I signed up for JibJab to send one of their videos and loved what they offered, but had forgotten I'd agreed to an ongoing subscription. So when I was billed for another period, I asked to cancel and get a refund. JibJab responded immediately, put through the cancellation and made the refund. I am impressed by their promptness and their professionalism. Thank you, JibJab.

“Three days cannot get my video”

Nothing came out from what have been promised. Unfortunately, I granted free year use of JibJab ( Until the end of December 2020), but when I am making a video, the window pops up and tells me to get registered with payment. So, it is not happening

As a new user to JibJab, I of course have a learning curve so-to-speak regarding making entertaining & quality work. That being said, I have been disappointed at the ability to change faces properly, etc. I would like to see greater ability for manipulating the various features.

I have used JibJab services for years. An issue presented itself and it was patiently and efficiently addressed. I will continue to use JibJab and hope they will use some more vintage music as not all of us are punkers. I am 67 and my family and friends get such a kick out of the videos I send them. Keep making the video greetings JibJab that put smiles on many faces.

Don't like the fact that they make you have an auto-renewal set up an automatic payment, that should be left up to the customer if he wants to renew his Membership with out forgetting or worrying about someone taking money out of there acct makes it seem scam

I purchased to use on my android and I can't. It only lets me use it on my computer. Company says they are working out some bugs right now with that issue. Frustrating! They should have that on their site somewhere letting people know it may be an issue before they purchase a year subscription.

Hello,

I paid your $18 fee and tried out the service. You state I can have a refund. It was difficult to discover HOW to ask for that refund on your website. I found a link in your Terms of Conditions and used it to request a refund. But, to date, no refund has occurred.

So, is my only option to pay for the service although I will not be using it and dismantle your automatic renewal?

One essentially cant't do anything w/o paying. So ok i paid membership fee. Then I created a video and had to pay again to download it. Only it did not down load, not right away anyway. I got an email an hour later- by then i have moved on and did not need or want it. So that's $20 down the drain.

Then I tried to unsubscribe so at least I won't be charged in the future. Not possible.

SIMPLY THE WORST

Found them through google. Their ad says "free e-cards" and so on. I went to the site, spent about ten minutes selecting a card, then another ten minutes individualizing it, then it turns out they want $24 a year or no deal! I don't do business with LIARS.

Love the ease of using Jabber... and super fast too. Only thing that takes me a while is - finding photos to use and crop... and picking a video to use... but uploading photos and 'follow the yellow brick road' instructions are great!
I sent them out far and wide... quick refund i needed too.

This was a waste of my money. The videos that I sent to friends and family cut off every time. No one was able to watch any of the jib jab videos I made all the way through without it cutting off. Terrible. Just a waste. Could have been really cute if it worked properly.

I enjoyed using the app and made a card or two for my students. I moved overseas and have no more use for it. I forgot that I had signed up for a re-newing subscription. When I was charged again a year later I asked for a full refund and cancellation of my account. The rep from Jib Jab responded in 24 hours and gave a full refund. No clear instructions. Said to create, which I did, but once I dragged pictures, nothing happened. Unable to find any instructions on what to do next. WAs never able to create anything. Sent a "Contact Us" and they were supposed to respond within 24-48 hours but haven't heard anything and that was 4 days ago.

The card and video and the making experience and the delivery were all very good for all concerned, which is probably the main thing as it was all urgent, important ant last minute. However, I seemed to have signed up for a yearly subscription which not my intention. I've now cancelled but hope I can continue making cards for the next 12 months. The whole process of investigating my way through the website and finally locating how to cancel took an age and was depressing.

I can't believe JibJab is still using Flash player, it's kinda outdated.
I also wish the ecard screen was bigger and provide better video quality.

But making the cards were fun and easy to use. The kids loved it!

I don't use the web very often and had a ball with jib jab during the holiday vacations. Knowing that I would not continue using it while back at work, I cancelled and customer service gave me a complete refund. This is over and above any customer service I have ever received. Did I mention that they got back with me immediately?

Don't do it unless you're ready to pay to see and share your video. Complete waste of time, maybe they should have you pay before you can even make a video, I would have paid it but since you allow people to make the video then deny them to view it is distasteful and automatically gave me a bad taste for JibJab

I've had an on-going issue with my JibJab account in the past 6 months. Ever since my subscription renewal payment fell due. My current geographic location means that an online credit card payment cannot be processed. I have written to the JibJab team on at least 4 occassions in recent months. Each time they are responsive, if apparently unable to resolve the core issue. At least they have always provided me with a complimentary 90-day access pending a full fix.

You need more content. More skits based on what businesses or public would need. Like "walking on sunshine" is great for Dog walkers I find a lack of fallow through on the purpose of such limited templates.
