I signed up for JibJab to send one of their videos and loved what they offered, but had forgotten I'd agreed to an ongoing subscription. So when I was billed for another period, I asked to cancel and get a refund. JibJab responded immediately, put through the cancellation and made the refund. I am impressed by their promptness and their professionalism. Thank you, JibJab.
Nothing came out from what have been promised. Unfortunately, I granted free year use of JibJab ( Until the end of December 2020), but when I am making a video, the window pops up and tells me to get registered with payment. So, it is not happening
I've been using JibJab a few months and have nothing but good things to say. I had one small glitch (not their fault, mine) and they resolved it quickly and very professionally. Well worth the money, and easy to use.
Had a question to resolve and left an e-mail not expecting a response or a positive resolution that happens often with so many 'blind' e-mails. Well, forget that. JibJab customer service is fast, prompt, on target and exactly what you would hope for. I was notified that a repeat annual payment had been made from my account.
I did not want to renew my account so I emailed the helpdesk, received an email back saying it was refunded straight away!

I know enough about computers to be dangerous, but i didn't have many issues downloading pictures and setting everything up. One issue is the playback is choppy if you don't let the video download over a few minutes first. The wifi is fast here, so the problem isn't that.
I love humor! Especially bizarre types. I don't seem to find the time or energy to sit down with pen and some kind of paper and jot off an appropriate message. We'll see how you stand with me next year!

Experience and product was brilliant, however being tied into an annual subscription, and not having a monthly option was something I felt very annoyed about. So my overall view of JibJab was compromised by this inflexible, money grabbing subscription model
Funny ways to make someone laugh. My mom always loves these e-cards. It's a great site. The birthday options are limited, and don't change. After using them all for a few years, would be great to get some new options.
Every year we make a family Christmas card through JibJab, and share it on Facebook. I purchase my own copy to download and keep. It brings joy not only in the current year, but also looking back on years past.

Very original and funny, however found difficulty loading photographs as no instructions to help you through the procedure. Also found out after arranging message that unless recipient has up to date Adobe unable to open message, so all for nothing
Made a few video cards and Laughed so much I had to have a lie down. Easy to use. My three year old grand daughter was using it to make her own inappropriate videos.
I would prefer a higher annual fee and be allowed to copy the video instead of a pay per copy. Also, automatic payment renewal is a big turn off for me. Yours is the only site where I have submitted to this sort of charge.

It has been three years since I last used Jib Jab, it was a lot more fun, and I think easier to post and send. Not sure I would want to stay at Jib Jab. I feel like I just wasted my money. Where did all the year end shows go? You stopped doing that in 2014, and there isn't anything really new.
I recently contacted JibJab, with a billing concern. Dean responded to my concerns and took care of everything. He responded quickly and professionally, and responded with a follow-up email explaining how the situation was resolved. Excellent customer service!

I signed up so I could create some fun things for a work party (they were a big hit!). I forgot that I was on "auto renew" and didn't discover the billing until a month or two later. I contacted customer support and they refunded the full amount, no questions asked. I'm sure I'll find a reason to use JibJab again. It's totally worth paying for!
JibJab is really cute, but I could not get it to post on facebook. I tried a number of different routes. I was also charged 18.99 for an annual fee but the advertisement said they were having a sale and it would be $1.50. There must have been fine print somewhere that I completely missed but a day later, I was charged. So I probably won't use this again.
Why would you not tell people up front that you're going to try to charge them for an auto renewing subscription before you'll let them watch the video they spent a lot of time creating? Bad business. Be honest! I would have paid for my video, but now I won't even be coming to your site.

I purchased a one year subscription to JibJab. They sent no receipt acknowledging my purchase and I was not able to access my account because none had been created. In fact they did not even recognize my email address. When I called customer service, they were quick to issue a refund... too quick. To me this is a very deceptive business practice. Charge your card (with recurring charges no less), the provide absolutely nothing.
I understand the decision to make your "head-maker" mobile platform friendly and easy to use, but the generic face shapes that cut off ears and chins are just not as aesthetically appealing as the original was. I'm not at all satisfied with settling for less than awesome.
Jib-jab, once you were awesome! You've lost your mojo.
To potential buyers I would say... ok you're about to spend 20 dollars for a birthday card so think about other people and events that you can jib jab this year. Then make sure you have access to pictures on your iPad from which you can choose the appropriate faces - heads to use in each song. Once you save a head you cannot edit it to fix it if it's too big or small or the mouths not quite right But you can import another head of the same person. Once you join for the year you can have fun being creative with these little movies and send several to the same person so I'd say it's worth it.
My mother-in-law laughed harder than I ever saw her laugh and wanted to watch it twice. I thought it was delightful, too. But, please do warn customers about the following: some of the elves have boobs. This is not what my son has. Would rather be warned about that when attaching our pictures to the dancing elves! Maybe we could have that information ahead of time. His face (and ours) seemed to be attached to different elves, who have different body parts, throughout the video. Thanks.
First, you took away face fitting. Now no more free Holiday cards, which is what brought most of your paid customers to your site to begin with (including my paid membership). I cancelled my account because Jib Jab is now too big for it's britches and thinks their greed will not ruin them. Think again Jib Jab. Your done.

As to the e cards, they were delivered promptly and there is such a huge array of cards for every occasion, so that's really cool.
I called in to cancel my automatic renewal after receiving a billing on my pay-pal account. The matter was handled courteously and promptly by Jib-Jab Support and they refunded the charge immediately. Thank You!
