The app would not allow me to use my photos to put in as the faces, and kept bringing me back to "$18 to pay for the year". Never even got to use it for Valentine's Day like I wanted to. Would love my money refunded.
Since many many years as jib jab member we have used the few videos for greeting. Specially for Christmas and birthday.
Meanwhile we have to choose the same video for greeting due to missing new collection. Specially with 4 or 5 figures.
Furthermore some videos are not regards to the subject e.g. "All About That Bass by Meghan Trainor" has nothing to do with "Birthday":/

I have still yet to be able to make or watch previously made videos. I don't know what I need to add to my computer to make this happen. Also, why am I paying for a subscription and have to pay more to download my cards?
I was charged by auto renewal which I was not aware of so I sent in a request for a refund. Within 24 hrs I had a positive reply promising me a refund within a few days. I am very pleased with the professional way this has been dealt with.
They have many videos to choose from and it's easy to use. It's great for simple and quick videos. Just personally I would have liked for there to be more customization options and also more downloadable options... you only get a link.
After organizing the entire card of five faces, I realized I had to log in- and everything I put together was erased. Even the faces I set up had disappeared, so I had to start from scratch. Wish it would've asked me to log in at the beginning.
I joined so I could make a custom card for someone. She never received the card. I had to forward to her 2 days after her birthday. I had originally sent to her and myself using a comma in between, I got it, she did not. It was not in her spam either, she looked for JibJab.
Disappointed she didn't get on her birthday and that I spent money joining for no reason.
I joined JibJab but didn't read the terms completely. My error completely.
I admitted my mistake and was willing to pay, but I was refunded immediately. Amazing. Brilliant. Many other companies could learn from JibJab!
For whatever reason the two people that I e-mailed the sled race to, neither one of them got them. It was not easy to even get to the point of being able to e-mail them. I would really like a refund of the $18.00 that I paid to join.
This was my first attempt at this. The first card made didn't have the face in it that I chose so I didn't send it. I didn't even recognise who it was. I was able to complete the second attempt with correct face. It was perfect but I received the credit charge as $23.72. This is a very expensive birthday card. Maybe because you are outside Canada. I thought I was on a Canadian site. Too bad.
I had an issue with regard to payment and jibjab cleared it up immediately! It's very refreshing to do business with a person who understands the situation and is able to rectify the situation immediately!
I ALWAYS get such great responses from the jibjab cards I send out. They are met with hilarity and happiness. I love that I can send an extra special message out to friends and family for any occasion. Thank you JibJab!
I programmed an email to be send to my mom on the next day and she never go it, I had to log in again and manually send it. Also it will be really helpful if I could schedule at what time I want the email to be send.
I realized I wouldn't be using JibJab as thought so I cancelled my subscription and requested a refund, website mentioned 3-5 days to process which is great, Joe had my refund processed within 15 minutes! Now that's great service.
I hadn't realized that I had signed up for Jibjab for another year until I saw it in my bank statement. I emailed JibJab and within 2 hrs my subscription was cancelled per my request along with a refund. I'm very impressed and happy with their fast and honest service.
I think JibJab is a really awesome site to make someone laugh even on the grayest day. Although, I would love to have a little more options for birthday videos or have more than 5 people's faces. If that is something that could be improved - I believe there would be more customers and more fun for everyone.
I have been a subscriber to JibJab for five years now and absolutely love it... I send the greetings to friends and relatives from 5 years old to even an Aunt of 89 years old. Jib Jab has an appeal for all ages and generations... Also, one of the best sollutions if you have forgotten to send a conventional greeting card, you can always send a last minute Jib Jab..
I enjoy the variety of silly videos I can create and share. I think my only grudge is that I would love it if the video opened up on Facebook timeline when clicked on and played like a YouTube video instead of taking the viewer away to a separate page. I think that discourages people from watching.
I reached out to JibJab's customer service team to cancel an account and process a refund. I had a JibJab account I didn't use as often as I'd expected. The account was setup for an auto-renewal. I'd cancelled my account 1 day after the auto-renewal. After e-mail their Customer Service team, explaining my situation, they promptly (and courteously) processed a 'full' refund.

I accidentally signed up for a year instead of a trial subscription to Jib-Jab. I love the site but was not ready for a full year subscription, the support staff was there for me and refunded my money immediately. Their prompt service made me want a full year subscription.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
