I was trying to put faces on my birthday video for my son's birthday when the website took-off with it incomplete and not good! No way to stop it! I was/am unhappy!

I love the unlimited videos subscription. Put in a few photos and make your friends and family laugh. I put our team at work into the chicken dance and they loved it.

It took 3 JibJab staff to find what I could not find. They were relentless! Info from about 7-8 yrs ago was needed to find my account. THEY did dig it up!

We have had so much fun this Holiday season with Jibjab. First at work and then with family and friends. You have brought so many smiles and laughter to all of us!

I have never heard of or used JibJab yet they have emailed me saying that my payment method was declined! Maybe they are expecting me to open the link that they attached.

Not realizing that this was now a pay site, I had not made other arrangements.
So, I went ahead and paid for the e-card.
Not willing to do so in the future.

It was great and met my expectations. The Geek squad has always been there for me and I expect great things for today. Have a great day and stay cool.

It was easy to figure out and what I made was a big hit. My friends just laughed and laughed. Like that I could save faces to use in other JibJab videos.

JibJab is fun and easy to use. People have really enjoyed the cards I have sent. The one downside is the download times can be really slow, but overall a good experience.

Had a load of laughter with family and friends, a lot of which was unexpected! The themes are terrific, and if you're up for making fun of yourself is value for money.

I had been familiar with jibjab cards, but had never done any myself. There is a wide variety to choose from and very easy to personalize. I am very glad I joined.

You need to be very careful because what you might think is a purchase of a $. 99 card will turn out to be an $18.99 recurring Credit card charge. NOT COOL!

I came across jibjab a few years ago when I was sent a card and I still think it's great - fun and easy to use, would recommend anyone giving it a go.

Although the little video was cute, you have to pay in advance to make it and then they want to charge you additional money to save it. That is a rip off

I got my brother good! The set up was easy and the prompt that helps you line up the eyes is great. My brother's eyes always seemed to be looking at us!

JibJab responded immediately to my request and processed it right away.
The cards are hilarious and easy to use and the customer service (especially in this day and age)

Everybody loved the video i created for my mom. It was so funny. I chose the salsa dancer. What's funny is she cannot dance for anything. If it had to save her life, forget it!

My only suggestion is to allow us to edit a card or greeting after we have already saved it. It would nice to be able to customize the greeting, e.g. Otherwise, I love the site.

Had a fun time creating our Jib-Jab video. We have already decided on the one we want to create around Christmas time. Thanks for a fun time in the midst of an otherwise hectic workday.
