My client could not play the video. Also please do not renew my subscription automatically. I sent it to her to open on Facebook. Can you please tell me what else wh needs to do?

Everyone got a good laugh, was fairy easy to do. Would like to see a little more variety though, and it would be nice if it recognized the mouths and matched it up for you

The card I sent arrived 2 days late. It was for an anniversary. LATE is not good! I do love all the options for cards. They are fun and make people laugh. LAUGHTER is good!

I contacted the service team with an issue. They resolved my issue very quickly, within just a few hours, and to my great satisfaction! I was very pleased and will recommend Jib jab to everyone!

I just wanted to send a card for $1.83 and then I received a $23 charge to my credit card. I never once saw that amount anywhere so have no idea how I got charged.

One word - horrible. The recipient never received the card. I sent it to her husband and he could not open it. So, the experience overall was just horrible. I will not be renewing my subscription.

This is so much fun. So easy to get caught up in checking out all the cards and splitting a gut! It is also a very green way to send cards to family & friends.

I enjoyed looking at all the cards and what can be done with them. I choose one with two heads, male and female and placing heads on it, was very simple. Thanks for the fun.

I use this to send out cute personal birthday and random cards. It's super funny and everyone loves them! I have had no problems and they helped me out when I did have an issue.

I did not want to purchase the yearly subscription. I thought I had made a one time video purchase. When I was ordering no pricing was given. Contacted customer support still waiting to hear back.

Loved the birthday card I was able to send to my 4 year old grandson! He watched it over and over all day, he was so excited to see himself skateboarding!

JibJab is a relatively easy way to send personal greetings to family and friends. There is quite a variety of types of cards to choose from. I always get thanks from those who receive them.

The mouths don't match up very well. And only 2 people received the ecards we sent out. You pay $18.00 a year to make and send cards to friends & family, and they don't get them! What a rip off!

Jib Jab Is A Great thing to use. I love using it. It is very useful and helps me not by any birthday cards at a shop. Great Price As well. I would definitely Rate 1000out of 1000 Well Done.

Called to review and go over my contract for my year and was really satisfied with the service that I got... fast, kind and taken care of in a few minutes! Hats off to the one who hires the emploees!
