I had an issue with automatic billing due to my credit card being fraudulently used by some strange person from out of the USA. I totally forgot that I had an automatic annual payment to JibJab with the old credit card number. They were able to walk me through the issue I was dealing with, and things were taken care of in a matter of moments.

Not only do they have a great product, that I use all the time, it's great to know they have wonderful customer service as well. Honestly, I didn't expect anything less than perfect from them.

Our family has an annual Christmas talent/no talent show - 31 attended. I had at least two jib jab videos for each person and everyone enjoyed the music and Christmas videos. Great to be able to easily add faces from facebook and surprise them.

I had a problem changing an old email address, system would not let me, so contacted support, they were brilliant, handled the problem and not only that, sorted out the two account anomaly and made it into one. Very happy with the result.

JibJab is really easy to use and a lot of fun! We got people in the family to do crazy things that they'd never dream of doing... and they laughed until tears rolled down their cheeks! Lots of good, healthy fun for all!

Bought it for Father's Day and having been laughing ever since. So much to choose from. Love sending these for all occasions to brighten the day of friends and family. If you calculate the cost out, we are paying pennies per laughs :)

I thought it might be fun to make a Valentine video with JibJab for my new husband and enjoyed it so much, I made three more for friends of ours as fun surprises. Let's just say, a good time was had by all!

I have found using the site transferring photos to the heads very easy. Being able to save the faces helps save a lot of time. Not too many issues with my limited experience. Keep new and fresh videos would be my only request.

I liked using jib jab when it first started. I miss having the freedom to choose how many people can go in each video. There were no new year's videos for 3-4 people, instead it forced me to have 5... which did not match up with what I wanted to do. Even though the old jib jab was simpler, and not as flashy, I liked the freedom of being able to chose however many participants you want.

It's great that you have so many videos and songs that you can input friends and family into. Please do more platonic 2 person options. I found very few that didn't "get weird" when I wanted to find one for my birthday buddy.

There were lots of fun selections to choose from. JibJab was quite easy to use for us first-timers. Our recipient liked the birthday card we sent. We have gotten JibJab cards from friends before and enjoyed them, so we thought we'd try it.

I have asked over and over again, if Jib Jab could include some same gender, same sex, cards to send. I think there should be a good number of your employees, who could create some subtle, same sex cards. I'm tired of sending myself and my husband at tap dancers, or always sending birthday cards with one of us pushing the other in a wheel barrel in the desert. Love it, but surely you can do better!

I had the pleasure of trying this app/service. They were quick to get back to me with concerns and questions. Love their customer service, I wish other businesses would follow their ethics! You have to try this app, it is so much fun.

Very disappointed. Paid to have, under our impression, and post these videos. However, was required to pay extra in order to keep/post them. If there must be an extra fee, it should be included in the upfront amount.
I will not recommend JibJab.

I was looking for something different and original to give mom on Mother's Day. I was not going to buy her the same old flower arrangement as I have in the past. We created several different cards and music videos that included all of the family members. Hands down the best Mother's Day present in the family. Everyone is still sharing it and having a good laugh. And unlike flowers, which get tossed out after a few days, she'll have this video for the rest of her life.

Renewed my membership this year
And can't seem to create anything
On my Mac. I am not running the latest OS
But have always used Jibjab previously without problem. OS 10. 5. 8.
Couple of other issues
My heads that I saved are not all showing up
Had about 20 - now only showing 8
Lastly. Tried to email several people a video on New Years and could only send it to about 4 people at a time. This limitation was a pain

Why can't you embed the video on FB? The whole card with message shows up for the world to see in a separate window? So old school. And you guys need more options for bigger teams/more heads. Also I got charged twice for a download. Cancelling now

I signed up at Christmas because a couple of the cards looked exceptionally funny. I had a little trouble placing my order, but finally got it through and the cards got sent out quickly. I contacted JibJab customer service to let them aware of my problem. It took a few days to get a response, but they more than made me satisfied. Its nice to deal with a company that has a great product and great business ethics. I will let others know what a fun, easy product this is! Thanks JibJab!

Usually I dont write reviews based on customer service but wow are they helpful! I had a worker help me today, she was on top of everything and fixed my issues within a few minutes and was as friendly as can be! Thank you for helping Erin!

The card arrive in my wife's email inbox in time however it did not load. So I had to download this on my computer later that evening. £20 for this. Utter Rubbish. I will be telling others to avoid your products. N. B. Both my wife and my Java setting were up to date.

The sign up/billing confusion between free and paid accounts seems to be somewhat common, but the customer service in handling my inquiries was excellent. The prompt attention and resolution is very much appreciated.

I loved all the new songs for Easter! The ones that allow for 5 or more people are my favorite! I appreciate how easy this site is to navigate and how reasonably priced you are. I wish there was a way to opt out of the auto renewal, however. I'd prefer email reminders instead.

Well, I didn't realize that Jibjab auto-renewed after your 1 year term and, frankly, I was not planning to renew at that particular time. I emailed Jibjab and was very pleasantly surprised they refunded my fee in a very timely fashion and without flogging me with the t's and c's of membership. VERY impressed and will likely be back as a member before too long! :o)

I was off Jib Jab for a year or two.

Just came back to try it again. Discovered that there were not that many new "cards" to choose from.

BTW" The primary reason I left was because your site makes it difficult NOT to sign up per year, rather than auto renewal. Not sure you fixed that, but I struggled through this time.
