This company is excellent for two reasons:
1. They have their contact info in plain sight.
2. When you contact them, they respond immediately to
Let you know they received your message.
They have a great product, also.
Biggest complaint is their sneaky auto billing practices. Yes, I'm sure the disclaimer was in their Terms and Conditions, but they've hidden it in such a way as to know most people would not see it. If they really intended for the auto bill to be a courtesy to help their customers save time, they would put it out there clearly for people to see.
Further all 1 of the 3 Halloween cards I send arrived a week AFTER Halloween and the other 2 never arrived at all.
My bad for trusting them, and my bad for not noticing the 1x per year charge hidden among the hundreds of credit card charges I pay each month. I've cancelled my account as I refuse to do business with a business that believes the only way they can make money is to resort to sneaky, underhanded tactics.
PS I did ask them for a refund of the several years of auto-billing but, as expected, they refused.
I like the personalized ecards, and was able to generate some really hilarious moments. Unfortunately, I find the selection rather small in terms of creativity and diversity in that nearly all the personalized cards adhere closely to American pop culture (music, sports, dance). Also, it was hard to find a card that took 3 or 4 faces (Mostly 1 or 5 it seems.)
Thanks for giving us a boatload of options for sending a Birthday card.
Of course the more gnarly ones can be sent to that small sector of contacts, but the more traditional (fluffy) cards worked in this case!
I picked out a birthday card for my grand daughter. Loaded the picture and made the adjustments to the mouth because i thought the mouth would be singing. It was the stupidest card I could have sent. Not mouth movement, no singing, just her face in the star fish. I paid an $18 fee to join, and got a stupid card. Very misleading having you put the mouth there, and make adjustments, when the card doesnt sing. There are not enough cards for children on this site! They are mostly for adults or holidays. You need to work on that!
Site doesn't allow a one off payment. I signed up and now the site doesn't recognise my details so I can't unsubscribe. Videos were shared on Facebook and only worked for the day. Can't go back to replay.
I only contacted customer service once by email, and the response time was excellent & immediately handled my request 100%! The time I've used JibJab as a customer was fun & never had one issue on the site.
Really like and work well with him. It's always a pleasure.
With little bad, mouth carry the black line, if one is a photograph that does not smile, it seems there is more black line.

I spent time making my video and then was told the cost and it came with auto renewal. I would have liked to know before the trouble. I tried using a RetailMeNot coupon for a one month membership but it didn't work but that wasn't clear till after the charge was excepted. Then I had to go back into my account to turn off the auto renewal, which just isn't user friendly.
Great Experience! The birthday card I sent was viewed many many times and thoroughly enjoyed! Photo looked realistic in the person & I will be sending many more cards in the near future! Thank you so much JibJab!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
