Hello its nice to have a great site like yours around with all the bad news we are always getting from all corners. I not only love your site but everyone who i shared it with loved it too because laughing does matter and if we all laughed more and smiled more our lifes would be so much better.As for the response from when i had a slight problem logging in it was corrected as promised now im passing it on again to everyone Thanks

I've only done two disco dances but they are so much fun and so easy to do! Everybody loves to watch them too:)
It's a pity some of your ethnic dances have fat, white hairy guys taking the mickey but hey I suppose there's a demand for that?
Otherwise, there's a wide selection and I'm looking forward to doing many more :)

While I love your website and have made some hilarious e-cards in the past, I have two suggestions for tweaks: 1) I spent ages making my card and then was told to sign in; when I did this, I lost the card and had to start all over again. Maybe you could enable the user to save their work, just in case? 2) Payment - I'm more than happy to pay for such artistry, but I'm not keen on signing up for a year with automatic renewal. You left me no other choice. I'd rather pay a bit more per greeting card and not have to leave you all my payment details, especially with all the clever hackers about.

I did not want to auto renew the $18 annual membership which expired on 12/23/16. Once I noticed the auto charge on my credit card today I sent an email requesting cancellation and a refund at 3:16 p.m. on Fri 12/30. Not only did I receive a response back the same day (and on a Fri evening) but Danielle in customer support resolved the issue by refunding me.

How often does that happen? JibJab provides great service, professional and clearly view customers as priority #1.

I was really disappointed with the paucity of content for categories like birthdays, mother's day, etc. JibJab has been in business a long time and I expected something similar to "Greetings" or other free card services. I also found video too short and musical selections and characters not culturally diverse. Also, no 24/7 chat or customer service number was not helpful when I encountered some download issues and technical site issues. Overall, I like the concept, but more investment in content is needed.

I had a problem with my membership renewing, in spite of the fact it had been canceled, some time ago. Customer service was very quick to respond and fix the issue. In a day when so many apps are self renewing either monthly or yearly, this is the first App, that handled my concern so quickly, and resolve in a way, that left me happy. When Apps, only have email as a way of resolving customer service issues, it can be off putting, but definite shout out too Jib Jab for making the experiment easy and good!

Love the jib jab cards starring family member faces. However they don't have much variety. My biggest complaint is the price. Wish I could just do a one month membership during holidays. Also, don't pay the extra money to "download" a card. You cannot do a hard download- it just takes you to an independent internet link- not much different from the regular way of sending. Therefore, there's no way to embed in an email or text.

I put together cards for my parents and in-laws for Grandparents Day. I wish there would have been a card that incorporated just three individuals, or included more female bodies in multi-gendered groups. Otherwise, it's a fun and insanely easy process.

Everyone enjoys these. I have difficulty with losing my work and having to start anew. My biggest complaint is the number of faces. On some of the good songs you need 5. Almost nothing for 4. However they're a great way to send a personalized greeting.

Enjoying your site very much. Wish there were more two-cast member cards/messages/greetings.
My husband and I send these to our 5 children and 9 grandchildren who live all over the United States -- as well as friends who live in other countries.

When I first joined Jib Jab you could choose how many characters(s) could be in your clip but this option is no longer available. Also, you cannot purchase and download your finished clips anymore. These two issues made me cancel my yearly membership to Jib Jab.

I had forgotten about the auto-renew and cannot afford it anymore so when I asked to discontinue, they refunded my money even though I had already paid for the year. Wow. Big companies just don't do that anymore... try getting a refund from your phone company!

I used the great cards for hilarious family & friends birthdays & holidays - seems to always get a good laugh. But I just recently learned how great and timely the customer service is after emailing them! Can not be over rated!

I love Jib Jab. But, I dont use it all that often and forgot about auto renewal. As soon as I saw the charge, I contacted them through thier customer service email link. I was skeptical, but within 24 hours, I had my refund. I wish they have a pay as you use option, maybe thru credits or something. Anyway, you can feel secure using this fun app.

I made a video of three reindeer singing and dancing using my photo and two others from my praise team at church - we loved it! As I say, laughed so hard when view, we cried. Keep up the good, creative work.

Don't sign up... Misleading. It says that they have a special and it is 1.50 for 1 month..., they charged me 18.00. You can't even reach them to dispute this. I just called my bank and they are disputing the charges,

Jibjab is an app that i enjoyed especially the different jingles songs putting your friends and family on there face pictures to see them dance so do love it my family gets a kick out of it.my family said that there satisfied with jibjab. Thank you!

My friend had such a good laugh for her birthday when she received the dancing roller skating video with her face as the girl. Thankyou. I will be sending lots more different ones for my friends & family. Wonderful prompt service.

Everything was just fine until one is requested to pay $1.99 to download the video! Seems indeed we are being taken advantage of considering no other site charges for that, and if they give you a link it goes directly to the show, not your page full of self advertising. And it isn't people won't know where the show comes from as you start it with your logo.

Your system is apparently based on the principle that a company's business is founded on providing a total service to customers. A service that does not stop or cease at the stores front door. Most internet companies i have used apparently do not realize this... perhaps since they do not have face to face with customers. My complements to Jib Jab for selling a COMPLETE PRODUCT--the inclusion of after sales service. Jib Jab strategy is sound and will continue to build upon its existing customer base due to its recognition that on line relationships require easy for the customer sales follow up as extended to me. Several years ago I enjoyed making a video on jibjab that allowed me to contour the faces in a more realistic way. This feature appears to have been removed and the results are less satisfying. It was such s great feature and I'd like to know why it is no longer available. I will probably cancel my membership for this reason.

I just sent my first Jib-Jab but I got to say it was not easy. If there were a step by step list it will help immensely in the process, but after weeks finally got it down that is till next time perhaps. Lol.
Its a lot of fun and the people you send it to laugh their heads off or so far mine did. Send them instead of regular emails cards. This will be my home base from now on when it comes to sending cards to them.

LOVE making these cards. Wish you all offered more to chose from in a shorter waiting period. After awhile, selection gets "monotonous" and it is difficult to send cards to loved one's without repeating. Jib Jab crew needs to have 3-5 new creations every month. Some of these are a couple of years old!
