I carefully listed the emails with comma and space between each.
I included myself as well.
Some never received the email. Some did.
No it didn't end up in their junk, deleted, or spam filters.
Fun app though. Just need to iron out the glitches.

Nice site and cards. I have only used it once so far.
I noticed my JibJab account automatically setup to automatically charge me again after the year was up. I did not like this fact. Big assumption on JibJab's part.

OK... so the product delivered as promised, but experience totally trashed by a money-grabbing approach to customers. Don't lock people into a full year just to drive your own revenue... some other options might be appreciated by consumers don't you think?

Make it clear the transaction is in USD. More unpleasant surprises once the exchange rate shows up on your statement.

Disappointing experience.

Lots of fun to watch and create videos, cards etc. Had a specific work-related purpose in mind when signing up but later found that downloading videos to view offline was no longer an option. Customer service response was excellent.

I thought there would be more song choices including Happy Birthday,
Congratulations, etc. I did not know it was regular songs with the words written at the end. They are still fun cards, just now what I expected.

Due to a small misunderstanding, jibjab cancelled my renewal, instead of cancelling the automatic renewal. So they gave me three months free! What a nice unexpected bonus! Plus their products are GREAT!

Living in a senior community it's been great fun showing seniors just how young they are by putting them into dance and song videos. Also using it now to send to my grandchildren pictures of their grandparents living it up.

Jib Jab ls an outstanding site... it's full potential could be explored through a rewards program. I suggest a program to reward members who submit their revenue generation ideas/visions... Tomorrow's Visions Today

What a hassle free, no questions asked return policy! They immediately responded and corrected the issue. Great customer service in a time when no other company seems to value their customers. Extremely pleased!

Easy to look at choices, easy to take one out and having it sent, thank you for your easy handling and perfect working programme! Will soon send more of these funny sometimes ironical or comic issues. Go on and create more of them, I personally prefer ads with a bit of so called black humor like "The Simpsons" e.g.! I subscribed to Jib Jab a number of years ago. It has been great fun. As my lifestyle changed, I found I didn't use it as much as I once did. When the automatic payment (which is really quite low) popped up, I asked to cancel. Within minutes, I heard from their customer service rep. She could not find my email address. I sent her a couple old ones and within a very short time PayPal notified me that my payment had been refunded. I was amazed. If it had taken two days, I would have thought they were doing a terrific job. I highly recommend them.

A fair amount of effort required on sender's part, so I save my efforts for really close friends and family. Worth it, though. My favorite so far is "You and me, babe!" because you used the circling bit.

Have belonged to Jib Jab before, just renewed the membership. Easy to use and they are always adding new cards. Wish everyone could receive/open them, I guess they don't have flash or something. BUT... over all really good.

We had a lot of fun on Christmas Day making movies for our family members and friends. The only problems we had were random broken up web pages as if the mobile page would load when you clicked to view the movie or customize.

I contacted the chat room and explained that a card I made was never delivered. Actually there were 2 but one told me today she received it.
It didn't take much time or effort for you to charge me a subscription fee but trying to get this settled now past her birthday is very difficult. I want this resolved. Your web site does not make this situation easy to navigate

Top range customer service. Very helpful. Great fun. We did the whole thing in the end by showing family headed videos which got people really together and really laughing at themselves and other members. This worked for young to older people Money well spent

I was unaware of auto-renewal. Once charge came through on statement I contacted JibJab via internet. They promptly resolved the issue and issued a refund back to my credit card. I appreciate the no-hassle quick response. Thank you

A friend asked to impose her face in some dancing video, and JibJab.com gave me good laugh in political video. It is naturally the site I will go, when realize it will cost $1.50 that was not bad to have experience and fun with friends at such low cost. Later from the email I would be charged not $1.50/month, but $18/year and would renew automatically, that is not what I need for one shot, thus request a refund. For frequent users, $18/year is cheap.
I suggested
1. Charge by each video until a max amount,
2. Put more active dancing,
3. Singing mouth is not necessary because it does not look good,
4. Add different countries folk dance, it will broad your support,

Reliable honest and lots of fun. They responded immediately when I wanted to cancel my subscription and w/o question reimbursed my bank account. You have easy access to your information. Excellent price for the service. Well worth it.

Many companies these days get us caught up on automatic payments. Making it difficult to stop these charges. JibJab has always provided a top notch product and now I have found they also provide top notch customer service. All I had to do is ask via email and my request was fulfilled... and very quickly with ample communication.

Not only is Jibjab the easiest way for me to get a friend laughing in 60 seconds, or amaze my 6 year old buddy with a video full of his faces, it's just been so easy to open an account, send things and get support help when you need it. I'm into 'easy' these days and this is great amusement from the comfort of my couch!

Very unclear that there was a yearly subscription fee. When redirected to PayPal there was no mention of the cost at all. I've emailed jibjab about this and had no reply.
Since writing my review they have given me a full refund. Thank you.
