I enjoy making cards that include my mother who has Alzheimer's and is now unable to participate in activities with us. It's a nice way to include Mom in our celebrations.

Good customer service but think you should make it a little clearer when purchasing subscriptions. One click and I was signed up for the year when I only wanted one card!

Saved time to go to store select a card and send.

Possibly... or likely because of my age... 67... not quite as many appropriate... be it humorous or not choices IMHO

Great app. Don't like the Jib Jab advertisement on the side. Need more content. Very easy and fun to use. Just concerned if the fun will wear off sooner than later.

Love the easy interface. Love the fun and laughs it gives to people. Just wish there were more options as far as variety of songs, cards, etc. That's my only concern.

Myself and my two grand daughters had so much fun they wanted to keep making them. I recommend this to anyone with or without children, a lot of fun and laughs.

Passed along a JibJab Happiness song to a group of friends who all loved it. Will have to check other music video cards because they seem to like thought the most.

I had a hard time at first downloading the pictures, once I got them in it was a good laugh. I would recommend my friends to make one for their families.

It would be helpful if you gave a heads up that a member's credit card has been changed before you cancel... I'm a long time Jib Jab member... Check your files.

Pleasant experience. Needs better selection in the feeling down selection. I would not send any of them to a friend who was down or depressed. They didn't make me feel better.

All I wanted to do was make a birthday card for my brother and thought it would cost 3.99. Next thing I know, I'm charged 18.99 and have become a member.

No instructions given on how to personalize the cards, ie, use the personalized photo ones, or even how to add a personal note. Would get my money back if I could.

It is so much fun to make these funny video cards. There hasn't been one person who hasn't enjoyed receiving one and laughed out loud at the dancing heads.

After, filling ready to release it ask for credit card info, if it is free why ask?, I have no problem in giving it but least give me a day or two for payment. I can pay 4.00 now. (2.99)

Even though I wanted to cancel the jib jab so I didn't have to pay money for my account, they were very understanding and professional, and helped me within one day!

Easy to use. Lots of fun.
It would be nice to be able to see which pictures will do what in each video in advance. The downloaded videos come out a bit blurry but the links work great.
