So often you hear horror stories of people who decided that they no longer wish to continue a service - and it's like an ugly breakup. This makes it incredibly difficult to leave the relationship in a positive way. JibJab was exactly the opposite. The service was outstanding. Same day in fact! They treated me (the customer) with respect and professionalism. It makes it so much easier to say positive things about them and the service they provide. Great Job!

I made Jim jab videos of my family and some friends. It was so funny I made myself laugh so much. Everyone else thought it was great too except for my sister-in-law. She threatened me with serious physical harm if I sent the jib jab video of her and my wife to anyone. Maybe I will post it on Facebook or You-Tube?

Love the site. Some of the Vids... are just a little over-board for me. Their team is very creative with the millions of Vids, cards, etc. I, personally, enjoyed the old way to form a face. I have spoke with them about this. They were courteous in explaining why they no longer allow this tool. I thought the old face making tool was the "Tops" that put them over compared to other sites.

I only wanted to join for one month at the price advertised at $1.50, but I see on my bill they charged me for a year. I think that is very dishonest of the JibJab company. Honestly i would like a refund and an apology but I doubt I will get that. Please DO NOT renew my subscription after this one expires.

Actually I found JibJab website interesting and different, but I also came to the conclusion that I will not always use those funny video because I am 63 years old. I created it only once.
I would definitely use this website if I would be younger and have younger friends.
I decided to stop using this website and asked to cancel my auto-renewal subscription's option.
This was done by the JibJab Customer Service without questions asked.

Love the concept. For the most part, directions were easy to follow, although I could not figure out how to edit or delete my creations. I always had to start over if I did not like the results. I was disappointed that there was an additional charge for downloading, I will enjoy using this to send birthday and holiday greetings this year.

Got this father's day card for my nephew--a real hunk and dancer! This choice was so him... I thought I was at a Mick Jagger Rolling Stones concert! So great. Also sent birthday card to his family now 5 members and it was great to see them all dancing and singing... Just loved the cards. Great job JibJab!... I became a member!

I LOVE JIB JAB... but I have moved to the country. And my internet service is very weak here. I am unable to
Maintain a stable enough connection to load the videos. I am sad. BUT. Jib Jab was excellent and graceful in
Suspending my account... taking care of this for me in just a day. I WILL be back... as soon as we can get high speed internet here. Thank you for being awesome.

Excellent in almost every way. Except I wish you would return the face-shaping option. Without it, I have to choose between having the chin truncated or leaving black background on the sides of the cheeks.

Also, for those of us with so many heads, it would be nice to be able to name them for easy searching.

I have had the best time with jib jab I don't know why I didn't subscribe sooner. Making these little videos have really been a good outlet for me. Thanks for providing current songs as well as oldies you guys are GREAT!

I have been thinking about making JibJab cards for years, and I finally decided to set up an account to create a card for Valentine's Day. I sent it to my husband, and then to other relatives, and posted it on Facebook. My hubby and I can't stop laughing every time we watch it, and our family and friends loved it, too. I have already created 2 more cards, which I will be sending soon. Love it, so much fun!

I was a member 3 years ago, thought I would give it another try but I just don't feel like there has been very much added since then. And what do I need to do to order DVDs of the videos that I have personalized. The support feature is not very customer friendly.

I have had much fun with this site in the past. I am retired now and living abroad with very little access to the Internet in the remote area where I live on my farm. I had cause to request a refund of my auto-renewal subscription recently and I was indeed very surprised at the speed and promptness in the reviewing and processing my request. Customer Service rocks and I have no hesitation in recommending their services to anyone looking for fun ways to express him or herself. Great job guys!

My little boy and I have had countless hours of fun making hilarious JibJab videos for FB and family! Always a good laugh, easy and reasonably priced. Excellent customer service, always prompt and helpful feedback. Very happy with our experience with JibJab!

I get a real pleasure in using JIbJab to sent out cute personal funny ditties to friends and family members far away. I also find it very easy to use and i cant say that about a lot of programs on here

I would of given 5 Stars but wish had more music videos with just 1-3 people also. But they are so much fun and awesome to make for every one I know, can't help but to laugh entire video, they are hilarious!

Everyone loves getting a personalized JibJab video that includes themselves and friends. Easy to do and so appreciated. Lots of videos and cards to choose from so there's something for every personality. Good value for a site the whole family can use

We love it so much and sent the Christmas card out to so many people and they all commented on how fantastic the card was. The only problem is the mouth does not line up, no matter what I do, any suggestions?

Jib Jab has always been fun to watch with their political cartoons in the past. Being able to create our own masterpieces of fun just brings the experience to a new level.

I cancelled my subscription in 2014 and heard nothing until they charged me out of nowhere $18 in 2017. Now I have to waste time trying to reclaim this false charge. Wish I'd never given them my bank details back in 2014.

Was so excited to send my 89 year old mother a unique greeting for her birthday and it was a big let down. I will keep trying to figure out the problem. I just didn't realize there would/ could be a problem.

All great until it is time to add faces. Woo hoo! Get them from Facebook if you are lucky after numerous tries. Would be better if you could access photos from your own photo library and not from Facebook! Very time consuming!
