We will be using Jib Jab more often. They care and they're funny!

Jibjab is lots of fun and very easy to use. I enjoyed making a video for my family and got everybody rolling on the floor laughing.

JibJab is awesome. Their video cards are a lot of fun. And when I needed customer service, they were there to help.

Customer service is fast and makes things easy, truly taking care of the customer! The only bad thing is that it does make it difficult to make a free account even though it is supposed to be possible. But they did resolve my issue quickly and easily, which I was pleasantly surprised about!

Jib jab was fantastic used it with my family so funny would tell anyone to have ago best laugh in ages
