I signed up for JibJab to send one of their videos and loved what they offered, but had forgotten I'd agreed to an ongoing subscription. So when I was billed for another period, I asked to cancel and get a refund. JibJab responded immediately, put through the cancellation and made the refund. I am impressed by their promptness and their professionalism. Thank you, JibJab.
Nothing came out from what have been promised. Unfortunately, I granted free year use of JibJab ( Until the end of December 2020), but when I am making a video, the window pops up and tells me to get registered with payment. So, it is not happening
You need more content. More skits based on what businesses or public would need. Like "walking on sunshine" is great for Dog walkers I find a lack of fallow through on the purpose of such limited templates.
The App worked great! Client Support, was quick and painless! You will Enjoy it! My girlfriend enjoyed the goofy songs I put together. It was Easy to put them on Facebook and Instagram, for our friends and family to enjoy Also.
Interested in cards good for children in which they could be video stars, I made a request. JibJab responded quickly with a very positive and helpful attitude, plus a great answer. Told me to check out their StoryBots site. Very nice things there also. I've been a member at JibJab for a few years now, and I'm happy to recommend them.
I thought I was buying a single card only to discover I had an account that could be renewed annually without my approval. Nither the annual fee or its automatic renewal was stated before I placed my order. Your cards are fun, but I will never risk using your site again.
I liked the old option of being able to cut around our heads and make them look so much better than the automatic new version. I reailize many people may not like to have to go to the trouble of this, but it would be great if there was a choice.
Navigating this site is very difficult, you need to have site reformatted. Everything should be in a pull down bar that you are interested in. Once you leave an area hard to get back, update site... Also update songs and material, l dated. Most of the same stuff from years ago. Love the results, graphics and finished product.
I'm sitting here with the electric off because of the huge snow storm, the electric is out in my portion of the state of Maryland. Really enjoyed putting this card together. The cards are great! Just one thing. I was sending the card through JibJab. I input all my emails and after I had put all the emails addresses in it told me that I could only send it to 15 people at a time. Just so you know. I would also prefer to be asked if I want to renew rather than it being an automatic renewal in a year's time (which might suit a lot of peple)
Have been working with customer support since Saturday, no hel, no resolution. Keep getting error saying email not associated with JibJab account. Clearly it is as I have been receiving email from you since I signed up. Including congratulations on my new account. Couldn't be more frustrating? About to contact PayPal and cancel charge if not resolved soon.
It's Easy, it's Fun, Works Great. But. One little detail made me balk.
The 'auto-renewal' at SignUp is not offered as a choice, but rather the default, which causes skepticism and mistrust. Of course, I went into my membership settings and changed that, but it really diminished my value of the site to just a notch above the typical internet scam.
I recently had the pleasure of working out a problem that I experienced on JibJab with a support representative named Taylar. This individual was understanding, courteous, and patient during our exchange. If all employees of this company are cut from the same mold, they have a bright future ahead of them.
I've used Jibjab for years, just to make a family Ecard at Christmas. This year I have cancelled my subscription as the site no longer seems to work. I can make a video, but the options for sharing or downloading it simply do not appear. I have tried in IE and Chrome with the same result. Very sad, but time to find another provider.
I enjoyed making a JibJab card for my Granddaughters! They loved it! Now, years later they still have it saved on their computer! A fellow cast mate for our community theater made a card matching one of our productions, it was hilarious! I love JibJab for the "one of a kind" personalized card that many more people, not just the receiver get to enjoy!
Recently an issue surfaced requiring the assistance of their customer service department. Although I was not sure what to expect, I was surprised by the level of friendly responsive help I was given. Most important, with their help my issue was quickly resolved which exceeded my hopeful expectation.
Snowball fight card was absolutely perfect ~~we've lost two very dear family members and then there is my two daughters and myself. The snowball fight was two against three. We all laughed so hard because it was a perfect fit: Our two angels against us three so thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making us able to laugh this holiday season
Feel completely ripped off. Purchased what I was led to believe one Ecard for the price of £1.50 but turns out I paid £18! And had an automatic yearly renewal set up. This was very misleading and a complete con.
Not a happy customer will not be recommending this to anyone.
I'm in charge of entertainment for the holiday party... ugh. This makes it SOOOOO much easier. I plug in the faces, we show dancing elves on the big screen, everyone is pleased/embarrassed and nobody has to perform. Easy to use, faces line up well in the casting template, fast turnaround. Have done this for two years in a row now and very successful. Thanks!
I've had a great experience using JibJab as a business tool to engage my employees and proving that the administration team knows how to have fun, be spontaneous, and be comical. This is a great website for anyone and everyone! Also, their customer support team is phenomenal. They're so attentive and quick about responding to any issues that their customers might have. Jib Jab has fun and easy to use personalized emails. It's a bit annoying to not know how much things will cost until you get to the end of the customization process. And also annoying to be forced into an auto-renewal subscription. It's easy to cancel but would be better if it were just a purchase and not an automatically renewing subscription that you then have to go cancel before you forget.
At first, I had a bit of a hard time connecting to facebook to retrieve pics, but once that was cleared up, I absolutely love the site! It is fun and entertaining for everyone and I've made quite a number of videos with family and friends in them. It is also fun to find pics of people and created their head to put into videos. I would recommend this site/app to everyone!
Well it used to be you could get cool videos for free, upload your pictures (family, friends, pets, etc.) and email it. You also had the option to buy one at a time for $5 or so. Now, they force you to pay for an annual subscription to get anything other than their crappy, single scene, free ones. I hate being forced into something like that. I guess they won't get my $5 or $10 a year!
I was not aware that once you signed up with JibJab, that it would automatically renew... Once I saw my account had been renewed, I wrote them and was pleasantly surprised that I was contacted immediately and refund was granted, Want to thank them for such great service and for the many laughs that myself and friends enjoyed during my use of one year. Thanks again.
A company who is all about putting the fun in the greeting card experience. Although the focus is fun, they are professional, friendly, courteous and strive to meet the needs of the customer. Its so nice to deal with a company who has these traits! Usually its a nightmare trying to communicate with companies and their customer service staff who can be less than nice and helpful these days. I am very pleased with my JibJab experience.
The products JibJab provide are fun and very cool. But even more importantly their customer service is great too. I emailed a report of a problem I was having and got a response next day. They followed up and my issue was quickly and easily fixed. Many other companies would have ignored the email but JibJab was very responsive and polite.
I'm a very happy customer.
I am very satisfied with all my JibJab Videos my friends and family like them very much. Through the years you guys have done a great job! Keep adding different funny things to add our faces to the Videos lol.
