I signed up for JibJab to send one of their videos and loved what they offered, but had forgotten I'd agreed to an ongoing subscription. So when I was billed for another period, I asked to cancel and get a refund. JibJab responded immediately, put through the cancellation and made the refund. I am impressed by their promptness and their professionalism. Thank you, JibJab.
Nothing came out from what have been promised. Unfortunately, I granted free year use of JibJab ( Until the end of December 2020), but when I am making a video, the window pops up and tells me to get registered with payment. So, it is not happening
Found the procedure really easy to follow, my only disappointment is the lack of choice, really wanted a video clip singing Happy Birthday hence limited to what clip was appropriate.
Family loved the one we chose.

I had to discontinue my dad's JibJab account today. He hasn't used in a LONG time due to his health. We didn't even know he still had the account until we noticed the annual renewal payment on his credit card. He asked me to cancel it and when I did, I also asked for a refund. I figured it didn't hurt to ask. I got a response back very quickly that said he would get his refund in 3 to 5 days. JibJab brought my dad a LOT of fun times when he was able to still use it and if we ever need their services again, we won't hesitate to sign up. Thanks again to Heather at JibJab!
I have so enjoyed seeing the darling things from JibJab on Facebook from my friends. I went on their site to get it downloaded but I didn't realize I was signing up for monthly membership fees. When I contacted JibJab they were very understanding and resolved my problem in minutes. Such a great and fun site and wonderful people to work with..
Had an issue with my subscription but it was taken care and handled promptly. Way sooner than I expected and they went out of their way to make things right. Completely satisfied with he app and the team behind it.
I selected a dance jib jab, it was priced a couple of dollars, l went to PayPal to agree to pay, only to find out soon after that l had elected to take up a far more expensive yearly membership that auto renews, cancelled that arrangement after some time trying to navigate around PayPal. You need to be clearer about the fact that a single purchase leads to a full membership that is not needed in my case.
I love JibJab. Great, fun, easy to use customized e-card builder. I once had an issue with my account, but I wrote them and they responded really quickly and it was basically resolved immediately. Great friendly service. I definitely recommend.
Awesome customer service. Very kind, helpful, and great service. I'd refer anyone to them. They helped me percent, and we're honest, up standing and real. They did such a good job at resolving my issue that I was very satisfied.
While I enjoy JibJab cards and videos, I'm not on social media very often. When I requested a refund to my subscription renewal, the response was prompt and courteous (with a little humor involved as well) Great job JibJab! I won't hesitate to do business with them again.

When an auto-renew charge hit my credit card, one of the options in the notification email I got asked if I wanted to request a refund. When does that ever happen?! I clicked on that option and my money was refunded within 48 hours. That kind of customer-centered service will have me coming back to JibJab in the future!
JibJab app is so fun and hilariously crazy to use because my friends loved the videos that I made with their faces in the characters, and nobody ever gave any negative comments. They said that they laughed all the way watching the videos. Thanks for bringing laughter to our homes. I requested a refund and got a quick response...

I joined Jibjab and the couple of cards I could make are great, but usually the website won't allow me to. I download the pictures, place them in the faces, then when I click on personalize to add a message it kicks me out back to the original menu. Is this common or am I doing something wrong?
I have made 3 videos and the recipients got a real kick out of them. Replaying them is problematic, however. We tried numerous times to replay one of them and eventually got it to play. The other one we had to just give up on. Also, when creating one of them I tried to correct the personal message only to find what was originally input got sent with the e-card anyway. Why even have an edit feature if it won't save properly? I think it that the program could be tweaked to allow for edits a bit better, please. Other than that, it's a fun site.
I've paid for this, but the site still doesn't create my final card, it keeps asking for additional payment.
All those considering subscription, save the pain honestly it's not worth the cost, first subscription fee then keeps asking for more money... REALLY? There's better sites out their

I was looking for a unique gift for Father's day and I definitely found it! Not only for that day bit it turns out for many occasions! It is not the fault of you but I am not finding many videos i can relate to or find amusing. Sorry. I'll give it a few more days! Apart from this, the effort thats been put in is amazing. But now I think the focus should be diverted to the mobile app because the experience there as a samsung user is quite unpleasant.
At the beginning I was laughing with the faces, but after 3 videos everything looks the same and boring.
One year of subscription is a long time, and I hope you improve the content with more clever videos than only shame dances. I miss two guys as friends, two girls as friends or couples as well, its 2017... you need to see other possibilities.
Despite the promise of free videos it seems pretty much impossible to do anything useful unless you sign up and pay the annual fee. The fee is set to auto-renew by default - you have to change it back manually. The price is way too high and you can't just buy a one-off video (although they kind of suggest that you can). The product is decent but this company is difficult to deal with.
I had a funny account problem, and when I contacted customer service I thought I would get an automated response with no actual solution (as usual with internet companies). However, I had a personal e-mail response the same day, an exceptionally friendly service agent that investigated my query, and my issue was solved immediately! I would highly recommend using this site as they seem like a company that actually cares about its clientele.
It's been a while since I've used JibJab, but considering the wide range (and the crazy choices) of cards, there really was no competition. I put together a father's day card for my son-in-law and sent it on (telling him to make sure to view it with the kids). It was a smash! My grandson wanted his dad to keep playing it over and over. I think I made the right choice :)
This is a fun site, easy to use and will please you family and friends. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 Star rating is it's limited selection. I think the initial fun will wear off once a few of these cards have been sent, but that doesn't take away from the first few.
I thought that JibJab was adorable. I used it once and was never able to get it to work ever again. It was a rip off for me because there is no help anywhere until they automatically take money out of you the following year. I'd probably still be a customer if help was ever available.
A year ago, I accidentally signed up for a membership instead of sending a one-time e-card. Anyway, I was charged recently for a renewal that I didn't want and team here reimbursed me immediately. The title says it all. I used this software to create videos of my employee which I then used as part of a company presentation. Obviously, everyone is still talking about it. Very funny stuff. Put a smile on everyone's face.

The software is very easy to use and the range of videos you can personalise is great, so very happy there. However in order to send it you have to sign up to a full year of JibJab, which comes in at $18. If you want to download the video - which, let's face it, causes them no extra hassle/bandwidth/cost etc, is another $1.99.
I gather it's more flexible if you use the phone app, but on a Mac the website verges on rip-off.
