I signed up for JibJab to send one of their videos and loved what they offered, but had forgotten I'd agreed to an ongoing subscription. So when I was billed for another period, I asked to cancel and get a refund. JibJab responded immediately, put through the cancellation and made the refund. I am impressed by their promptness and their professionalism. Thank you, JibJab.
Nothing came out from what have been promised. Unfortunately, I granted free year use of JibJab ( Until the end of December 2020), but when I am making a video, the window pops up and tells me to get registered with payment. So, it is not happening
I have been aware of Jibjab for a while. It was the perfect choice for my 28 year alternate son's birthday, putting his rather straight father in the spotlight making light hearted fun of him - well worth the giggle!
It was easy to figure out once I got the hang of it! Really fun options for music videos! Definitely wish there was an immediate way to download vs getting a receipt to do so but pretty user friendly!
Our family really enjoys your site. I only wish that you would have less crass and disturbing things on there. Sometimes, I accidentally come across them. There's no need for that. It's a great site without all that garbage.
I paid for the year and when I do a restore it doesn't work. Awesome another app that gets your money and never works. I have used JibJab for years but whatever this is it's not working! Very disappointed
Choices were fun, but editing was very limited. I was a little disappointed that once I had moved a photo into a card, if it didn't look right, there was no way to move it back and continue editing. It meant starting all over again. I'd expect that from a free app, but not one that cost $18. Also speaking of price, there should be a per item cost for people that don't think they will be doing more than one or two a year.
I was paying $1.50 ended up paying $18. The cards are not original, they are not as animated as other things out there. You can't even type much of a message in your card - small character limit. Highly disappointed.
I inadvertently signed up for a subscription that would auto renew each year. When I emailed the JibJab team they efficiently dealt with my error and reimbursed the subscription fee without question. I will definitely use their services in the future as this sort of service is very unusual, sadly, in this day and age.
Sent a request to correct an email address problem I had on JibJab... the issue was corrected successfully overnight by Robert. Excellent response and great customer service... especially when I thought it would take 5 business days to get a response. Also I love the product and are having fun creating videos that are hilarious
I was hoping for more cards that are suitable for my grand children 20 to 3 year olds who love fun but not sophisticated teen/adult clips. I like about 2 of your cards at this point and am disappointed with the few that suit me & feel that I will not get value for money.
I recently had a 18$ fee billed on my account while I ordered nothing!
Jib Jab support team has responded quickly and they rapidly settled this matter.
This is the demonstration of a company totally devoted to its customers!
I look forward to dealing with Jib Jab again in the future!
Honesty always rewards;-)

I have been a paying member for many years. They have very few cards "starring you." Only a few have come out in 5 years. Recently they did away with their method of modifying heads where you can crop them to remove background and set the mouth for motion. Now they just have a peanut shaped mask. The effect is not nearly as gratifying. If they would bring that back and come out with some new and funny cards I would give five stars easily. Such potential, such a let down.
I do like Jib Jab and the variety of great cards. My reason for giving only 4 stars are 1) I could not figure out how to add a short note to my card after it was created. I don't even know if this is possible but it should be! 2) as a person of colour it would be nice to be able to shade the appendages of the characters (i. E. hands). Surely that's something that the Jib Jab gurus can do. Thanks for letting me provide feedback.
We were sent a jib jab message out of the blue and never having heard of them had no idea what to expect. We howled our heads off, then proceeded to make our own. ( the "we" being my 7, year old grandson and myself)
I left him alone while making lunch... he had done 6 by himself and had a ball. What tremendous fun. Sending them off to family and friends produced great reactions too.
While reviewing my deceased husband's bank statement, I noticed an unfamiliar charge. Upon investigating, I discovered it was for JibJab. My husband was retired and loved to create memes for his friends, but I'm still working and don't have time. So, I asked that the account be closed and fee refunded. Before I could finish the sentence, Robert handled the matter with respect, courtesy and cheerfulness. Isn't that the type of customer service we all desire? Once I have the time to spend creating fun and playful memes, I'll be back with JibJab!
When I subscribed and started JibJab for the first time, my family and I instantly fell in love with it. My son is 9 and he loves it! He said, "Mom were gonna be famous!" Lol because when he saw how all of our pictures looked so realistic! But that is the experience of this program, it brings out the purest reaction of the ones who matter most. Also, one can't help to have a great day after receiving a JibJab e-card. Thank you so much for making JibJab so great and fun!
It can be fun to send a really good uplifting video to share within a family, especially during tough times. Too many of your selections are highly sexual or crude. I have nothing against them as such but wish for some solid videos to use to a wider audience- such as "Happy", "Celebration". Those are well made, and not weird cartoon like or too juvenile. Family friendly videos does not mean childish, but something that can be sent across generations. You can create some solid fun without offence. Keep your edge, but give some of us a few more useful video selections as well.
The format is easy to navigate, photos are easy to add, everything is straight forward - worth every dime! I get many positive comments to every card I email or post on social media - whether it's from family, friends, classmates from 50 years ago, etc. A great and fun service you provide!
I can appreciate that sometimes businesses want to jazz up their product and make changes but I've found the changes that have been made to the software have made my use of it more difficult. Three things that don't work as easily as before: 1) downloading faces and sizing them to fit 2) once you do accomplish #1 (by doing your own cropping to get individual faces in your photos file big enough to use), getting the "mouth arrows" in the proper place to avoid having the gums of the upper teeth move with the lower teeth is difficult to impossible and 3) I can no longer add more than one line of my own message on the card which is just not enough. I'm not sure I will renew my JJ unless someone fixes the software.
Experience is fine, except that in order to keep and post my movie, I have to download it at a cost of $1.99 per video. It's fun, but get tired of paying all these little fees in addition to my membership fee. So, the answer is - don't do very many, which defeats the purpose of JibJab, I assume.
I have sent many cute and well received cards from JibJab over the years. The process has gotten simpler and when an issue arrived with my PayPal payment, they resolved it immediately and even gave me a voucher to use towards my membership. I will continue to be a loyal customer.
My hubby & I were sad not to see our youngest granddaughter on her 4th birthday, so we decided to send a fun card with us as the characters. She loved it especially because Pa ended up doing the ladies parts & Nanny was the skinny male character. We shared it with our 7 other grandchildren who thought it was hilarious.
I signed up recently because I thought your new OK Go dance was good. Sent it to my friends and got no response. I guess everyone's sense of humor varies. Not sure if I will keep membership. Some content is questionable and everyone you send it to gets marketed to join.
Uploading facial pics was easy. The different videos were creative and fun. Despite several attempts to email those videos, none of my family members ever saw them. Whether I sent to their Apple or PC machines. Even sending the video to my own mailbox and then forwarding did not work. I doubt that I will continue my membership.
After agreeing to monthly/yearly one-time fee I created a card only to find out there was an additional charge for me to download and then be able to send.
This is not correct. These charges should be highlighted prior to joining. It might be in the fine print but that doesn't make it right by me.
I want to cancel immediately.
JibJab is such a fun site- made more so by the fact that when I needed to reach out to customer service I was met with an immediate and kind rep! I received both an excellent and rapid response which makes them a fabulous company in my eyes! Thank you JibJab;-)
